Screenshots are clearly in the first post.
TO OP:
You do realize DropBox is the worst place to upload a file?
You should use Mediafire or another place.
Your links have already generated too much traffic and have been disabled. (I'd say 20 downloads max?)

Need Social + Widget !!!, RAM Management is excellent (283 Mb free on first boot which I haven't seen on any rom before except for stock), Overclocked (@1.3) version gets 6714 in antutu benchmark. I badly need social widget (None of the Rom out there has it).

How about barttery life? Which kernel in this rom? Stock kernel?
Sent from my LG-P920 using Tapatalk 2

The rom has a stock kernel with ramdisk tweaks and in next post there is novkernel

Hello , installed your rom and kernel but i can seem to unlock my simcard .. also tested with getril but no go ..

I'm sure this question is asked quite a lot but do I need to change the baseband for a proper installation? Right now I have xxxxBUK2 if I'm not mistaken...
Thanks in advance
EDIT: and what about wake up lag? because I'm getting annoyed that in stock rom it takes 2-3 seconds just to turn the screen on

There is no need to change baseband. But if it matters ill post the modem file.
And the wakup lag is definitely better I must say from 2-3 sec to 1 sec
nice to see this kind of rom. simple, clean, and almost stock
btw: the antutu score isn't useable, because sd card speed bug
i think this rom will find many users.
good luck.

Thanks I really want to make a business environment ready rom
and about the sdcard speed, it doesn't really matter in score acutally, here is another screenshot:
Why battery charged notification is removed? It was convenient ant bug less to me. Im using CM9, but soon im going to need fully working car charger, that's why im interested.
What i really would like to see:
normal sms box in polish language no like in attached thumbnail;
stock touchwiz 3.0 weather widget (that is pack if i remember correctly)
stock touchwiz 3.0 is probably better
1% battery mod = superb!
It's my dream Sammy bug less rom
One more thing that i remember stock Samsung Mail have some kind of bug notification disappears after some time only badge notification informs me about new mail. Is it possible to fix this issue?
sorry if my proposition's going too far in Your vision of this project

In the final version Ill include both SystemUI.apk, the one with charged notification and the one without charged notification.
And I still have to take a look at the stock apps, there will be some usefull apps added and some lame apps removed, also will take a look at the mail app
Thanks for sharing your desires

Hi broodplank,
nice work and i think i will give it a try as soon as i find the time. Just a question: will you integrate ics theme and crt off effect or will it stay on the actual design ? By the way some screenshots would be fine
Thx for your efforts

@people who talk about unlock lag:
The unlock lag is caused by one of these reasons below
- slow sleep cpu speed/governor (check /system/etc/init.d/01cpu)
Standard is powersave / 122MHz
- virtuous oc daemon itself. since it will switch between profiles at every lock/unlock
Im gonna test it without the oc daemon also, and ill see if if causes lag just by being active (no matter whatsettings)
- other i9001 bug
You tell me?

[ROM] Stock+ for Huawei G300 (U8815/U8818) [ICS]

STOCK+ ROM
This is a custom ROM for the Huawei Ascent G300 based on official ICS 4.0.3 B960.
This ROM requires that you have B926 or higher (i.e. baseband 2030) if you are not sure what this means, please see here.
Features & changes from stock:
Rooted, zipaligned & busybox added
Performance tweaks
Default Storage set to sdcard
Ad-Blocking hosts file
Custom APN list
Low ringer volume fix
Sony Bravia Engine
Dictionary fixed
New boot animation
CyanogenMod's DSP manager
Battery circle mod
Updated adreno drivers
SuperSU for root management
Supercharger V6 for improved performance and memory management
Wifi to mobile data nag disabled
MMS messaging without needing to enable data
Includes CM style notification toggles
Includes ES File Explorer & Rocket Player
Includes overclocking kernel and NoFrills-CPU app to configure it
Installation
Copy the zip file to your sdcard and then boot in to ClockWorkMod. (or TWRP)
CWM > Wipe data/factory reset
CWM > advanced > reboot recovery
CWM > install zip from SD > Choose zip from sdcard > select StockPlus-B960.zip
Wait for installation to finish and reboot
Recommended on first boot
Once the ROM has booted for the first time I would recommend leaving it for a few minutes while it finishes it's initial setup. After this I'd recommend doing the following to improve the overall usage of the ROM:
App drawer > No-Frills CPU > Set Governor to SmartassV2, set I/O scheduler to sio and for nice performance boost set the Max clock frequency to 1.152Ghz.
NB: I have found G300's to be pretty stable between 1Ghz and 1.19Ghz so you can comfortably use 1.19Ghz if you wish but if you want keep things conservative and still have a little performance improvement then setting the max frequency to 1.152ghz is a great compromise.

