Hello, I've just received the .30 OTA and when trying to install it it failed once showing the red exclamation mark. I tried again and now I'm stuck on the very first boot screen showing ASUS And Powered by Nvidia. I am rooted but not unlocked. I've tried the soft reset with a pin and it's still the same. Any advice?
Edit: I can get into the RCK, it's showing the red triangle exclamation mark at first but then I'm in the recovery mode. I can see it's looking for an update package and says failed to mount /sdcard/ASUS_BUNDLE.ZIP and can't mount sdcard/EP201_768_SDUPDATE.zip followed by SD Installation aborted.

If you can go to recovery than follow this guide
.The factory restore guide should do the trick.

My HTC Sensation will not boot or install CWM. I have "signature verification failed" and red triangle. My symptoms occured after I upgraded my HTC drivers with a file PG58img. My phone is rooted, s-off. What is my remedy to get past te verification errors. What are my next steps? How do I fix my phone?
Thanks in advance for your help.
First how are you trying to install CWM?
Also what firmware are you on?
Last does it say locked at the top of your Hboot screen.

After I rooted, I installed PG58IMG and then my problems began.
I am trying to install CWM from SD Card.zip.
1.) Vol Down + Power
2.) Recovery
3.) Screen with Red Triangle
4.) Vol Up + Power
5.) Recovery from SD Card. zip
6.) Electronic verification error, installation aborted.

Boot Loop Fix, Red Triangle Fix
The fix for my boot loop problem from installing P58img.zip was for me to edit the android.txt file inside the zip file. After adding the correct CIDnum, this fixed the boot loop.

Good I was going to tell you that you needed to edit the android-info.text file and you would be good to go.
Im currently using huawei honor official ics 4.0.3 rom. I accidently replaced my recovery.img file by root browser and now my phone wont boot. On boot, a message appears "recovery.img signature failed. Update ur recovery file." Ive tried replacing the recovery file with the pink screen method but the drives wont mount... i tried upgrading/downgrading my phone with many different stock roms but while updateing, it just goes half way and a message "update failed with a yellow triangle " appears... sorry for terrible english

Hi guys!!!
Need your expert help ASAP!
I was performing system updates via OTA on my TF300T (bootloader locked, stock ROM, rooted). Originally was on JRO03C.WW_epad-10.4.2.18-20121122, updated to JRO03C.WW_epad-10.4.2.20-20121228, then received another notification for system update - it downloaded ok, started the update process but when it eventually rebooted my tab was stuck on ASUS logo (i left it there for about 20 minutes, just in case)
If I reboot using vol-down+pwr I get the following text:
Android cardhu-user bootloader <100 e> released by "WW_epad-10.6.1.15.3-20130416" A03
Key driver not found.. Booting 05
Starting Fastboot USB download protocol
I then get "RCK", "Android" and "Wipe data" icons.
Choosing RCK I get
Booting recovery kernel image
Signature match
it starts the update process momentarily but then it displays android with red triangle with exclamation mark in it...
Choosing "Android" I get
Cold-booting Linux
Signature match.
and nothing else happens...
haven't tried "wipe data" option...
Please help!!!!! How do I revive my tab???
I'm noob at this
Thanks in advance!

Wipe data. It should fix after a bad update which is what this sounds like. When I flashed CyanogenMod I couldn't boot I was stuck at boot logo but the data wipe fixed me. It will delete everything so I hope you don't have anything that can't be replaced but that's better than a non working device. if it still does not work contact support. Did you mod it in any way prior to the update other than rooting? Sometimes even an OTA on a device that was just rooted can break something. if you get it working again make sure to unroot before an update.

