I am sick of the big brother apps out there for call recording. Are there any ROMs out there for the Skyrocket that have built in call recording? I am also looking for built in screenshot/screencapture software.. Any suggestions? Thanks

This belongs in q&a and its next next time to check the dev section where the rooms are so far haven't found any jelly bean rooms with recording screenshots all rooms have them. Recording calls you gonna be with ICS embryo and sky ICS

What he said, except substitute rooms for roms
OR create a rom yourself with call recording the Korean SGS2 LTE has built in call recording Good luck finding a base ics rom to work with. BTW the kernel and modem is not compatible so if you do find do not flash the rom if you still want a working phone.

Haven't read the full changelog but I don't see it benefiting us at this point from the minimal I have seen. It has added video chat which we don't have a front facing camera for so not sure what all devs can do to use this for us thats different from 2.3.3.
Might be the fix I'm looking for! Even if phone has rear cam I do use it for video calls to show where I am, but all 2.3 roms don't let me see incoming video properly :/

Just be patient, he has to support every LG phone that CM supports, he is the maintainer of CM on all LG devices.
Some day, our day will come that we have a fully working ICS ROM.
RC is a mastermind i dont know how he does it he is amazing , but im soo disappointed in these ROM's and im not blaming the devs, but hardware acceleration on the ROMS is nothing compared to stock, the stock rom seems smoother and way faster, and lack of drivers from LG is really annoying, do you know if LG would release a full source code with Nvidia drivers this april as its the expected of official ICS release

on ICS? because as far as i know video isnt working yet on ICS roms..
you can use video can illusion from the market for videos. Works no problem

I couldn't.
Just wanting to see everyone's opinion for the ROM they think is best for recording. I'm going to a show tomorrow night and I'd love to be able to take some awesome pics and record some of the show. Obviously jb is out of the question because of the 720p recording problem. All ROMs will be considered

I'm using (Cyber SGS-lV-Style v8)rom and my video camara is not working at all i want someone to recomend me a krenel jb 4.2.2 or a camera fix i only want the camera to record video do not have to be HD 720 is ok because i really like this rom i really appreciate som recommendations..

There is only one other kernel that we have and its Scotts tester. ICS and JB have Choppy recoding, after GB no one has been able to get the choppy ness away. I think ICS had less choppy but JB+ will probably always be choppy

Haha, i think u are right i try some jb and i always find the same problem, another xda member suggest me to use the video recording on 480 and that has fix the problem...

Yes, Ive been around since froyo im pretty sure id know what i would now it only works on samsungs latest version witch is GB.
