This is my first rom/port. It's a port of the chinese iOS themed system. For those that like the look of iphone but the power of android under the hood give it a try.
This is an alpha release, being that I am still learning more about developing and coding. I will continue to learn more and apply all I can, with your guys' help as well. Please help out with others as well.
So with that said: DISCLAIMER: I am in no way responsible for anything happening to your device. If you brick, break, smash, num lock or anything else under the sun. Please help out your fellow peeps. READ THE OP BEFORE FLASHING.

Will try when get back from school but isn't this the same as the skypath Rom
Sent from my Inspire 4G using xda app-developers app
Very similar but, development has stopped with that one so I made my own with different tweaks. And a bit more raw. Leaving myself and the community a chance to customize it further. However the end plan is to bring it up to speed by using an ics or jb base which I'm currently looking into.

Amazing rom
Very innovative.....
I am using iphone and inspire both and now inspire is giving me better feel. Thanks a lot for your great efforts.
Im really enjoying this Rom. Its probably the best gingerbread Rom ive ever used. Its fast and the battery life is amazing. My only issue is that I cant get my exchange account to work and a few other force closing issues other than that this is amazing. Keep up the awesome work!

Just an FYI to Inspire 4g users
The Talon Kernal experiences far less FC's than the Lord Kernals. Talon Kernal is about 3 FCs and your done vs FCs every time you try to do something. This was tested just yesterday. I hope this helps. :good:
Op being update as we speak, inspire specific build/kernel. reworked youll see. enjoy.

Okay these screen shots look sick I must admit, and in the morning I will be giving this rom a run, but I have a few questions, I'm noticing tha how popular GSM ports are, but I don't understand why, wouldn't the thunderbolt rom make a port? And if not why?

One thing I have noticed is that swype keyboard is not usable on this rom. Tried a couple of different ways and couldn't get it to work. Also the htc IME keyboard just fc's.

OK guys real quick before you download. this is a rom that i built for 4 devices evo included of course. now i dont have a evo and this is my first time building a rom for it, but all in all it works great and very stable for doing it blind. now you all know aamikam we work together on a lot of stuff and this is one of the things we are working on together... the rom that is up right now is only my work but he is working on some things for it as i type and i will be updating to his version, and we will update as we fix and optimize things as usual.....
so a little info on what this rom is... it is based off of HTC Runnymede with sense 3.5 and gingerbread 2.3.5. it has a lot of new features plus it looks awesome atleast in my opinion.... the runnymede has a wvga display so nothing needed to be resized which is great some of you will think that things look big but they are not you are just used to the modded sized roms to fit our screen....

So guys i've noticed a few/a lot of you guys have gone back to Gingerbread seeking better battery life and well less bugs than the current lineup of ICS roms bring. So I decided to take the best original rom we have for GB and make improvements on it. I took Val-Final and made some cool tweaks for it
Credits:
Whitehawkx (his rom base, he's a badass)
Dsexton702 (I don't think I've ever said this but he helped me get started with android, seriously like showed me how to decompile...he's awesome and he's mah mentor lol)
AntonX (for his kernel)
Kyndig (for dedicated testing and new member of TFQ )
My friend (for lending me his sim card to test data..blah blah )
GFX.Myst (for hosting ;P)
Bugs:
None that I can see lol but can't say none for sure as others
might find something
Installation:
1.Backup your data
1b.(if) you are coming from any MTD rom then One-Click Back to stock
2. Flash AntonX kernel (http://dl.dropbox.com/u/74713966/1.1.3/sms-T959V-KJ6-antsvx.stdf.v1.1.3.zip)
3. Reboot recovery
4. Flash rom (NO aroma installer yet)
5. Reboot
6. Let it sit for 5 mins.
7. Enjoy.
Features Added on top of Val-Final:
Added UserAgent to Browser (first in GB sgs4g )
Added Swipe to remove notifications (first in GB sgs4g )
Added Volume Rocker Wake (first time in GB sgs4g )
Added Working Flashlight Toggle (screen goes super white to work as flashlight; another first in GB SgS4G )
Added Unlimited tabs to Browser(first in GB sgs4g )
Added Toggle Settings inside TFQ Tweaks(it's based on white's tweaks)
Added Screenshot to PowerMod Menu
Added AOSP Messaging

Added More Toggles to Notif Bar Toggles
Added Brightness Adjustment thru Notif Bar toggles

Added MiFile Explorer
Added Zeam Launcher
Added Themed AOSP Calculator
Added Themed AOSP Clock

Added ICS style Settings
Added KD1 Modem (works for me might not for you lol)
Added Modded Camera(dsexton for the win )
Removed header from PowerMod Menu ( first in GB sgs4g )
Removed most media sounds
Removed some really unnecessary bloat
Removed DriveSmart (both apk and from Settings menu)
Removed Task Manager
Removed the Button to TaskManager when holding home button(shows up on first boot then open a program and it goes away )

Wow! erikmm, thanks a lot for doing this. I will try it ASAP, come back with feedback and check out if any bugs. Too bad I just finalized setting FB's VB. LOL
Why you used Anton's kernel instead of Blast Off? Just curious. I was trying to install BO but the wifi driver never worked.

