Thank you for posting hese mirrors, but as this was already posted in the official RUU thread, perhaps you should have posted your mirrors there instead of making a whole new thread. They should all be in one spot so they are more easily searched out. Just a suggestion.
Football being the original poster and responsible for bringing the RUU SHIPPED ROM collection to this forum, should be duly acknowledged and one should refrain from posting unnecessary threads for undue appreciation.

Congratulations, this solution really works. By the way, "[WARNING] Do not flash a new official RUU/ROM/OTA if you have root and/or S-OFF" is now old news, so it can be removed. It does not do harm to install the OTA, people just lose root. It is possible to downgrade
Actually the thread should say something like: You can safely install RUU/ROM/(OTA*) if you have Radio S-OFF (other users too, but it takes more steps to downgrade then), but in any case you will lose root.
* OTA has been pulled by HTC

Sorting things out
Recently with all the new ICS roms and with the "old" Gingerbread roms it is becoming harder and harder to find the ROM that you are looking for. Maybe it is an idea to split the ROM development into gingerbread and ICS roms?
Just wondering if it is possible?

I came across what looks like a link to the 2.21 RUU, but I haven't seen the RUU posted here at all. It just seems like it would be easier to use this than having to follow the process laid out in the OTA thread.

There is one linked in the RUU Ville/Ville C2 shipped roms thread in development section here as well that is supposedly legit. Kindly mirrored by torxx here: http://d-h.st/nwQ
md5 matches the one from android hilfe, could be that torxx grabbed his there ofc
Sorry haven't used it myself but not seen any complaints about it either.

Sorry why did you open a new thread for this, there are hundreds of threads all saying stuff about the update, if you dont actually have anything useful to report about the update, why make a thread? Please maybe speak to a mod about closing or removing this thread, thanks!

I have the latest official OTA Update for my HTC One S on Bell.
Version 1.84.666.9
Sense 4.0 instead of 4.1 tmobile version
Android 4.0.3
I do not have the possibility to change the Recent apps button.
I would like to stay on stock rom just to avoid flashing rom updates and deal with glitches.
Should I just wait it out for jellybean or should I change my CID to something else?
Help would be appreciated!
