I tried to downgrade LG P500 from 2.2.1 to 2.2 by following these steps.
Install msxml.msi from the uncompressed directory
Conect your device (do not turn on disk storage) and run KDZ_FW_UPD.exe (Has administrator).
Select Type : 3GQCT
Select PhoneMode : DIAG
In KDZ file : Choose the ROM file you downloaded (V10G_00.kdz file)
Press Launch software update and wait (It will be 10 minutes or so). In your phone it will appear "Emergency mode". Wait until it reboots.
The phone never rebooted. When I manually try to reboot, it comes to Android screen and never gets past it. Has anyone faced this issue?

FIRST TRY TO PRESS THE POWER BUTTON FR FEW SECONDS WHEN ITS SHOWING THE ANDROID SCREEN IF IT LOAD STHEN ITS FINE ORELSE TRY THIS
IT does happen so in order to get it working make sure that u have enable usb debugginng and disable lg modem driver .
Restart ur pc
hold volume up and home button and connect to ur pc via usb
flash using kdz flasher choosing your rom file in diag/emergency/cs emergency(any 1)option
after it succeed flashing it will show battery getting charged but it never turns on on its own so manualy turn on the mobile.
Note : Do not disconnect usb from pc till the android loads up in ur mobile
if all doent work just gv it back to service they will get it repaired
Hello, i purchased android phone called FG8 (Fly Ying) and wifi wont connect sometimes or its stuck on ip, works on some routers and not on majority so i am looking for custom ROM to fix this if its possible.

I have messed mine too. I've talked to the people who sold it to me, and they have replied they are going to talk to the manufacturer to see if we can get the firmware and the needed update cable. I'm expecting a reply tomorrow. If I get the firmware and the instructions and tools to flash it, I'll post again.

It's easy, open the txt file with notepad and look for "HYPERLINK" into the document. You'll see a multiupload link after it.

okay ,i think i have found the problem ,when i connect my device ,installing driver ,that goes fine ,suppose i get com port 4 , when i open the flash tool ,reconnect the device the flash tool doesnt give me that port to read the device ,
it gives like com 3, com 5, till com 10
but always hide the no my device is connected ,

Well, if you didn't noticed, the com port will be available JUST FOR A FEW SECONDS... prepare the software, and then, connect the cell phone... the port will be available just for a few seconds

Why not? try opening device manager and then connect the cell phoen.. check if you need drivers

Hi guys, first of, i want to thank the one who made the thread on how to uninstall SuperUSer using terminal apk with codes.
that was my 1st problem on how to remove that SU. 2nd is on how to reflash my LM me p350 software.
i followed the instructions.
How to flash LG Optimus Me Steps:
1. Install the USB drivers and LG B2C Tools
2. Unzip KDZ_FW_UPD_EN.7z and installed msxml.msi
3) Shut down the LG Optimus Me, remove the battery and connect the USB cable holding down the Volume Up button and wait until the drivers are installed (the phone should be on the "S/W upgrade Please wait" state while upgrading!!!!)

3′. Enable USB debugging and connect USB cable to your LG Optimus Me
4. Open your device manager and disabled under the Modem LGE Mobile USB Modem
5. Starts KDZ_FW_UPD.exe
6. In the Software Updater select "Type"=CDMA , "PhoneMode"=DIAG, and at "KDZ file" select the desired file. (The firmware .kdz file must have the name in this form!)
This will open "Read phone information" window. IN THAT WINDOW:
7. Click "Upgrade start". DO NOT CLICK ANYTHING ELSE BEFORE!
LG Updater launches…..
8. Select Country="Different country" (unless you are in Korea) and Language as you wish
LG Mobile Updater Launches………. warning you and asking your permission to continue..
9. Follow LG Mobile Updater instructions…
Let the tool running for a few minutes through and be pacient!!
ATTENTION!!
After the phone reboots first time, DO NOT UNPLUG USB CABLE!!!
WAIT!! Remove USB cable only after the log says that the flash was OK!
10. The flashing process is now finished.
i downloaded the V10F although mine is V10B Feb 22,2011.
i'm good to go, and i'm on #7, unpacking KDZ, and then Cannot find PHONE!
before that, when i plugged my phone and used usb debugging, there's now the big problem that's why the updater didnt detect the phone because of this : "Unable to install Driver Software".
How can i fix this problem, for me to flash my phone, i can't flash it if my PC/laptop can't detect my phone.

