before i beginn sorry for my bad english......
i have a problem with my htc one s with the 4S cpu
i want to install cm10 and there go something wrong:
i have root it with htcdev , flash the r3-ville-superboot and then i flash the cm-10.0.0-ville.zip with clockwork-touch frome playstore.
the htc boot into the cm10 bootscreen and stay there.
after 15 minutes i turned off and go to the recovery again and there i formated my /system and my sdcard accidfential.
now when i start the device i only come to the recovery and to the bootloader.

with htc one s All-in-one kit i can unlook and look the device.
RUU_Ville_U_ICS_40_s_HTC_europe_2.32.401.5_radio_1.06es.50.02.31_10.09a50.04L_rlease<-275655_signed.exe doesent work.
says::::::search for the right version of RUU:::::
i cant mount my sdcard or usb device.
it is posible to rescue my device with some tool or tips?
how can i copy a cm10.zip to my sdcard and mount it again?

Hi guys,
After unlocking my T-mob Sensation 4G I tried to flash to custom ROM without S-OFF and now it won't load any system. I see a welcome screen but nothing else

start fresh ...follow this guide...to the letter
PS: dont say adb is not working ..you can do everything from bootloader ..i suggest you to read the guide once/twice/thrice

Read the stickies...
Bootloader factory reset corrupts sd card if you did that you will have to reflash recovery. I recommend twrp 2.3.3.1or lower. After flashing recovery. Hook to pc with storage mounted in recovery. Format sd card in windows. Copy Rom to root of sd card from pc, and flash... Then on pc extract boot.img from Rom.zip and flash via fastboot. If this is confusing to you read read read more before trying. This is as close to a hand holding as I'm getting at 5:54 am

I'm trying to root my HTC Sensation and install a custom ROM. I've read dozens of thread's and I followed them, as far as I can tell, how it supposed to.
Now I am at the point where I should install the new ROM from my SD card (phone is S-OFF using ControlBear.exe). But that isn't going so well. I can boot in hboot and select recovery, after that the phone reboots and nothing happens. When I regulary boot my phone it stay's in the HTC splash screen...
Is it possible that I removed everything on my phone and cannot recover anymore? And if so, how can I recover from my stupid mistake

try to flash another recovery such as 4ext via fastboot command
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

Have you also flashed the boot.img of the "other ROM" with fastboot?

Now i flashed TWRP and when i try mount sdcard i see:
E:Unable to mount '/int_sd
E:Unable to mount '/cache
E:Unable to mount internal storage
You are S-On, so you MUST flash the boot.img of the rom you are using with fastboot cmd:

i flashed boot.img from "k2ul_JB_2.14.401.6_stock_odexed_03_06_13" ROM, how i can flash phone with zipped ROM?
Copy it to your SDcard, boot to twrp, go to wipe -> Advanced and wipe everything except int_sd & sdcard.
Then go back to Install -> choose the rom.zip and Swipe to install.
Now i have strange message: now u need send to old.splatterhand some beer for help.

I hope you can help me..
I recently rooted my phone and installed unofficial cyanogenmod 10.2 on my phone. Since I installed it, I can't access my sdcard anymore. Even if I'm in recovery (TWRP 2.6.3.0) it always fails to mount my sdcard.
I'm really desperate right now, since my phone isn't working correcty anymore since about 3 days
I'd like to go back to my Stock-Firmware or ViperSC2_5.2.1