Updated OP to the latest version.
Updated ROM to latest B960 base.
no1 here? no feedbacks , nothing?
Most work and feedback on this rom is done on the MoDaCo G300 forums. I just like to keep this thread updated for my fellow xda'ers.
Oh, and updated OP to latest version.
phone hex image
hi,
first of all please excuse my english, my phone is the huawei U8815N and i am new in the forum and i'm lost even when using the search function,
so please i want to know if there is a solution for the "image signature verify fail" problem (knowing that i was performing an OTA update)
if not can any one make a phone image (*.hex) for the Huawei Ascend G300 NFC) to use with QPST.

Hello, I used this ROM for a couple of days, and I noticed a higher battery drain , because of the stoc browser included in this ROM.
I disabled it, and things are better now.
Sometimes the ROM becames laggy.
So, does anyone know kernel with 2wcr working with this rom?

[KERNEL][ICS][OC/UV-1.42Ghz+][V3.0.0][P920/SU760][10/03/2013] Jeckyll & Hyde Kernel

[KERNEL][ICS][OC/UV-1.42Ghz+][V3.0.0][P920/SU760][10/03/2013] Jeckyll & Hyde Kernel
Hi, so I finally decided to make an ICS kernel. Here it is, I will adding more gradually as & when I get time or be bothered to . This thread is for mainly development and fun, please use this thread > http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2077103 in General regarding questions further info and stuff to keep as much crap out of here as possible and to keep the thread clean. Please don't post useless/unrelated/not fun posts or ak for ETA's please because I won't respond or may not bother doing the kernel anymore.
Main Feature List
-Based On ICS V30B For SU760
-Linux Kernel Version 3.0.21/Sneaky Weasel
-Over Clocked CPU Upto 1.42Ghz+
-Live OC For CPU (Change Frequencies To The Max For You Device)
-Max OC @ Boot Set To 1.22Ghz
-Modified Frequency Table
-Pre-Under All Volted CPU Steps Plus User Space UV Interface
-GPU Clocked At 384Mhz
-Modified Ram Disk
-Lots Of IO Schedulers (9 In Total, SIO As Default)
-Init.d Script Support & Automated Folder Creation
-4-Key Fix For P920 Version
-Other Small Tweaks
-For More Info See Changelog's & Github Commits
Prequisites & Installation Instructions
Prior to this installation you MUST:
-Be On Ported ICS Or A Derivative Of It From Here > http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1956347
-Flashed wkparks Modified Bootloaders From Here > http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1971014
-Flashed Dexter_nlb's Recovery, Either TWRP Or CWM (I Use CWM) From Here > http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1978543
-Make A Backup Or Have A Backup Kernel That You Know Works On Your SD Prior To Flashing Just In Case.
-Read The Whole Post Carefully, I Will Not Answer Questions Related To The Kernel If The Answer Is Already Here.
Ok next...
-Download & Copy The .ZIP File Into Your SD.
-Restart The Device Into Recovery
-At This Stage You Can Wipe The Cache's If You Want Or Continue To Next Step.
-Then Choose Install Zip from SD Card, Either Internal Or External. Wherever You Saved It.
-Select The .ZIP File & Install It.
-Reboot Your Phone & You Should Be Good To Go.
-Just Give A Few Minutes As First Boot May Take Longer Than Usual.
Bugs?
I don't know yet havn't tested to much but everyone knows that not all silicon is capable of higher clock frequencies you have been warned I take no responsibility if something goes wrong or if something's don't work as expected. I cannot test this on each ROM but im using it with the completely stock port.
To-Do/Dream List
If you would like to see a tweak/mod implemented in my kernel PM me with information about the tweak and also a link to any source code relating to it.
I Hope Or Plan To Be Able To:
-OC More Than Before
-CPU/GPU OC/UV Interface
-Native Dual Boot
-More Feature & More Fixes Than Before

I confess i "stolen" from your github the LiveOC source code...
Should i risk the jail?
I implemented it in my the CM10 kernel.. which is giving epic headache!
OK jokes apart, could you give me some little hint on how to increase the signal reception?
In CM10 looks so low...
In ICS i have not the problem because i used Acura ramdisk.
Thanks again in advance

Grr....app didn't let me post all of them...I'll put up screenies in op later lol
since this is at&t base, can someone show me how to remove the icon on top right (the one that next to vibrate icon)? and what is that?
This is awesome. Was running Scrosler's stock rooted, but I'll definitely be jumping to SinLess.

Aosp browser would be awesome!
It also seems much snappier than sense 4.2.2. Hopefully battery life holds up!
