How to adjust the Dock Trackpad Pointer Speed? - Asus Transformer TF700

Does anyone know how to adjust the dock's trackpad pointer tracking speed?
It's a bit too zippy for my comfort.

Settings-Language and Input->Pointer speed - it's the last option on that screen.

ICS vs JB for TF300T does anyone did comparison ?

Hi TF300T owners, I just wanted to know if someone did a comparison for the performance is there any real improvement ? What about apps side ? Shifting between screens and lags ? We want video showing that I searched YouTube but nothing there !!!
I'm TF700 owner but I'm really interesting about the TF300 JB update since I feel my device is not stable nether not faster than Nexus 7

Well, i did have a little play around with a nexus 7 in a store. I don't own it but it did feel much smoother.

I just did a lil video install and quick overview of the one JB ROM available for the tf300.

Its JB HyDRO ROM. Much faster and smoother than stock JB.

Color Banding - Android 4.2.1

Does the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity also suffer banding on Android 4.2.1?
My TF300T suffers blockiness and horizontal lines on gradients. I just wondered if the TF700 does too.
I do not see these lines, so you tell me.
I do not know if I can see them or not, but can you post you wallpaper? And I'll see if I can see any as you can see.

@OP: not to the extent that you are having them, and not even to the extent my SGS2 had them (to be honest: I stopped noticing long ago).

I can see them on the settings screenshot you posted. Across the 'Power Saving' option.

I cant see anything myself, but I am half blind anyways . The only thing my tf700 gets anymore is the black lines but that what I have seen it is unsolvable unless ASUS can figure it out in a driver.

That look like a compression artefact and it's not visible on my settings screen.

Agreed it is no seeable on my screen. So, no the tf700 doesnt get what the 300 gets. I think it is due to the screen resolution and try of screen the 300 has.

Does the TF300T (other than resolution) have a different type of LCD (manufacturer)?

They are both LED screens, but the tf700 has a WUXGA screen and the tf700 has a WXGA screen. The WUXGA screen is much brighter, clearer, and has little to no light bleeding compared to a regular WXGA screen which does have light bleeding normally and is not as bright nor clear as the WUXGA screen.

Thanks. I guess that's why the Nexus 7 also suffers banding.
It doesn't really bother me though.

Asus and custom rom

Hi I just have a question, before I installed CROMI when I read on mangawatcher app the scrolling was always laggy, and afterwards it is smooth as hell! How come Asus does not make their own device as smooth as it can be?

Because ASUS don't care about the user experience, they made that perfectly clear to us TF101 owners
Oh sorry I was going to send this to the tf700 part of the forum, I will repost it there so no need to answere this thread anymore.

Madden 25

Anyone playing madden 25 out there?
New to the tf700 but I flashed Cromi-X and seems pretty fast but madden is painfully lagging at the start of each play. Runs in slow motion. Could be a slow connection but does that even make sense.
Would love to get some feedback from other users.
Yes I am in performance mode.

Yea I have been experiencing the same here and its really Laggy. Nothing u can do, to my knowledge, that works. Some games work really well and others lag like hell... must be an optimization issue

I've been trying a lot of things since I am new to this tablet and wanted to report what's worked well to get this game going.
First CROMi-X with hunds OC kernel helps a lot. The stutter is a lot less but still noticeable.
What works well to get the speed and FPS to a good level is to use the Cromi tools and change the resolution to the TF300 (1280x800). I don't even re-boot just make the change and then load the madden game. When I'm finished I change it back. No need to reboot.
Not elegant but it does make the game playable. Now if they could only dump the on-line BS.
Thanks for all of the suggestions.
