EDIT: Dont think so its better then S3 widget. Setting is always need to be refresh(for location). No extra features. Even words are too large.

my cyanogenmods have this feature include but there are some apps out there that are cappable of this...root required

Adobe Flash is not support on JB, you need to install it manually and it will work fine....

Seems to bee a connectivity issue. Obtain the apk of the flash player from the web and try side loading it. Don't forget to enable unknown sources in settings> applications
