OK, so I get Cupcake, Donut(sic), Éclair, Gingerbread and Jelly Bean, but surely Honeycomb is not food, unless you like eating wax (there's no accounting for taste, I suppose), and an Ice Cream Sarnie sounds positively disgusting (wouldn't the bread go all soggy?). As for "Froyo", I have no idea what that is, but it doesn't sound much like food, it sounds more like a character from a Lord of the Rings story.
I hear the next one is going to be called Key Lime Pie, which begs the question: why would you need a key for a pie? But hey, at least it's actually food (I presume).
I propose calling the next version after that Flummery Pudding, just because it's so silly.

LOL, thanks for the laughs guys
lmao.
Google isn't going to release ICS until the Galaxy Nexus has gone through the motions. Gingerbread wasn't officially released until like 3.2 (remember the Galaxy S went through some rough versions). Same with Froyo; Nexus One had froyo until 2.1 or 2.2.

The Motoblur UI has taken a lot of flak for being slow, cumbersome and “downright useless” as a friend of mine succinctly put to me some time ago. It seems that things have changed for the better, at least with the Android 4.0 version of the overlay from Moto, and if you want proof of that claim, you can try now to know for yourself.
Pulled from a Droid RAZR, the launcher is now ready to be installed on any non-Motorola device, with a caveat that you should be running ICS. It has already been said to work on the HTC Sensation and other devices and there is also a choice of two launchers with different homescreen styles, so take your pick.
Head to the http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1577123 thread to grab the APKs and to get some specific instructions on how to get the UI on to your Android device.
Step 1 : Open Settings and select 'about phone'
Step 2 : Select 'Android version' and press quickly 3-4 times
Step 3 : Watch the magic

Yes i know.
But, everyday 900.000 new Android phones activated by Google. So a lot of new users that don't knowing this.
What I mean is that there are already more than enough threads on this topic. Like here in the same section as this one just 3 posts down: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1753804
Nyan Droid in ICS, Zombie Art in Gingerbread, Smiling Jellybean in JB, Bee Droid (or whatever you call that) in Honeycomb. Most people know about that.

Manu Cornet, a Googler and cartoonist, drew the picture above on November 30, a representation of the evolution of Android. The drawing starts with Cupcake, moves onto Donut then Eclair, Froyo, Gingerbread, Honeycomb, Ice Cream Sandwich, and Jelly Bean then Key Lime Pie. It’s cute, right? Check out the last drawing. That looks to me like Bugdroid eating a slice of Key Lime Pie, the oft-rumored name of the next version of Android. Its its confirmed that its not only a rumor..but we can't say much. Check the the post on google+ below :
Is this a confirmation of the name? Might be. Might not be, either. But since it’s from a Google employee, we certainly thought it was worth sharing.
Could someone NOT ON Gingerbread try installing this please? I just played it on my Note 2 and it's really bad ass. It's unfortunately touch/tilt-control only, but I'm going to map the controls to my Shield later tonight if I'm awake.

It says it requires Android 3.0 and up, so I doubt it is XP optimized.
No, it's not XPO. Like I said in my original post, it's tilt/touch control only. Great game though.
