Radio-38.03.02.11_M
eMMC-boot
Mar 10 2011,14:58:38
When installing shipped rom

pls tell me what i m doing wrong and how to solve this issue thanx.

Writing EXACTLY what is written on the phone screen helps getting an answer.
In any case, if you're getting Fail-PU - your phone is dead.

hi
i have checked this is the other info i have.
Update utility comes with error. "Error bootloader version. Main Version is lower update failed.
update utility has main version 1.30.110.2
and phone has main version 2.10.110.8
thanx for your help
I have tried the Flashing with SD card ( by making gold card via xtc and extracting rom.zip out of installer ) it flashes fine but stays on tmobile sign.
The rom.zip that i extracted is wwe but Tmobile sign is still on why is that ?
Regards

Amon_RA or somebody Please Help Me! I cannot make my phone start again.
almost DEAD SAPPHIRE?
This is the hboot infomation:
SAPPHIRE EVT1 32B SHIP S-ON 0
HBOOT-1.53.02000 (SAPP40000)
CPLD-10
RADIO-3.22.26.04
just the same with k9998 from : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=607169
I try "fastboot boot RA-MAGIC-RECOVERYV1.52"
1.H version can start,but it show "E:can't mount CACHE:recovery/log. E:can't open CACHE:recovery/log " ,i can't do any thing in this time
2.G version can not start
I looked all the possible thread about the :
SAPPHIRE EVT1 32B SHIP S-ON 0
HBOOT-1.53.02000 (SAPP40000), didnt find anything.. is it just me and k9998 that has this device? is it not possible to flash the SPL?
Edit :
I created goldcard from other sapphire device (HBOOT-1.33.2010) ,
does it matter?
because i cannot go to adb device from the dead sapphire.
From the goldcard created from other sapphire, I did try all method for :
NBH/ZIP
ROM v2.53.707.2 (Engineerings SPL v1.33.2010) - MD5 : F9674D19BE5F949D0D9DC99714D210E3
ROM v2.16.707.3 (NON-Perfected stock SPL v1.33.0009) - MD5 : DC391E4A3FC57861D7197C151176ED96
ROM v2.16.151.1 (NON-Perfected stock SPL v1.33.0009) - MD5 : ADA4924293EFF619B05BB397446F862D
the device is just checking the SAPPIMG.ZIP and on the top right corner there is a blue progress bar but when finished it just nothing, went back to the Hboot screen.
I even tried the Extracted rom1.zip (rename to sappimg.zip) from HTC Magic_RUU_Sapphire_HTC_Asia_WWE_3.03.728.4.exe from http://www.htc.com/sea/SupportDownlo...at=2&dl_id=759
ALSO I tried the T-Mobile NBH file (somewhere in the UN-ROOT thread) , but it says :
Unknown Fail
Update Fail.
All the possible ROM i have downloaded and rename them to sappimg.zip but could not get through the fastboot update.
I am desperate..
Maybe if the goldcard created from the same device as the dead device would help? just another hope I guess..
2.581 rom may help your G2.
Hi alimx,

Hi, i147,
Your SPL is S-ON O? Do you mean it is the OMS system? Believe it is your typing error, right?
Hi, alimx
I flashed my oms device using HiAPK's method, and successed.

