Hi everyone. I'm NOT here to ask for the invitation. I'm just asking if there's Android Phone user who have the apk file for SCOPE /Social Scope ver. 0.9.18. Because I'm using a Galaxy Tab 2 and Google Play Store did not allow me to update to the newest version (I'm currently using the. 0.9.14) because it said that my device is just incompatible.
Thank you in advance.

Change your dpi to 240 then try again
If it works download then go back to previous dpi
Ummm.. I can't find the ro.sf.lcd_density on my build.prop.
Also I read that changing the dpi on ICS may causing a bootloop. Is there any other safe solution than changing the dpi?

Use ROM Toolbox to change the DPI, it's in the build.prop tweaks. Also no, changing the DPI is fine on ICS. Just don't change it to 100, stay within 160-300* (*280 on some devices).

Nope! Still can't find the ro.sf.lcd_density on the ROM Toolbox. I've searched through the build.prop editor also, there's no such like ro.sf.lcd in there.
Is it because I'm still using the stock ROM?

You wouldnt be able to install it since its a system apk. You will have to replace the apk under system/app using root explorer or similar

Oh yeah, good point. I haven't rooted yet, waiting til there's more features on the AT&T version.
try rooting and replacing samsung keyboard.apk using root explorer
Thats gives a FC error, would be nice to have this keyboard on ICS. I guess we jsut have to wait for the official release.
Ok just a thought. You guys trying to replace the samsung keyboard, are you on a odex or deodex rom?If you are on an odex rom, after replacing keyboard did you delete the odex file of the old keyboard? It is in /system/app and has the same name as the keyboard with type .odex.Did you give to the new keyboard the correct permissions rw-r--r-- and reboot your phone?I am on cm9 ics rom so i can not check it

Dont'work it, the file is untouchable:
That's because the filesystem is read-only... I guess you're not able to set "Mount R/W" ... You could try to copy the file using adb:
Code:
adb shell remount rw
adb push voicetalk.apk /system/app
adb chmod 644 /system/app/voicetalk.apk
adb shell remount ro
Or change file explorer and see what happens...
so... you guys say it work.. can we see some screenshots for the n7000 users that are still on GB waiting for ICS to officially come out.. and what functions work and dont work on the S-Voice from SGS3. can you say the silly things like where to hide a body or how much wood can a wood chuck chuck. like you can on the SGS3 and you get the normal responses like you do on the iphone 4s siri. ?? i am just curious.. i enjoy messing on my wifes SGS3 (that we bought near are house in HK)
Yeah, can work after put it into system/app,press install to replace the old file.

Is their any other way to get it working?

I was asking myself the same question. Everyone talking about this in different threads mention prop editors like ROM Toolbox Pro, so maybe you need to use one of them.
Yeah text is text but you know, nobody ever wrote "Just edit the file with any text editor.."
Is that because Android is Linux / Unix based and editing the file with a text editor could put ^M at the end of each line causing some weird bugs?
Read it

You can try modifying DPI and resolution using xposed framework and per app settings module...
Exactly what error do you get when trying to install or run it.
Please give more details on what is going on

Sorry I didnt see this so if someone posted? mods remove please .
I did not modify this at all also .
But adding lib files below will allow more functionality
Thanks proctologist for that
here the zips no flashing needed

libjni_filtershow_filters.so

if i Flash the Camera first the app won't start. If i put the app by myself in System/app/... and put the Libary files in System/lib... the Camera Starts but still no Photo sphere
What am i doing wrong?
because im using i9505?
There is two versions one has photosphere the other does not take a screen shot of the aosp cam menu ill see if its the version you are using or not also depending on what file veiwer your using make sure you allow rw privs while adding lib and app files I'm sure you know that though

the only thing that sucks a bit is that it includes the gallery app , which i dont like and dont wanna have running all the time.
