Here is a ram script I put together. It's sorta a combination between the V6 Supercharger, Kickasskernalizer, and Car-o-Dopes tweaks, it has little bit of all those tweaks in it. So i wanna say thanks to zeppelinrox for the V6 Supercharger and the Kickasskernalizer and also Carhauler1969 and Ropodope for the Car-o-Dopes tweaks. There's also a read ahead tweak to set the sdcard at 512kb which is the optimal value for the Evo 4g.
This is not to be combined with the v6 supercharger, papasmurfs script, niftyconiptionstweaks, or the legit zip because this is different and could interfere with each other. I'd suggest to try each of these separately to find which one works best for you. I have not tried this on an ICS rom so i can't guarantee the settings will stick but you can use rom toolbox, system tuner, or another app from the market to see if they stick.
[Q] What does this do?
[A] It will make your phone faster, more responsive, frees up ram, and could also increase battery life.
Install at your own risk. I am in no way responsible for anything that happens to your phone.

AOSP:
http://db.tt/REsXQo44
Instructions: Follow Exactly
Flashable Install
1) Make a nandroid backup incase something goes wrong or you want to revert.
2) Download a file manager like Root Explorer or ES File Explorer (I use Root explorer).
3) Open up root explorer and go to /system/etc/init.d. Click on the "Mount R/W" button (that way you can delete files).
4) Delete or move to a folder on your sdcard (incase you want to revert) any ram scripts or ram tweaks you may have that is in the init.d folder (examples of ram scripts or tweaks are 45smurfed, 06tweaks, S97ramscript, 99supercharge, and 98Kickasskernel, or any tweaks from niftyconiptionstweaks or the legit zip) .
5) Also if you are running v6 supercharger, you need to un-supercharge. If you are running Kickass Kernelizer, you need to un-kernelize, if you are running PapaSmurfs script then you need to "un-smurf" and do not run those scripts while you have the ultimateRAMscript installed.
6) Uninstall any ram manager apps or task killers and do not use these.
7) After you uninstall all of that, reboot your phone and verify that none of the scripts you had before are still installed. (it will mess with the scripts you are about to install).
8) Boot into recovery (preferably Amon Ra smelkusmod).
9) Find the ultimateRAMscript.zip you downloaded and flash it.
10) Reboot phone. Let your phone set at the lock screen for about 2 minutes, unlock and let it set for another 2 minutes to let it settle in. Your phone will become dramatically smoother after about an hour. Enjoy and hit that thanks button.

V6 and KAK won't work on ics but carodope will
Edit:it requires service jar edits on the ics rom to supercharge the launcher. I believe RC 6.1 might work with ics not sure

Of course all my scripts work on ICS just like they do an any android device.
The services.jar mod is an addon to get the launcher die-hard on ICS.
Nothing else has even tried

Decided to give this a shot and....wow. Removed all the random tweaks that've built up, applied this and this old EVO is running like a boss again.
Kudos, sir. I enjoy this nice little combo-script.

So in your opinion the memory values from V6 work better than the COD ones?
And I'm also curious why 512Kb is the best value for read ahead - wouldn't that depend on the sd card class?

For me they do on certain roms, since everyone's phone will be different I'd suggest to try them all to see what works best for you.
As for the Sdcard read ahead, I've heard from several several people that 512kb works best and sure enough it does for me too I have a class 10.

I ran it on MikG with no problems. What scripts did you delete? Sometimes if you delete the wrong one your phone won't boot.

Didnt delete just moved, all the files in the path you mentioned in the OP. Was i not suppose to?
ok to be more specific: 00sysctl, 04apps2sd, 05zipalign, 06tweaks, 98read_ahead_kb, & 99complete

I said to only move/delete the ram scripts that are already there lol, don't move/delete the 04apps2sd, 05zipalign, or 99complete. These aren't ram scripts

[Q] Safe and useful to install V6 SuperCharger?

I just did my first rom flash, mhx lite 3.1 + faux kernel and dx launcher.
I want to know if it's safe and would be useful to install/run V6 SuperCharger script? I read in a guide about improving battery and phone performance it can do wonders.

It's safe to use, but you aren't gonna see huge performance increases.