[Q] Flashing HTC Titan AT&T US to DFT Eternity Pearl edition

Hello everyone,
This is my first message. I have never posted here before but I've read a lot; I always found all the information I needed (and I thank you all greatly for that). But this time, i'm out of clues.
I have a HTC Titan US AT&T and i'm trying to flash it to DFT Eternity Pearl Edition, mainly to have it updated past build 7720 (since AT&T decided to screw us all and stop shipping updates; the CAB sending method fails on it).
Info about the device:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Below is what I tried and the results I got:
1. flashing SPL from DFT_HSPL_WP7SG1 using RUU: gives "invalid model ID"
2. flashing it using the goldcard method: the phones displays "entering USB host mode", then "loading", then immediately reboots and goes to the SPL screen (above)
3. from there, plugging the phone to a computer, then trying to flash HSPL using the wizzard gives a communication error when trying from XP, and apparently succeeds when trying from Windows 7. But restarting after it's done gives the SPL screen which doesn't say HSPL anywhere.
4. then, trying to flash the actual ROM (DFT Eternity Pearl Edition) from RUU gives "invalid model ID" again
5. I also tried to flash the original ROM for my device, IMG_Eternity_Cingular_US_1.10.502.04_Radio_16.23.02.26_A_16.27.00.23_Signed_ETERNITY_RELEASE.nbh, hoping it would somehow downgrade the SPL and things would go well after that, using the goldcard method. That apparently worked:
But I then tried everything again and got the same exact symptoms.
6. Then, right now I tried flashing the DFT Eternity Pearl Edition using the goldcard method and it has been stuck on the "Loading..." screen for 20 minutes and still counting.
I'm out of ideas. To me 5. proves my goldcard setup works. I will, however, go out today and buy a SD card reader and try again as i've been using a flash drive. Would any one have any more idea?
Maybe one thing worth noting: that phone was originally a test phone, meaning a phone that AT&T would give companies who wanted to try new phones before buying a whole fleet of it. I don't know if they do anything to these phones.
I *promise* this is the only bump i'll make on that message. I bought a SD card reader but the damn thing doesn't even power up when plugged on a laptop so I have to return it.

Phone keeps looking for the files PG58DIAG.ZIP & PG58IMG.ZIP

Hi Everyone,
Since I originally modified my Sensation (Rooting, S-Off, etc) I find that when I enter the boot menu (Volume Down + Power) I am presented with a readout regarding the files PG58DIAG.ZIP and PG58IMG.ZIP. Basically the phone tries to load PG58DIAG.ZIP, states that it cannot find it, then looks for PG58IMG.ZIP, can't find it, etc. The video below shows what I mean (please excuse the shakiness) -
Video of PG58DIAG.ZIP issue
Here is a screenshot from near the end of the attempted file loading process -

I am wondering if there is any way of stopping the process outlined above. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

This is normal
Sent from my HTCSensation using xda app-developers app
bootloader scans everytime for any of these files
there is no problem at all
android1234567 (very good developer) explained it to me like this:
The PG58 stuff you seen in bootloader mode appear because you have an SD card inserted; the bootloader was just checking your SD card to see if it had a bootloader-update package in it.

I can't install ANY rom on my HTC ONE X

Hello guys!
It been like 3 days i've been trying to install a rom on my HTC one x, any rom, just to make it boot up again.
Here's some of what i've done:
Installed a custom recovery (TWRP/CWR)
Copied the rom file into the phone's memory and booted up the phone in recovery mode and tried to install the roms, every single rom failed to install yelling different errors, one that has something to do with the bootloader and after searching the problem here and there it lead me to updating the karnel and i tried million times with no luck
i also tried different versions of recovery modes thinking it was the reason why the installation didn't go through; it all was in vain!
here's a screenshot of the info i get with the fastboot getvar all command.

Thank you so much for your reply! at least i know what's the problem now.
I'm downloading some "Evita" compatible roms, hopefully it will work this time

Failing to get permission to get Super cid (to get S-OFF, to get hboot 2.16 ...)

So in terms of getting my HTC One S repartioned I need to get hboot 2.16. In terms of getting hboot 2.16 i need my phone S-OFF. In terms of getting my phone S-OFF I need to get Super cid: 11111111. (What kind of absurd adventure is that? seriously!)
So in that very last step of the chain I landed here and while going through this instruction I fail getting permissions:

Guys, and tell me: Is it really that complicated or am I just missing something? I mean what is with that endless IF-Chain?
/edit: I am getting desperate here. I have even tried this rumrunner.us-thing.

Yes My device is rooted, I have enabled root for both apps and adb and I also have superSU with the default option to allow root enabled. So I also see in the log, that shell is performing some root-action-stuff.
Windows 7. all Firewalls are off.