Yeah, I guess I'll have to try the data wipe option - I think I should be able to replace everything that will be wiped.
No mods other than root. Before I started with updates I temporarily unrooted and saved root using Voodoo OTA... Haven't had any issues with OTA updates in the past...
data wipe didn't help...
any other options??
UPDATE:
All fixed now. Downloaded latest update file from Asus website and extracted, then copied extracted zip file to root of microSD card. Powered up TF300 with vol-down + pwr and selected RCK. Update completed successfully.
Probably didn't need to do data wipe...
First of all, I have gone through every similar post, but none helped and so created a new post
Device: Nexus 5
Tried to flash: Stock 5.0 image from Google's website
Bootloader unlocked: Yes
Method used: http://forum.xda-developers.com/google-nexus-5/general/tutorial-how-to-flash-factory-image-t2513701
Tried step 1, it gave an error: archive does not contain system.sig, but it still went ahead with the process and when tried to boot into recovery to perform a wipe data/factory reset, it showed a small Android logo with a red triangle and exclamation mark.
So I tried step two and manually flashed all the files in the order and in the end (after erasing cache), I tried booting into recovery again and got the same thing. Android logo with a red triangle and exclamation mark inside it. I thought the recovery wouldn't have flashed properly, I booted into bootloader again and manually flashed recovery.img and tried. Still the same. WIthout doing a wipe data/factory reset, I do not think the phone will boot up properly. What am I to do here? Stuck in this and cannot use the phone at all. Any help at all is welcomed. Thanks in advance!
Any questions, please ask me.
Edit: I tried locking and then unlocking the bootloader and tried step 2, while booting into the recovery mode, instead of the red triangle, I got the standing Android logo with the blue sphere sort of thing revolving in it. What do I do next when I see that Android logo? Thank you

The first boot takes a LONG time. Just let it go for a while.

So, I did try as you said. I left it but it kept booting for more than 20 minutes. What to do now?
Same thing happened to me.. You just have to do a factory wipe and then reboot..
When you get to the screen with dead android, with the power button pressed, press vol up key once and you will be in the recovery screen. Do a factory wipe from the screen and reboot..
It should be working now..

Incredible. That, worked! I did a rookie mistake by pressing both at the same time which led to nothing. Got it up and running. Thank you everyone for their inputs, couldn't have done without it
The factory wide and reset does not work for me. Stills tuck at the boot animation.
I recently had the same issue with my Nexus 5 and have been back and forth with Google Play support to resolve the issue with no success on that front. However I did get my issue resolved, which was caused by a corrupt /persist filesystem. What I did was this:
Flash CWM Recovery
Reboot into Recovery
notice that /persist isn't mounted, try mounting it and it will fail
Launch and ADB shell
run 'e2fcsk /dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/persist'
let it fix any errors found
try to mount the /persist partition, it should work now
(Optional) reboot to bootloader, flash whichever recovery you want or stay with CWM
reboot into system, all should be fine now
After successfully repairing and mounting /persist within CWM Recovery I powered off and just flashed the stock 5.0 image from the Google Factory Images page.
A special thanks to bitdomo for his information here which ultimately fixed my issues:

Hello,
So I got myself in a funny situation. After i updated Magisk yesterday my phone wouldn't boot anymore, so i went into TWRP and did a factory reset.
However right now it won't boot anymore at all. Also TWRP is gone.
When i turn my phone on it can still enter bootmode. However my recovery mode is gone. Loading my phone normally just leaves a white LED and black screen.
When i try to install TWRP or any custom kernel i get the message that it is failed and that Recovery partition is not found.
Also loading into recovery just goes to white LED and black screen.
I tried installing the default Oneplus ROM, and it says:
writing 'recovery'...
FAILED <remote: Partition not found>
So now I get stuck because there is no recovery partition and everything i try throws back that my recovery partition isnt there.
Now i tried to install the OPX recovery image to restore it, but when it tries to write the recovery partition it gives the same error but with the name <recovery_a> No such partition.
What can i do to fix this?
EDIT:
Also booting from twrp boot.img will say OKAY.
It restarts the device but then again stays stuck un the black screen with white LED
OPX recovery image?? Never flash an image from another phone. Just reflash your phone with Qualcomm Download Tool and youre good to go
I have followed a guide.
Then i came into the next issue, i started my phone with the blackscreen and white LED, and the driver appeared and I installed it.
http: // prntscr.com /njf9ry
However the download tool doesn't find my device.