For 1 the kd1 allows the longer text where kj6 doesn't...most people prefer the kg4 but my phone doesn't have service so I only tested kd1 lol

What I meant is that when you have mobile data disabled and turn the phone on a pop up comes up saying "Mobile data disabled. Connect?". Could you remove that like it was removed in the barebones rom?

Just started a Q&A thread for this ROM...

Hell yeah!!! Thank you thank you thank you thank you!!! Been waiting for a nice new GB rom that I could use while development on ICS continues. Thank you sooo much!

Hello, I made a custom rom based on Jocala's CM9.
To be clear, most of the work belongs to Jocala and other awesome people that are beautiful.
WE ARE ALL BEAUTIFUL.
I want this to be a community-based rom where your (viable) suggestions are heard and make our clunky low-end phone less painful to use.

I took this from Jocala's CM9 thread.
This rom should be mostly stable but help me test for any problems. Also, it should be fine to flash without ROM wiping CM9.
Time to give credit where credit is due.

To you It's great to finally see some ROMs being generated from the cm9 base!
I've added this to the ROM list in the "Galaxy Exhibit General thread.
YESS, finished uploading! The problem had to do with a newer version of the Adreno libraries. I fell asleep in my desk then my computer fell asleep too. So that stalled my uploading and I had to re-upload at around 50kbps because of my crappy internet.
Rant finished, try this out please!

Getting ready to here shortly. Can't wait!
Edit: First thing that's a problem is SuperSU, please remove it because it is a major conflict with Super User. Phone is crashing big time because of it.

I think I'm going to use a script to remove Superuser because from a freshly-wiped ROM, SuperSU works fine (tested with Titanium).

BTW Google Now FCing, even after data wipe. I uninstalled with TB, then rebooted. The Google Search bar works again and GNow is gone. I may reflash M7 at a later time to see how it does. Now that the dust has settled, the ROM is operating smoothly. Initial boot was a nightmare however. Probably going back to RR but hey, it's great we are getting more ROMs from folks like yourself.
Thanks for the addition, with some tweaking it'll be just fine!
Thanks Dude! this seems awesome! since your looking for tweaks and such here are my suggestions
I honestly LOVE a transparent Cyanogenmod, so heres transparent status bar and system app backgrounds

I applied it to Jocalas last build out of preference, but I would love to see it implemented in your rom!!!
Thanks again!
EDIT: Also if you plan on just tweaking the 9/28 build (the latest one) continuously, I could just upload my modded apks )

lol, both of your problems come from the update-script file. The Google Now thing comes from me neglecting to add permissions (I'm a noob). IT TAKES FOREVER TO UPLOAD, I WANT TO REPEATEDLY STAB MY EYES OUT.

About the transparent thing, I'll look into it but I don't even know how to decompile apk files. I'm sure I can learn but if you could guide me or modify it yourself, that would be great. I plan on making an AROMA installer once I do learn how to.
If the uploading is so annoying just upload over night I used to do that when my up speed was slow.

That's usually what most custom roms are...
and this rom's forte is to provide a clean experience that's true to Stock ICS. I don't want to theme it or anything because I'm afraid enjoy the default theme (which I do). I will try to bring more customization into this at a later point.

PARANOIDANDROID v3.60 for HTC Desire HD
Video review by Sany789 (German):
Android 4.2.2
feeling
Blazing fast and super clean, we started right off the AOSPA source and added as few patches as possible
HALO notifications*
Hybrid engine:
Per app Layout, this will let you choose the UI of any app, that means you can switch apps into their tablet layouts
Per app Size, scale apps individually, this is especially important if you use tablet apps, go as small or big as you like
Per app Color, this lets you select statusbar and navbar colors for apps individually, colors will shift when you jump from one app to another
Hybrid engine makes it possible to use any tablet ready app available on your phone, start with your regular Google apps and see what treasures lie hidden in them and just how well they work on your device.
You can use hybrid engine to use all available general interface UI's aswell: Phone, Phablet, Tablet. This is safe as milk, we don't change DPI, we don't trash your market, we don't shrink all your apps or force them into layouts, you don't needto edit system files for that.

Awesome, it's nice to see there's still someone paying attention to an old device.Looking forward to see this run nicely.
If you can mirror your builds to mega/google drive that'd be great, dropbox is way too slow and will give bandwidth issues if too many people are gonna download it.
I'm using a Nexus 4, but I think it's still a nice device. It fell down many times on asphalt, ect. and it's still working without problems, no new device can do that.
Because of that I never sold my DHD and I'm still using it for some experiments or if I need another smartphone.

As I said there are still some big problems, so don't expect too much.
But it would be nice if you could contribute to the development, even if you just name some other bugs.

It is very smooth, YT plays no problems, no probs with h/w decoding whatsoever, everything else works, but if I run the camera app at this state(not working atm)the whole phone starts lagging no matter if I stop the gallery app.I had to reboot. Also I can't remove halo(or don't know how to)When I hold it and pull it upwards it shows an X and I think that's to remove it from the side but it doesn't go away, i can only hold and pull downwards to put it back into the side.
You can remove halo when double-tapping on halo, keeping the finger on the screen when tapping the 2nd time and then you can move it to the trash, pretty much the same as with the Facebook chat heads.
Niiiiice! Great work man :good: I bet it'll be solid soon.

I fixed sound in todays build. TheRinseM has not pushed the fix for the camera yet, so it's not fixed.
Another bug: USB file transfer is not working.
