Have samsung galaxy 3 gt-i9300 running aokp jellybean 4.1.1 (phone is rooted), am using myphoneexplorer to sync data from outlook, all is working except i cannot find tasks list on the phone, calendar and contacts are fine. See attached screenshot as in myphoneexplorer i can see the tasks and they should be on phone as well ?

Wrong forum bro. That is for galaxy 3 and not for galaxy s3

Is there a way to sync my tab with my S3? Specifically speaking the calender. I only went with the tab 2 thinking this would be easy since i have had my phone longer and use the calender among other items pretty regularly for work.
Can you connect both device's to the internet?
If so, then we not sync them over google?

I'm wondering if I write a note on my s3 and then want to see it on the tablet (and vise-versa)... do the two apps sync with each other?
I see that syncing fails alot on either app when logged into my samsung account.
Any tips..ideas? better softwares?

They do not. You would have to sync to Evernote or Google Drive on the first device and then sync S-Note on the second device with Evernote / Drive to see your note. It's not seamless.
I am having a heck of a time getting my Samsung account to sync s-memo and calendars.
The S3 uses Calendar (smasung, not googles) whereas the Note 10.1 uses S-Planner.
The S3 uses S-Memo and the Note 10.1 uses S-Note.
My Samsung account is linked to my primary Google account.
The passwords between the 2 accounts are the same.
All I want is my calenders and notes to sync. If I write a note on my tablet I would like it to sync to my phone and vice versa. The same goes for calender events. Weirdly contacts and internet both sync. If my calendar events are supposedly syncing to my primary Google calender, then why aren't events created on my phone showing on my tablet?
I know I can't be the only person who wants to symc data between OEM apps on an S3 and Note 10.1. Yes, I did do a search. Any help resolving this would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

It helps if you tell it to save to the google calendar instead of ghe internal one.
And apparently S-Memo and S-Note don't play nice with one another. Wth Samsung?

If this helps ya, I have the Note tablet & note 2 phone and the S Note does not integrate. I can sync both just can't sync from one to another. It sucks, but hopefully it will change
I had this exact same question. Just got a Note 10.1 and wanted to sync my notes with my Note 2.

Hi guys!
Just new and looking for an answer to why my s notes do not sync between note 2 and 10.1 Or they sync the disappear. Does this mean that right now its not actually possible??

I figured how to sync my Galaxy note 2 S Notes with my Galaxy note tab 10.1. I used google docs.
1. Press and hold on a note or a folder
2. Select Sync from the menu
3. Select Google Docs
4. Log into Google Docs (if you don't have google docs, then create one) LOL.
5. Go to your Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet and open your S Note app.
6. On the Drop down menu after the + sign on the top right hand corner, select Sync
7. Select Google Docs and log in.
8. You will see your Notes or folder import.
That's it, this imports the notes very well. If you need help setting your notes to do (handwriting to text) let me know.

The absolute best solution for this is DROPSYNC!! Just install dropsync on your phone and on the tablet. Direct dropsync to sync both ways and sync the snotes folder. PERFECT SYNC!! Not sure why the Samsung account can't do this, but Dropsync does it exactly! Make a note on the tablet and it ends up on the phone and vise versa.

Sorry, I think SPlanner only syncs between your email and calendar clients.
S4 and Note 10.1 s note sync issue

Does this expIain why I'm getting the following:
Create an S note on my note 10.1
I can view it on my note and s4
as soon as I've viewed it on my s4 it disappears from my note 10.1
This isn't exactly a "useful" feature!?

I have an s3. I like the format of the s memo calender. I have my personal gmail acct sync'd and I have my bosses sync'd (which i just did about 2 weeks ago). I am now trying to sync my work gmail calendar, but it says "can not connect to google servers, try again". What do I do? (ps- I did check my gmail acct on my phone and they are ALL sync'd there)

If yes which ROM and GAPPS have been used?
Any help to further debug this issue would be highly appreciated.

I just flashed JEDI SoA (wiped System/Factory/Cache/Dalvik) and everything is working fine.
I successfully configured my Exchange account ... emails and contacts are sync without any problem but nothing appears in the calendar.
I forced a sync of the calender under Settings/Accounts ... no errors ... but still nothing in the Calendar.
I also tried installing Orthus 8 and I'm getting the same problem.
Under Calendar -> Setting -> Account I see a calendar for my Gmail account but nothing under the corporate one

I'm having the same issue on my Gnex, already on 2 different 4.2.2 ROMs. Corporate email and contacts are set up properly, but there is no Corporate Calendar in the "calendars to display" of Calendar settings. Under sync all 3 appear, calendar mail and contacts. I tried Slimbean and now on JBSourcery 5.1, both with custom (from the devs side) gapps. Could the gapps package be the fault? When I installed another 4.2.2 ROM, I installed the oficial gapps package for 4.2.2 and calendar sync was present. What apps/services are responsible for the corporate calendar sync ?

Initially I was using Superlite Superfast (vicom Rutumax 4.1.2) ... I'm still using as my daily drive.
Then I installed Jelly Jedi and I also tried Ortus.
Anyway before flashing the new ROM I always perform a "Wipe system" + "Factory reset" (at least 2x).
Exchange works fine on Superlite Superfast 4.1.2 (email + contact + calendar).
I never managed to get any 4.2.2 to work with Calendar ... Emails and Contacts worked initially and then stopped working after a while.
Let me try one more time ...

I tried and didn't work. Email are fine but still nothing in the calendar.
Looking around I noticed that my Calendar apparently is working properly only on the distribution using Stock Exchange (SecExchange.apk) vs Exchange2.apk.
Could this be the reason?
I'm getting my outlook calendar to sync also.

I have no data plan on my mobile so I changed "push" in settings to manual. Calendar showed up when I changed back to push. I haven't tested yet if I can sync without push though, but now know where the problem is.:laugh::victory:

Thanks snigel, followed the suggestion and worked. During the setup of the exchange account I left the frequency on "push" and the calendar was properly populated. I then changed the setting to manual and the calendar still show the exchange account in the list to sync.

maybe I'm too late... but I also had the same issue... had to set the sync to "Push". This fixed it for me. You can change back later.

I have problem with S Note syncing. I am using samsung account and google drive to sync but some of my notes was broke (I don'y know why) and samsung account sync other notes than google drive so I have dubble note and something like this.
I am using Omega Rom. Do you think that this problem is related with custom rom and stock rom will be better? (notes is very ipmortant for me)?

Not sure its the same issue.. But i have a note2 phone and a note 10.1. I tried to get the notes to sync as well. But it would not sync both to the same places. To make it even worse it would pull thru the folders and put the temples from the tablet on the phone and phone on tablet
What i done. on my phone and then on my tablet. Inside the s- note folder on both phone and tablet i created a folder called my notes.. Then i sync that folder to my Synology disk station with there app.. So you might be able to set something up similar.with a 3rd party app.
Also s note does not save new documents to the my note folder i created so each time i have to move them..
