should be working in future as nvflash is now available. I just cannot answer the how but on other phones where nvflash is available there is a solution.

Ok but is there anyone who managed to do this on his device and could paste the tutorial he used or write what to do?

Take a look at this video

Thx for this, I've already seen this but as for me it doesnt look like a natively installed ubuntu with dual boot with android. It is a way to get ubuntu but i think it is not what I'm looking for. So does anyone know how to get real native ubuntu on tf300?

It's not available yet we don't have the necessary tools to do so. We need a special kernel used only to boot ubuntu on our tablet we don't have that so its currently not possible.

Do you know if anyone is working on such a kernel now? And does anyone have the video of ubuntu emulated on tf300t?

Dual boot xoom ?

I have 32gb wifi xoom running wingrey Team EOS nightly 4.1.1 JB i was wondering is there a way tomake the xoom a dual boot ( android / Linux ) i know i can install Linux nativly then go back to android via backup but a dual boot would be much easier something like the touchpad tri boot but only dual

What linux can be installed natively?
Open suse?
I do not know i am looking for info to see if it can be done or has already been done something similar to what was done to te hptouchpad

Id say, if they can, we can too.
Bet developers can do but the question is if they want to?
It would be usefull to have both linux and android here on xoom
Yes it would with the ability to run linux natively you would think it could be done. It would be a matter of repartioning as well as boot.img . The whole native linux thing on the xoom is a pain use linux when done wipe and re flash a nandroid backup and then do it all over again. I guess i will have to mess around with my touchpads boot img and the xoom to see if i can get it work my touchpad runs linux, android and webos. Iwould haveto do some serious reprogramming on the files to make them work but I think it could be done

I'm no programmer but i wonder if it would be possible running something like Puppy Linux.
Puppy can boot from an SD card and run entirely in ram.It seems to me this would save a lot of work partitioning, etc. The developer is currently trying to adapt Puppy for ARM boards.
It's a great little distro I used for many years ( after BeOS got too old).
Hmmm interesting i will have to look into that tonight and see what I come up with

Any smooth(like 60 FPS+) ubuntu?

Well i've been arround on Q&A and installed the ubuntu version of :http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1537566. Well it didnt go fast as i expected but i was happy that it worked.
Maybe other kernal compile?
Is there any latest tutorials or things that made ubuntu on transformer of any kind(Sbk1 + 2) faster?.
Nope the tegra 2 and the 1gig of ram cant muster enough power to pull of 60fps in unity. You might have better luck with a different gui

Have a look at my post here: (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1824938) Enlightment window manager runs around 60fps and uses about half the ram then unity does.

Uhm how did u get xubuntu-desktop working? Same progress as normal ubuntu?
And how aboutfps 60?
So i have few more questions:
Which kernal is the best for use the ubuntu on the Tf 101 (Olife or Jhinta?) and how to inject it? (i know how to compile it its on the xda wikia)
I'm on SBK2 B80 Transformer so Olife might not work. I have compile the kernal by my own i think.

Usb 3g dongle ?

How and what do i need to get a 3g usb dongle to work i have one now that doesn't seem to work. It'a a nokia cs-17 and i think i need to install the connecting software to work but that will only work for windows etc. What do i have to do to get a 3g dongle to work that doesn't need a software installed on the device ? If i can't get a dongle to work i'll just use phone hotspot.
I'm pretty sure you'll need drivers to get something like that to work. I suppose you could try porting them from windows or writing your own if you've got the skill but other than that, you can only hope for the best and see if it works.
The TF201 runs the same kernel version, so check the Prime forums to see which dongles people have managed to get working. That should probably get you on your way.
Basically, it would involve checking the kernel drivers included in 2.6.39.4 (which is the version TF700 runs) and add and compile the kernel module for it if it's not included in the kernel by default. You'd need root to insmod/modprobe that newly compiled kernel module.
anyone tried and able to get the 3g dongle to work ?
Yea

AW: [DEV] Ubuntu Touch Preview on Infinity tf700
Thanks! Great to see that development picked up so fast.
I can report that it is working as a developer build should. I basically only tested WiFi. It connected to my network and I could browse the web with the browser!
One major glitch is that the keyboard seems to be out of bounds.

No, currently it totally replaces /system partition. But you don't need to wipe /data partition - you can simple reinstall CROMI or other Android without lose any data (except /system, of course).
Currently I'm working on multiboot and it will support linux, android and ubuntu-touch to boot from hardware devices (internal emmc, sdcards, usb media) or virtual disk img files.

Will it be compatible with CROMI or you're planning on making only a CM version?

Windows - quite impossible.
About the rest - use search.
install linux
See the xubuntu or arch linux threads in the dev section.
I currently have xubuntu and cromi 3.4.6 dual boot.
Android is running really smooth while xubuntu is functional but has no sound, works really well otherwise.
I have tf300t on 4.1 bootloader, linux won't work on 4.2 bootloader.
Hope this helps, make sure you understand what you're doing before making any changes to your tablet.
I have bootloader 4.2 and in the future would it not be impossible windows install?

Windows will never happen, our device is capable but microsoft will never (i mean never) release windows rt as an upgrade from android.if you want out device with windows rt. search for the tf600
As for linux, its very easy to do heres a video of it running on our tf300t
