It's NFC just disable it in settings...I'll remove that notification in next update.

That's the NFC icon. It'll go away if you turn off NFC under Settings>More...

i used the old one for 30 minutes only, beside the data icon the old one will show H, LTE and this one will show 4G LTE, thats it bro. sorry

FAQ
Laggy : if your Phone laggy you should do one full wipe and refix permission ad Restore as soon as possible... Without this, if you still have problem you should flash standard kernel because castagnaIT kernel isn't for you
kernel : you should try to Flash kernel castagnaIT extrime uv, if it lag you Can come Back To standard version
Battery life : if the battery life is good you should kill s-voice process or another backgroud process
Stability if you have laggy you should do one full wipe
Launcher what is the best launcher for my rom ?? i have integrated xperia launcher and is very fast , you should use ADW launcher , it is fantastic too

It is always interesting and encourage to help and test new ROMs. Finally what is simple it can always interest some one but for sure its better than a ROM which is not working.
It is also importand to have many ROMs and Like that the forum for our device it keeps alive.

Does this have the "popping" coming from the speakers as the other GEs? I can manage not having a keyboard on first boot, but those random popping\clicking sounds drove me mad.

The issue is still there for some...if it fcs on you use a 3rd party app keyboard. I'll add cyanogens keyboard next update

I've got the popping also. Happens after EVERY single sound. It happens 3 seconds after every click sound I make with the keyboard etc. I've mentioned it on the original GE thread twice. Nothing. IM NOT ALONE! YAY

I understad that. But its not posible to to use thirdparty keyboard cuz u cant sign in to playstore to download one either. Will give this a try and see what happens.

before you install this rom, download the keyboard apk on your phone and install it when you are done flashing this rom.
Does this ROM still suffer from the video recording issue where the front mic is the only one that picks up audio?

Keyboard works fine for me :/ idk wtf everyone's problem w/keyboard is.
Only thing I haven't tested is NFC,VPN, audio Bluetooth.

No, it's sense 6 base. You can add GPE dialer and Contacts in AROMA.

actually there is some problem in my internet connection..the files more than 500-600 mb frequently looses connection..and i have to again start download from beginning :crying:

You should use ADM app from the play store and download it on your phone. The app allows pausing and resuming downloads

I used ADM as well. The download speeds are excellent. But check the MD5 sum.
This is an excellent rom. It installed without issue and ive yet to find a bug, Ive no probs using google/wifi either like on other roms i tried . Excellent service from the Dev as well.

What if I am S-ON?
Not A problem. But you will need to flash rom boot.img via FASTBOOT commands using Windows CMD
Be UNLOCKED!
Steps For S OFF
Download ROM to SDCARD
Reboot to recovery
Make a Nandroid backup before flashing SD Rom
Once Nandroid was done, do a Full Wipe ( data/cache/dalvik )
Select Install, go to downloaded Rom location
Select Rom zip, install, yes, swipe!!
Once installation is finished, Reboot ! Done.
Steps For S On
Unlocked Device via HTCDEVWEB
Download fastboot
In your PC create a folder call "fastboot" path must be "C:/"
Extract into your PC the downloaded file, Inside "Fastboot" folder, Path "c:/fastboot"
Now extract from Rom.zip (SkyDragon ONE Rom) the file called "boot.img" and place it in your fastboot folder
Put your ONE into FASTBOOT USB MODE ( first hold down POWER button and, then VOL down, you will see button lights blinking. Once Your ONE Turns off ( between ten and twenty seconds ) release and re press same buttons but now at the same time...till you get Bootloader Screen.
Once in Bootloader you will find info such as S-on or S-off, Menu with Fastboot, Recovery, Reboot etc.
Press Fastboot and connect your ONE to your PC.
You Will see Fastboot turns into FASTBOOT USB, now you are OK.
In your PC open CMD (terminal), just press MENU in windows and in the search small windows, type CMD and Enter.
A black windows OS-like will open, you will need to do the following:
Using "cd.." means "cd dot dot", just in case, go back till get this path "C:/"
Once in "C:/" you will type "cd fastboot"
Now path turns into "C:/fastboot"
OK, now we need to type two commands
"fastboot erase cache" press enter
You will see a message like "sending...." at the end will say "ok"
Then last one
"fastboot flash boot boot.img" press enter.
Once says "OK", we are good.
Time to unplug Your ONE, and press Hboot, well, the idea here is to get RECOVERY
Once in Recovery Mode, we install the Rom as normal, remember to full wipe manually!!! (data/cache/dalvik)
Select "INSTALL" swipe, when it is done, reboot!
That s ALL [/B]

I like to splain this way :
A kernel is to a rom as a motor is to a car, you can use a car with out the stock motor it may be able to run but if the car stop working you won't be able to go to the original service from your car saying that something happened please repair, because the won't be able, they don't fix that motors and you changed the motor by yourself.

I see u had a couple more tweaks to the xml than what I had...I edited & tested, 4g tether working now thx bud!
I was rushing and testing 50 things. Got all excited it was changing a lot of things and the system framework actually is supporting the changes without a full decompile of the apks

Found changing system performance off 80 breaks a ton of features. Don't know why.. But you loose lock screen walpapers etc.
volte edits gotta go also.. They cause inconsistent features. Wi-Fi call remains on in background when volte is on. Didn't break anything but just a annoyance. Wish I could trick it to let volte calls lol.

yeah I didn't enable those...I didn't think sprint was even doing volte yet are they?
no they don't. Was thinking for port purposes if cid changes done and having volte for vzw or att. Even a chance if it came out we could get it rolling.

1st, make sure you have twrp installed, then just flash the rom, it will flash the boot.img