-Install the unsigned driver and you are good to go
5. Run start_fastboot from the omap4boot-for_optimus-v1.11 folder and choose option 2, enter

7. Now connect the phone to PC, Omap4boot will flash some files and will wait for 5 seconds for you to plug the battery back.

What are u trying to flash? Gb or ICS?
Did you tried to flash the baseband also?
U can flash both at the same time.
@80% ca you should have "target reset" then your phone go off.
Flashtool should give you an error but your phone should be ok.

I have the same problem. Following the steps described above the phone which is in "green S/W" download or "emergency download mode (initiated by the flashboot.bat) always turns off after some 2-3min during the flashing process with the LG Flash Tool. This 2-3 minutes are only sufficient to go up to 27-28% for me. then download fails. I am pretty sure my battery has power! How can one prevent the phone in "emergency download mode" to go off after 3 min????
I would not be able to tell you any details on which parts I want to flash. I am just following the procedure described above because my phone is totaly bricked and I need a complete restore with everything which needs restoring...

Connect phone without battery,phone detect OMAP4430 {device manager}
Install driver omap "inside folder have drivers"(omap4boot-for_optimus-v1.22 modified by XcachorroX®\usb_drv_windows) by select update driver then select browse my computer for driver {install driver Manual}
After driver installation ends remove usb cable
Run start_fastboot.bat and select option 2
Pull out battery
Hold Vol+
Connect USB cable, the usbboot will start
Insert battery while the usbboot is waiting
and follow the instructions,after this you see logo LG Gray in phone He asks you entered fastboot Answer no and accept to flash and Replace the x-loader / u-boot source
If the LG COSMO appears in device manager install driver for her by select update driver then select browse my computer for driver {install driver Manual} and select Install driver from "inside folder have drivers"(omap4boot-for_optimus-v1.22 modified by XcachorroX®\usb_drv_windows) then try again step 2 flash fastboot

In these packages u will find
1. .DLL file

For Bricked Phones
1. Take the battery out and connect the phone to the pc with USB Cable with volume up button pressed and held. Some Drivers Will Be Installed but OMAP4430 Driver Wont Install (specially on win7).Leave Vol . up after driver installation
2.Go In ur Windows Directory suppose C:
Go in c:\windows\system 32
there u will find a file cmd.exe , Run It as Administrator.
3.Type: set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1 and press enter
Then Type devmgmt.msc and press enter device manager will open up.
4.Go in View Menu And check "show Hidden devices"
5. The Omap4430 Device Will be visible Now. Update its driver and choose "select Driver From Specific Location" and guide it to the omap 4 boot folder. there will be a folder named usb_drv_windows in the omap 4 boot folder. guide it to the usb_drv_windows folder and click ok driver search will begin . if asked click on install driver anyway. Then go in ports and open properties of LGE MOBILE USB SERIAL PORT. open advanced tab and change the port to COM 41
6.Open LG Flash tool . In the dll Folder Select the respective .DLL file. In the S/W box select both the .BIN and .FLS file and click ok.
7. Click On the Port Icon (Cable Icon) and select all the ports.
8. Click on the Arrow Icon and u will see many Ready Signs. This is The Flash Ready State.
9.Open Omap 4 boot folder and run "start fast boot.bat" and select your respective device.
10.when u see a msg like "waiting For Device Omap44xx" Take the battery out and connect the phone to the pc via Data cable.
Some Sudden Information Will be displayed . U Have to immediately put the battery in and hold the vol. up till phone boots to download mode.It will be something like S/W blah blah blah for su760
11. Look at ur LG flash tool in the first box the flashing process will start. It will not work if battery is low (YES ITS A FACT)
12. Flashing Process will not Complete but phone will restart and ur phone will be unbricked when it restarts.
13. Again Put The Flash Tool In Flash Ready State
14. Now Remove the Battery .
15. Dont use Omap4boot This time. hold the vol.up button and connect usb cable.Put in the Battery. Phone will boot to Download Mode . Instead if u see the LG logo remove the battery and immediately put it back in while the vol.up is still pressed . do this 1 or 2 times and ur phone will enter download mode. when it enters download mode leave the vol up button.
16. LG flash tool will start flashing when bar reaches 33% to 35%. Phone will restart and Flashing will jump to 80%.
17. Thats it ur phone is unbricked and Fixed. Turn Phone On If It does not turn on automatically and enjoy
For Non- Bricked Phones
1. Open LG Flash Tool Select the .DLL file in the dll box and select the other two .BIN and .FLS file in the S/W box
