Scammer Unlock Codes http://unlockcellphonecode.com/ - General Topics

Hi guys,
As you know, Nokia Lumia 900 AT&T can be unlocked for free calling at AT&T. I paid for this guy in http://unlockcellphonecode.com/ for an unlock code for Nokia Lumia 900 AT&T. Now, I've gotten unlock it for free My Nokia Lumia 900 AT&T, but this guy I emailed it for a refund, NO ANSWERS from him. So, like a advice, Dont buy code here http://unlockcellphonecode.com/ .and find a good page to unlock your devices.
Thanks!!

If you were stupid enough to pay him for the unlock code then that is your problem. You paid him for a service, he delivered - doesn't give you the right to ask for a refund and doesn't make him a scammer either..:banghead:

All Unlock codes are digitally delivered via email. Customers are Instantly emailed a username and password to submit their phone info (imei, model, the service provider the phone is currently locked to, etc) directly to the unlock servers immediately after purchase. When the server has generated the unlock code, it will automatically be emailed back to you using the email address you provided when you submitted your phone information. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folder before emailing support.
All unlock codes are guaranteed. If we can not generate your unlock code or offer a software unlocking solution we will refund you.
Due to the nature of unlock codes, video proof will be REQUIRED from anyone claiming an unlock code does not work.
Most codes are pulled directly from the manufacturer or service provider databases so the only chance of getting an invalid code is by the customer submitting incorrect information to the server.
Refunds will not be issued for incorrect information (imei, model, provider etc) being submitted and hence resulting in an inaccurate code.

Unless you can show that the code they supplied doesn't work, they will not refund you.

If you got what you paid for, and still want refund, that would make you a scammer, and not the other way round...

Free sim unlock

I'm amazed by the number of people who don't know this...
All US carriers to sell LOCKED handsets are REQUIRED by LAW to provide unlock codes upon request.
All you need to do is call the carrier the handset is locked to hand request the unlock code. They will ask you for the IMEI and provied you with the code. If they give you any heat or static about it, just tell them that you KNOW they are required by law to give you the code.
The only way they can refuse is if the IMEI for the handset is tied to an account that still owes money, but if you purchased at retail pricing and never had an account, or currently have an account in good standing, they cannot refuse.
STOP PAYING FOR SIM UNLOCKING AND CALL THE CARRIER!
I have NEVER paid for a SIM unlocking service and am currently using the latest NRG energy rom on my unlocked AT&T FUZE.
SIM Unlock
I don't think what you're saying is true. I have searched for any trace of a US law requiring SIM unlocks an haven't found one. I did find this on wikipedia:
Singapore is the only country that forbid outright SIM locking and contract/phone bundling.
The US and UK don't have any SIM locking laws, but American and British carriers usually offer unlocking codes voluntarily.
Many countries listed below have some form of simlocking laws specifying the period of simlocking and the cost of obtaining unlocking codes. However their effectiveness may be questioned when we look at the iPhone's worldwide distribution practices. The worldwide launch of the iPhone has definitively shattered numerous myths about whether some country has laws against SIM locking.

I second the OP here. It's true but you can only ask your cell phone provider to unlock a phone you bought from them (and not from a friend or fleebay), you have an active contract in good standing, you are atleast 2-3 months into the contract and so on. Basically if they sold u a locked phone, you can demand an unlock.
It sucks to run the whole nine yards, and then pay the same amount of money for the security unlocker. I really wish Olipro could have a security unlock only service.
If you get your carrier to unlock your phone is that when you can flash a Radio from a different device?

Nope...subsidy unlocking is NOT the same as security unlocking.
actually US carriers are required to give you the subsidary unlock code for your device (excluding iPhone and cdma/gsm hybrids although technically, not offerring it for the iPhone is illegal) but only if you are going out of the country and don't to want to use their service or pay their fees since it does not directly interfere with their service.
ATT will give you the code in a couple days if you lie and say your going away for a week or two.
Also that wikipedia article is wrong because phones in Belguim cannot be opertor locked either. Caused a fiasco with the iPhone.

