I have a untoched sensation
-ICS 4.0.3
-Sens 3.6
-Firmware 3.33.707.6
not sure about hboot.
I want to achieve Root and a custom recovery.
[GUIDE] How to flash ICS 3.33 firmware | flash/update ARHD ICS ROM
?
For senior member status as you stated, you should and have to know where and how to achieve that.

Look for the section that says:
NEW
ONE CLICK ROOT TOOL
and follow the instructions.
I cannot make it any simpler than that.
Questions:
4.copy the rest of files to the your adb/fastboot folder where is adb/fastboot folder?
(SOFF what is that?)

Seriously,it seems that you should concentrate on getting familiar with all the processes involved.
Look in my signature (☺ A great starting point for all new Sensation owners ☺)
There is a whole list of guides and explanations.
READ,READ,AND READ some more,or else you will mess up your phone.

I'm a new android user who just bought a new android phone, HTC desire S. I've been searching all over the Desire S forum but can't find a tutorial on flashing the custom ROM. Also, I don't understand what is S-Off and other stuffs as this is very new to me.. Hope someone could guide me. Thanks!

Can you use the search function? This has been answered over and over and over again in many different threads (a good start is looking through the [GUIDE] threads in Sensation General)

Check the pinned topics in the sensation forums. There's lots of threads on how to root. I will say to read read read. Make sure you have at least a basic understanding of what you should be doing. If you don't understand anything, ask for help in the relevant threads. Someone will be about to offer advice. Don't do something without knowing what you're doing. It will significantly increase your chances of doing damage to your phone.

1)use juopunutbear method to S-OFF the device and root

You already were pointed to the guides required for rooting, but before that, I'd like to point you to something.
You said you have absolutely NO experience or knowledge in this area, so I suggest you do not be hasty and not root yet.
Before doing so you should know what you are doing, the risks of such thing, and how to work with it. Most chances you do not really need it.

I repeat - DO NOT root your phone before you know exactly what it does.
