Did you clear caches in recovery? I don't know f that will help but maybe try it. Also try putting the phone in airplane mode and taking it back out.

There's one thing I really like about GingerBread and that's the CRT animation. For some reason, HTC removed this cool feature from all Sense based GB ROMs.
This is my first Inspire ROM. I've been using various HTC GB WWEs with my own tweaks for months now, but now that the Official AT&T base is leaked, I decided to throw my hat in the ring.
Start with Stock HTC AT&T 2.47.502.7; strip the bloat; add ro.secure=0 to ramdisk; add custom kernel with OC/UV and optimizations; add busybox, su and Superuser.apk to system; stir in deodexed app and framework; add apns.xml for tether; then add a dash of modified services.jar to get CRT animation. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Serves one.
Very clean mostly stock experience but with CRT on/off animations.

Instructions: Download to SDCard and flash from CWM recovery. Depending on what ROM you were running prior, you may need to wipe data, but I got away without it and kept my apps intact. If you don't wipe data, at least wipe cache and dalvik. If it has issues, then you'll probably have to wipe data too (sorry).

I used an apns.xml from a WWE Aria rom with some additions and changes to allow tethering. Unless AT&T has changed something, this should work for you.

The one released on 6.23.11 in the radio sticky.
In my opinion, it honestly doesn't matter what radio/RIL you use. I was going to suggest the same one that came with the RUU for the stock 2.47.502.7 (12.56.60.25_26.10.04.03), but I realized I'm using the radio from the latest Olleh/Korea Telecom (KT) ROM which is 12.59.60.26_26.11.04.21. Here's links to the Radio and RIL that I'm currently using with this, but whatever you are using now is probably fine:

This ROM is really quite extraordinary for an almost stock ROM. Fast & decent battery life for me so far. Not as good battery life as an AOSP ROM with a PUV script, but decent stuff.
My first time using the matching radio too. Seems to be giving me better signal than others I have tried.
If I could just figure out why some people can run Hulu+ on this ROM while I can't. I so want to be able to get my Misfits fix on my phone.

*****To be clear on the difference between BoneSTOCKeteer and SkyROCKeteer(changed the name to help out), here ya go:
BoneSTOCKeteer = Rogers UXKJ7 based stock rom for both AT&T and Rogers with bloatware removed and is deodexed, rooted, and zip aligned. Oh and of course since this ROM isn't based on stupid AT&T UCKJ2, there will no carrier IQ in it and working MMS. This will be a great base ROM for devs to start getting ROMs on our phones
SkyROCKeteer = Going to be based off the Rogers UXKJ7 for AT&T and Rogers as well but this ROM will have some ICS framework in it, performance tweaks, battery tweaks, improved fps with camera, toggle mod, etc etc etc.
That should pretty much wrap it up for you guys. Links for this will come tonight for AT&T, tomorrow by lunch for Rogers. ******
**SkyROCKeteer 2.0 should come later on this week as i have been working my butt off on it to give y'all a great update visually and performance wise***
This will be a complete stock ROM for AT&T and Rogers. The only mods to this are no bloatware, deodexed and zip-aligned. This ROM is based off of the Stock Rogers ROM which means no more worries of carrier IQ for AT&T users or any of their nonsense as well as free tethering without modifying anything! More info and links coming soon!!
This is only a temporary link as i have spent the last 2 hours uploading this ROM from phone using ftp because my internet at the house kept going in and out
Added some network and performance tweaks and trimmed off about 100mb of trash
****Download file****
****Reboot into recovery****
****Wipe data/factory reset****
****Goto mounts and format system****
****Install zip and enjoy****

I have luck by toggling mobile data off and then back on. I use GPS test by chartcross. Usually it will start by weather widget not getting location. I then open GPS test and it won't lock. After toggling mobile network off and then back on it locks and then weather widget gets location again. They are working on a fix for these issues.

I knew it sounded like it was on the right track but I figured that the Mods for the Inspire that are out there for ICS are only for AOSP/AOKP not the new Sense ROMs that people are actually using as daily drivers now that everything pretty much works
This morning I woke up to my phone telling me that there was an update to install. I have installed cwm and rooted my phone but am still on the stock rom (less buggy than others) so the update wont work. Does anybody know what this update is, Could it be the JB update? I was just curious if it was worth taking my phone back to stock to do the update?
Thanks

Just curious did you flash a stock T989 ROM onto your skyrocket? any issues? did you use odin?
Also LTE should work with any of the skyrocket modems by default as long as the APNs are correct. There are threads and info on this in the skyrocket forums.
Yeah I flashed a few stock roms on it without Odin, using twrp and infamous wipe/superwipe and without infamous. Although when I did it without the infamous zips about 20% of the time on reboot it would hang on start up which was fine I just reboot and it was good to go. Noticed it hasn't done it since I reflashed with infamous though.
Lte did work just no hspa which is all I get in my town. So I put the stock uvmc6 radio in since 4g sits around 2-7mbs over here and that's more than enough. Heard you can get 2g,4g,lte with some blaze radio's but never cared to try. Only glitch I'd can't find a fix on JB for the screen rotation. It's all wacked out.
