Help!
Phone: HTC One V CDMA
Unlocked Bootloader, Rooted, No Custom Roms
Hey guys, after rooting my phone the other day, I realized that my battery life greatly improved because the indicator was not showing a decrease in the battery. I realized that the problem was with the indicator, and that it was not updating. The only time the percentages changed was when i rebooted it. I tried re-calibrating the battery but it didnt seem to help, and i factory reset it. Nothing changed.
Thanks guys!

Hi guys I have a g2x running cm7, I am having battery charge problems. I had charged my phone all night and am getting a battery is not recognizable....Any ideas?I have wiped battery stats and have done backups just in case I need to do a factory reset. Please if anyone has a solution for this issue it would be HIGHLY appreciated. Thanks guys
Hi everyone, at the weekend I installed Cyanogenmod 9 on my sensation, after experiencing a bit of trouble with it draining my battery super quick I tried charging it and then discharging it fully but the problems persisted. I was told to try this ROM (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2115520), I installed it (before doing so I wiped absolutely everything, cleared caches and wiped my SD card to be safe too), and still the problem persists. The battery drains really quickly, and even when it's supposedly idle and locked, I checked after about 10 minutes it had managed to loose about 3% battery. So I downloaded a battery stats app and let it run for a few hours, took a few screenshots (http://imgur.com/VwBtGct,BVhNjyI,mDrzMS7,v740lzH,pdXS238#0 click through the images near the top) and nothing really out of the ordinary. Is there something im missing? Or anything I can try? Or is there a chance that after a few charges and discharges the battery will be alright (it's an anker 1900mAh and I was used to going right from dawn till dusk with tonnes of battery left with the stock Sense OS).
Thanks! any help is appreciated
Hello, my Karbonn A9+ really lacks on battery capacity (1450 mAh) that's why I bought a modded S3 battery (2100 mAh) and it really fit.
Everytime my cellphone shuts down due to low battery. I start to think that its clear that my battery is drained. But once I turn it ON again. The indicator shows around 10-20%. Until it shuts down again. Then I'll turn it ON the second time. Indicator shows around 10-20% again.
Its really annoying cause, I don't even know when will my phone really drain or gets to at least "please recharge your phone" state.
I've tried resetting my battery stats and still have this. I also tried draining my battery to 0 (after multiple times of turning on). and still have this.
Please help me!!!
Thanks in advance!

You charge the phone off least 7-8 hour. After you use phone when battery shows %5 then go to recovery and wipe battery stats and again charge the phone off least 7-8 hour. It will fix. If it won't fix you continue give full charge closed phone 2-3 times  sorry bad english

hi, you have tried battery calibrator. it helps on some phones, on mine it didn't work, i also tried to do the cleaning of the battery stats still it didn't work..
the solution which i found was that you try to use a different charger and it will fix. when your phone shuts down plug in the different charger and then wipe the stats.
it worked for me, should work for you..
Press thanks if helped!!!!
I think my battery is now ok. Tried everything you people suggested. Thanks for the help!

is there is something wrong with my phone? thanks
Android has several problems when detecting battery charge. Resetting the battery stats in your recovery will help.

Hey guys,
Yesterday a weird problem appeared after I installed a backup (CM11S) on TWRP. My battery is working fine I suppose but the percentage being shown is not correct.
After charging it to 100% and sleeping through the night it only went down to 98%. Now I can suppose that it only uses 2% battery in 10 hours, but thats quite impossible.
So my batery percentage isn't displayed correct on android nor TWRP. I tried installing some different ROMs to see if that fixes the problem but it didnt. After installing unofficial CM12 it still says my battery is at 100% even though its impossible.
Is there anyone who knows a fix?
Thanks in advance!
