I have AOKP Milestone 6 installed in my NS. For moving to JB, what is the process?
Can I directly install 4.0.3 stoke from ROM Manager? And then flash the JB Update manually?

In the development section is CWM flashable version of JB OTA.
Full wipe/flash OTA .zip over aokp/done.

If the official ICS will release, do I have to switch back to my stock rom? unroot? Im using Revolution HD ROM.
How can I restore back my stock rom?
Only if you want the official one.
I assume a rooted version will come out quickly after release and you could just flash that and not have to worry about unrooting etc.
One way you could revert is to downgrade the firmware to a version that's compatible with Gingerbread and then restore the nandroid of your stock ROM if you did one.

Hi,
I am on gingerbread now using the zeus build 6 ics themed rom...i want to flash jelly bean now..Do i have to flash ics first or can i go directlly...Plz help me with the link...Thanx a lot
Yes. You must be on a ICS ROM to flash to jelly bean. I was on uniporn. Go to uni thread to get flash instructions. Then go to which ever JB ROM you want and follow there instructions. I am now running Scotts cm10 build 8/11 with 7/26 gapps. I highly recommend it.

Hi,
I have been trying to update my HTC One S(Villec2) to Jelly Bean ever since i heard it's out. Now that TrickDroid 5.0.0
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1910738is out with JB i wanted to Install it on my phone and my question is, will i be able to install TrickDroid 5.0.0 using TWRP v2.3.3.0 or should i change it to JellyBean Official TWRP here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2097612
No, use the one you got installed. Your last link is not twrp, but a Rom (c2 ota) to flash with twrp.
One S | ICS Blue XDA Premium | MIUI Sense | Bricked Beastmode

Hi,
Are you s-off?
If not,then s-off HERE
If yes, then, follow THIS THREAD to the letter (apart from the ROM you want to install)
Basically , GB is the wrong firmware to run JB ROMS.
You must upgrade your firmware ,but you must be s-off to do that.
Thanks!

To update without s - off, re lock your bootloader and do an ruu (ics). The unlock again and flash any jb rom.
Happy to help.
