my cyanogenmods have this feature include but there are some apps out there that are cappable of this...root required

and i flashed ,it's worked on our device,i feel this is look well than S3 weather widget!!

EDIT: Dont think so its better then S3 widget. Setting is always need to be refresh(for location). No extra features. Even words are too large.