Just got tired of waiting a solution for sim unlock my D2G

that's it I just got tired of waiting a solution for sim unlock my D2G, so ...
any of you, D2G owners, US citizen with a VZ contract, is interested in exchange your previously sim unlocked D2G with mine?
mine is blue, zero scratches, and no dust at all anywhere (it has been keept stored in the box most of the time).. ESN clean off course (i'll give you my IMEI so you can check with VZ)
the idea would be to send you mine (without battery and SD card and factory reseted off course)... I pay the shipping... you receive mine, and send yours to me (same conditions off course) .. yeah I pay that shipping too ...
so you get a mint one, and I receive yours sim unlocked... don't care at all about color.. and even I'm open to receive a phone with some usage marks... this is not scam, I'm just a guy tired of waiting to make his phone work ..
regards
Victor
Solution is easy
For me solution was easy. I pain 19 PLN (about $6,60) for an unlock code. I;m using my D2G in Poland and it works great.
Obviously the unlock codes sold on the 'net didn't work for walderrama; so I'm not sure why are you sharing your positive experience with that here, Gibol666.
yeah indeed I've payed 4 times for codes that didn't worked (actually each seller promised that their codes will work as charm, but all 4 gave me the same codes)
well, I see that there's not enough "interest" in help me ... but what about if I add USD $50.- to this "favor"... I'll send it trough paypal as soon as I get the tracking number of the shipping .

You can only unlock a phone that hasn't had unlock code altered by Verizon. With D2G it is a hit or miss. Some unlock (like mine), others do not.
All online unlockers gather their database from Motorola. Hence providing same codes. For "altered" phones, only Verizon can give you the right code. Unfortunately...

[Q] How to simunlock Samsung Focus

Hi guys,
Whats the best and easiest way to simunlock the At&t samsung focus?
I won this from @benthepcguy from Microsoft, but I live in the Netherlands.
therefor I have no use of a at&t simlocked phone, unless I get it unlocked.
Any ideas?
Well, in the US you could take it to a AT&T store and they'd do it for you. Outside the US, you could try calling AT&T, or your could try calling Samsung directly. I think there are also sites that will sell unlock codes online, which sounds shady but apparently works, and is like $30 or something.
Why don't you tweet Ben stating your problem? He should be able to help you.

Have you test the phone to see if it's already carrier unlocked? I can't imagine why they would give away a phone that's locked to AT&T...
If you're the original owner: Call AT&T and ask the customer rep for unlock code. Use the AT&T phone number listed on your Focus's people hub. They'll ask you for the phone IMEI number.
If you are not the original owner it's unlikely that AT&T will give you unlock code (eg. your phone is locked to another account). Or you can't call them for some other reasons. In that case you can always buy the unlock code from various websites or ebay.
I have used this web site twice (http://www.cellunlocker.net/samsung-unlock.php) to unlock my 2 Focus bought from Craigslist. The unlock code cost about $8 USD each and deliver to your email instantly. Please note: that website is not based in the USA, so my credit card got charged an extra $1 fee.
From what I heard these type of sites pay Samsung/AT&T a fee for special access to their IMEI unlock code database. Either that or they have software that can crack unlock code based on IMEI. I don't know, the codes I bought from them work.
By the way, if you do decided to use that web site make sure you choose AT&T under United State of American as the network that the phone is locked to.

