Archos 101 g9s are sub £200 now I think. Go for the 1.5ghz and 1gb of ram though. They can be rooted and have cm9 and cm10 in development

They're alright, rooting is pretty simple, just run some commands with adb. My 512mb 1.2ghz one is laggy at times with cm9 though

100 dollars off my budget. Trust me I would love to have one.
Acer Iconia Tab or the Asus eee transformer I believe fits in your price range.
What tablet has the most Roms or biggest community? Amongst tablets I have EVO 3d rooted so I assume rooting a tablet is not much different, or am I mistaken?

Oh what tablet would you all suggest ?

Wait and get the Transformer Prime. If you must get one now get one of the Galaxy Tab variants.
I would say iPad 2
Sorry but nothing Apple for me except an itouch

Apple is too expensive. For no reasons. Almost all programs in market are not free. So why you need Apple if you can have android and do almost everything for free and have better support (it is my opinion on support)
I got the new nook for my first tablet. It doesn'tcome out till the 14th though... I figure for 250 if I dontlike it my mother won't need a kindle fire lol

Since you like Asus have you looked at the Rampage IV Extreme? I just built a computer with that and a Geforce 680 GTX, i7 3770k and am loving it.
Im on a strict budget and I found some cheap, decent custom builds

Personally I think it's different enough to make me want to try it. I just don't know if it's $50 better than the Galaxy Nexus.
At least with the Nexus you get a ton of development. But, if I had the money I'd try it out for sure.
What do u need it run miui jellybean quad core kiart 1.7 oc and u don't need anything else and it translated to english

I would.... Just depends on how much it'd cost to import it though.

I would love one because the specs are amazing and it is contract free, but if it doesn't run on Sprint, I have no use for it.

Nova 3 is now available(officially that is...rohan32)!! Go get it!!
EDIT: NEEDS 2GB TO INSTALL
Also released after sale ended......-_-

I've had it (and many other Gloft games) installed for quite a while, you can just change your build prop to a galaxy note
But at least its officially supported now
Now that the sale is over. Great.

Exactly what a disappointment.
Precisely why I bought Nova 3 during the sale on my old G2x. This is awesome news! Had it running with Chain fire 3D before, but it doesn't work with Jelly Bean
