I'm guessing that won't be possible unless we get hardware acceleration. Again I may be wrong, but that's what I think is the problem.

You will have to pull the apk (if it's a different app besides the default) using adb or a root file explorer (probably in the directory: /data/app) and probably any other libs that were installed possibly...

hi,
I need to download clockwork recovery, but unfortunately the site is always of-line
is there anyone who has one or a mirror?
thanks
Get Rom manager from market then there is a option in it to download clockwork and flash it to your device.

Try www.google.com next time?
sorry, I thought there was a nexus for the clockwork s, I did not think it was always the
same for all devices ...
then if you search on google always refers to the site is offline
You have to flash the recovery and than install root explorer and rename the recovery script to something else so that clockwork recovery won't erase itself after reboot. I had that problem but doing that fixed my problem.

Here's the kanged.net mirror for cwm3.0.0.5

Hope this helps..
This is the stock froyo ROM. The only changes that have been made to it is it's rooted, support for init.d, removed VM bloat, and busybox was added
Install via clockworkmod recovery

DEODEXED ROM BREAKS WIFI, use b_randons in the theme section instead
Do I install it normally from CWM? I'm about to do just that.
Hope I don't mess things up like I usually do.
Edit: I'm getting an error while I try to install the Deodex version.

Updated OP to say clockwork, but they won't flash cuz I don't have the metainf folder right, if my internet decides it wants to start working then ill fix it
Edit: found out what was wrong, it doesn't use the write raw image commands to flash a boot image like every other phone, it just moves it to the folder, hopefully that was it

Any screenshots?
Just deodexed phone last night using a suggested kitchen. Any ideas how to get qcnvitems.jar in /framework to deodex I can't seem to find the dependencies.
Sent from my MOTWX435KT using XDA Premium App
No screenshots cuz 1, its just the stock rom odexed and deodexed which changes nothing look wise, and 2 I don't have the phone, but to the deodexing question, I did this in dsixdas kitchen and I didn't get any errors so try using that. Also to anyone who's flashed these, r they working now? Was having an updater script fail originally but I think I got it worked out

yes but ive been doing alot of experimenting lately i might have flashed another kernel and forgot. i'll flash again after work and try to remember not to flash anything afterwards. Your kernel (test11) i flashed has no wifi problems but it may have interfered also i might have mis-flashed and put in one of the test kernels that have no wifi so probably my fault.

I had the same WiFi issue. In CWM, I wiped system, data, cache, and dalvik. Still had the WiFi problem. I returned to a stock rom and all is well (aside from having to root again... lol)
Hey you should look at the source for that doom kernel and remove the zram and remap the keys our
just use the over clocking from it on yours it works for sure.

You can try uninstalling flash, if that doesn't work. You may need to reflash the rom.
reflash the rom

just as the title says- i flashed to cm9 and now i have no google play store..
should i reflash this rom - or get a different version. ?
You have to flash gapps (google apps). Just like you installed your rom - by recovery flash a zip file.
You can find gapps at CM website.

Some people need the full op before flashing. That's how people mess up there devices.

So maybe I did not get a full copy of the cm9?
The cm9 should of came with everything all in one.. so once I did the flash I would be good