[A] regional lock

So, a lot of you, who bought your S6 from other countries which aren't the one you live in, know that the S6 is Regional lock.
I've tried to find a way to unlock it via software and other methods and came to the conclusion that the only way is to pay for an unlocking site so they will get you your code from the manufacturer database BUT almost all of those sites can't get the unlock codes for the S6 devices!
So, after almost 3 weeks I've decided to send an email to Samsung mobile and to ask them for help in this matter; in my case, I bought mine in Germany and it is lock to all European networks, so I've sent an email (in English) to Samsung's Germany support told them about my problem and ask them to help me, I've even offered to pay them directly online.
To my surprise, they have me to send them my device's IMEI, the country is which I live in, the carrier that im using and a copy of me receipt, after I did so they send me a response saying that they will send me my device unlock code in the next couple of day FOR FREE!
So the answer to all of us, who share this problem is just to send Samsung
(which correspond to where you bought your device) an email asking for help in that matter.
go to this site
http://www.samsung.com/global/support/globalcontact.html
locate the country from which you bought your device, and enter that country samsung website, then go to Support-->mobile---> mobile and tablets then at the bottom click on Contact Service and Support by e-mail.
there you will need to fill your details.
you can use the same text that ive send them, and you will most likely get the same results:
Hello,
I live in -write your country-., I bought my galaxy S6 in -write the country.
My device is locked to -write the which region-, and I would like to unlock it, I've tried doing so for almost 3 weeks now and none of the unlock services are able to unlock it.
I don't mind paying in order to unlock it, but no one can!
Please help me, either by releasing my unlock code to those companies or, if it possible, for me to pay you directly.

Serial num -
Model SM-G920F

Thanks!
Not as smooth a task for me. I'm Australian and bought mine in the Netherlands, and their support has been terrible. First they told me they can't unlock it, then they said they could but I'd have to fill out a special form so I did, after over a week of hearing nothing I took it upon myself to contact them again, and asked them where my code was, only to be told I had sent the wrong receipt (I was given a few with my purchase), I asked them when they planned on telling me as I would've given them the other receipt upon request but I heard nothing. After unsuccessfully trying 5 different unlock sites I decided I'd go back to the samsung route. I contacted their support again, heard nothing for nearly another week, went on their live chat only to find out they didn't even receive my email, lucky the lady was nice and gave me her personal email and said shed make sure the request went through, but said it'd take 1-2 weeks. So as of the time of this message I've had a $1200 brick for nearly a month, with not much promise of anything really changing. Hopefully this woman will be more helpful than the last few I've had.
I got an answer from samsung usa.
they told me that they cant help me because by the law- only the carrier can provide an unlock code.
i send them mail back, hope that's can help.

However, Non-US/International model devices are also available at the third party retailers like Best Buy, Walmart stores and online stores like Amazon, eBay etc in the US. As the Samsung support is country specific we in Samsung US Email support do not have information regarding Non-US/international model devices.
For information regarding your product and assistance for it, we suggest you to contact the appropriate country support team where the device was purchased/manufactured. You can also contact the place of purchase for any available assistance and to know the origin of the device. Only, they can provide you with the region unlock codes. For your convenience, we will provide you with a web link wherein you can select and reach the required country support team.

The best way to get the code is to start a live tchat with someone from the Huawei's website's support section.
this sounds like a bandaid solution; it's annoying.
I used the contact form on the support site, and within 5 minutes had an email requesting the phone ID etc, and that's in a Saturday lunchtime.
They did say it would be Monday before code should be sent, let's see

I just used the UK live chat! They said it would take a few days but meh, at least we can get the code. I'm unsure if I'm going to unlock but figured if I get the code I at least have the option. With the unlock page being down, now the Google form is gone, I think it's best to get your code if you can even if you don't know that you'll use it.

Interesting. I went to the German support chat and they only asked for email, product ID, serial and IMEI so far. Nothing about a reason whatsoever, but maybe that's yet to come
Edit: Interestingly they say that issuing a unlock code already voids warranty. I don't know what that is about

That would mean that they store your imei somewhere to identify the phone if you need to send it in for repair wich i cant believe is legal.
I may be wrong but when I was using the bottloader unlock page I can swear they said they hold your data about your phone etc for 6 months after getting the code. So I think if you brick it in the first 6 months you can kiss any repairs goodbye.

Well, I've bricked my P10 after 5 months, and I used code from their page. The authorized Huawei service changed motherboard without problems under warranty, for free. But I wouldn't take this for granted, could be it depends on service facility