Well considering I'm not changing roms and even little is still better then nothing I will do it. Next rom will probably be a stable 4.0.3 which just got leaked so I got some time.
Thanks
Be sure and report your results and settings.
Sure tho I don't have what to compare it to considering I just changed tons of stuff.
Another question while your here, maybe you can answer me, on the dx launcher if I put a quick call button on the home and its in Hebrew it shows up backwards, any clue how to fix it?
Erm I cant seem to find any app to install the script with, it claims script manager is incompatible with my device.
You can use terminal emulator instead... Instructions for that is in my OP as well
I downloaded script manager manually and installed it, I think the fact that its a US model on and Israeli supplier somehow conflicted.
Anyway I installed it and lets see how much it helps, thanks.
supercharger had some pretty amazing effects for me when i was on infuse, i imagine it'd carry over.
i'm a little sad thunderbolt tweaks dont work with the skyrocket though

I've been using supercharger since Sean first put it in the SkyICS Roms d/l.
After each new base install, I run it again. After a new update, I fix permissions and then run sclean in terminal.
Works great. I'm on the latest SkyICS update (16) and supercharger still seems to smooth things out. I'm using the free Nova launcher, btw.
Instructions? Easy. Open script manager and scroll to the script in the zmods folder. Click run. Follow prompts. Zep's made it easy to use.
If you're having trouble with script manager, make sure you have "root" checked. Use the supercharger script file in the zmods folder. Don't try to extract anything and use that.

Thank you for the info. I was only able to run V6supercharge at 50% after following instructions. I was stuck at step 9, i was not really sure what to do next. See below instructions from Zeppellinrox:
Step 9. a. In terminal type: cd /system/framework, enter, chown 0.0 services.jar, enter, chmod 644 services.jar, enter
................ ODEX ROMS: In terminal do: cd /system/framework, enter, chown 0.0 services.odex, enter, chmod 644 services.odex, enter
............ b. OR... you can just put it into a copy of your rom and flash that!
Step 10. SuperClean & ReStart! (ie. Wipe Dalvik Cache & Reboot)

New to Atrix, coming from Defy. Init.d?

Hi guys, my question is pretty simple right off the bat, init.d support + cwm support for the Atrix 2?
I'm quite used to the good old Defy, which I flashed a Defy+ sbf too, been absolutely bloody bullet proof!
Buuuut, I decided I'd like a bigger screen, so here I am with a 2.3.6 Atrix 2, rooted already thanks to a great tutorial on here.
Now I'd like to throw a recovery/init.d on there. I have Rom Manager + Rom Toolbox purchased already from when I had Defy.
I would use a recovery that Rom Manager comes up with, but honestly don't know if it's safe. (Comes up with Atrix 4G CWM, which I have no idea about similarities/differences).
Be much appreciated if anyone could clear all this up and point me in a solid direction!
(Bare in mind, I don't want to flash a custom rom etc, just stock with init.d)

First read this Beginners guide here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1396650
For Init.d support nd more of overclocking which i guess u will... read this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1754114
This is our "bootstrapper" which will install a version of CWM modified for the A2. Once you install that app and "bootstrap recovery," you can go into ROM Manager and flash the recovery for the Droid Bionic (this is to allow automated tasks with ROM Manager). Finally, go back to the bootstrapper and re-apply the A2 recovery. Now you can uninstall the bootstrapper and use ROM Manager as you wish.
For init.d just flash this file with ROM manager.
Good luck!
Thanks mates, everything I needed to know
Ah, the recovery-install.sh script. Wasn't sure if that applied to all phones.

There are init.d support .zips that you'll need to run for the ATRIX 2, hence the "Edison" codename for the init.d .zip you'll need to download...
Edit: I was looking at the support .zip and not the signed init.d .zip -but nonetheless, you'll find everything you'll need from the above posts in this thread.
Also, most (if not all) custom roms found in the Development section already have init.d running, that being so, its super easy to work with the init.d and/or 00pptimize files.

Jedi's Rom is a Leaked version is doubt it has the capabilty to run alot of mods. it would be best to wait until a full customized rom come out
Supercharger works on all roms, it doesn't matter if it's a leak, custom or stock. It's just that I need a working script manager for jellybean.

Need flashable Stock ROM with init.d support

I've tried many custom ROMs for my Pico and went really nice but I want to go back to stock ROM, I really miss the stock rom, but the problem is stock rom doesn't have init.d support so I can't run memory scripts like INT2EXT+ (it worked well with other custom roms and I found it really nice). Since I'm a noob, I searched a lot on forum and found a stock rom but it never got satisfied, I also tried to make stock rom run such scripts but failed. Is there anyone who can provide flashable stom rom with built-in memory script and busybox so I can just flash it? I would be really thankful.
Thanks you.

No, no they cannot, however if you use scripts like crossbreeder and if you do some searching, there are many methods of getting init.d support on stock Roms, just google it, use the stock Rom you found, or use a Stock based custom Rom with the things you desire, however pure stock and init.d can be achieved, i think crossbreeder can achieve it, so can root apps like pimp my rom too i think!
Hope this helps.
