This should also be fast to type with as it uses multitouch
Personally i use SlideIt. Really like it. I Especially like that you can type with one hand

my cyanogenmods have this feature include but there are some apps out there that are cappable of this...root required

Only the top notification is expanded by default. That 'top' notification is being used by your toggles.
Just hold you in call notification and pull down. It should show the hangup button.
