on ATT, you will get HSPA+, not LTE

Is anyone doing any ROM development for the Bell version of the Sensation?
A quick glance at the development section, and I'm only seeing TMO versions.
I am with att and flashed almost all roms here with out any issues. I just stay away when someone says it is specifically for a particular carrier like supra rom.
So you should be fine, if you have issues with data speeds you can flash the corresponding ril files for your radio.

But which phone did you buy? The Z710E or the Z710A?
Same as Kirdroid, no issues here either.
and you purchased the Z710a, not the z710e?

Simple answer is you cant. The 3g and 4g bands are hardware dependent. An att phone will not be able to connect to a T-Mobile 3g/4g network. A search would have showed you this.
Newbie question here before I start:
Is Rogers One X exactly the same as AT&T One X? I mean,do they have exactly the same hardware?
I received a new Rogers One X but I'll be using it on AT&T network, my understanding is that AT&T One X ROMs can be flashed to the Rogers One X and vice versa, right?
Yes, if you super CID you will be able to flash anything meant for an AT&T phone. (Roms and RUUs) The only hardware diference is that the rogers phone has an HTC logo not an AT&T logo at the top. I'm pretty sure you will have to unlock it to use it on AT&T though.
Great, thanks!
Also unlike the AT&T one, the bootloader on Rogers One X is unlockable, right?

Yes, it can be bootloader unlocked through HTC Dev. I am not sure about SIM unlocked though, you will need that in order to use the AT&T network.
Thanks. Yes I understand that, I received the unlock code along with the new phone, and I've already (SIM) unlocked the phone.

The One S only has HSPA+ (H+). Don't ask me why but some US carriers call HSPA+ "4G".
