Rom help!

Hello,
I have mine and my wives sensations s-off and rooted and both running the latest Android Revoluttion 3.5 Roms with beats. My phone is fast and everything works great, apart from very occasional black screen freeze and lock up. Quick battery removal/restart fixes it. But the wives phone lags, freezez, loses WiFi. What should I do to fix it? Tried reflashing the Rom, but to no avail. She wants me to make it s on and remove root. Any suggestions before I do?

What radio are you using? Is the the new ICS leaks you are using?
You might want to ask stuff like this in sensation Q&A dude. Many people including devs might not appreciate this post in the dev section.

reflash with the full super wipes and if it is the ics rom, its only test version so don't expect it to be perfect. if all else fails, swap sensations to satisfy her

un-root it. your wife sounds like mine. they don't care and they don't want you messing with their phone.

Thanks for all the replies. I super wiped, redownloaded and replaced 3.6.11 AR ROM, and reflashed. So far so good. If it starts acting up, ill just remove the root. I dont need the extra nagging!

[Q] lockscreen issues

hey guys. I recently flashed the sense o maniac Rom with ics onto my HTC sensation z710e. I am absolutely loving it it is truly amazing apart from my lockscreen not really working anymore, there are no four icons to pull the rig into but it can be unlocked otherwise. it says in the personalize seeltings that the four icons option is ticked and I tried to restart the phone but they still weren't there so I took the fastboot off as that is usually the solution and tried to restart and it still didn't work . I have no intention to undermine the devs work but any solutions?

Have you make a wipe?

Htc widgets

How to add htc widgets such as clock,weather and music in other roms such as cyanogenmod,MIUI and any non sense roms.?

Pretty much every none of the stock widgets will run on AOSP roms. HTC widgets require Sense framework to run. Many look alikes exist in the Play store. Search and figure out which works for you.
There are "Sense-less" roms that still have the framework, but are stripped down to look like AOSP. Flash a few and figure out what you like

Pretty much what jimmah said, IMO it's the only thing that I think would bind people to sense, other than some of the other superior apps like the camera..

HTC Sense abilities for CM10.1 roms?

Hi all
I have SensationXE and I want to use CM 10.1 roms but I miss so much the Sense4.1 abilities like
*caller app
*Turn back on ring to silence
*and louder ringing on your pocket
*lower ringin volume when you pick up your phone from a table etc.
I dont know the english versions of these statements. Sorry for that.
Im looking for an app, mod or fix or something to get these features on CM10.1 like roms. Do you know a cure

Sense apps require the sense framework which CM doesn't have so therefore it is not possible.

Launcher pro is a imitation of sense. U can get it from play store

You can't have Sense ROM features in a non Sense ROM. If these features are so important, use a Sense ROM and install a plain launcher to give you the AOSP look and feel.

The right rom fro HTC Sensation XE

Hey Guys,
I am a noobie and I used the search button more than 10 times to find the right custom Rom. I had Gingerbread and made the biggest mistake: I updated to ICS. It is soo buggy and slow and HTC Sense UI often crashes. I thought about rooting my smartphone in order to downgrade. Should I downgrade or install a new custom Rom? Which one?
The custom Rom should work for
-GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth (fluently)
- no random reboots
- camera
- speed like cyna. Roms
- beats audio function
Everything else will not be needed. The lockscreen should be so that I can start from it 2 apps like camera or music.
It needn't to be the Sense UI. I'm ready to regret in it in order to gain more speed in menu and the start of apps. The batterlife should last at least one day.
Answer me with custom roms and their threads. In addition, tell me the bugs or "handicaps" I will face with them
