When the pre orders start will people please put links or stores that are offering pre sales in the US
For the US, Canada and the UK the Nowinstock.net web-site was invaluable for tracking availability on the original transformer and then the Prime. There isn't a lot detail on there for the Infinity at the moment but I would expect that to change in due course and as we approach the actual launch date.

Check out their return policy. I would be cautious.
Best Buy had the tf700t up earlier this week with both docks, but has now been removed. It was listed as out of stock the whole time, though.

It's still 2+ weeks before the supposed release date and I strongly believe we'll see a host of retailers "suddenly" list the TF700t -- I recently purchased the ASUS UX31a ultrabook after waiting for months (has same HD screen) and same experience with no word, no word -- then in a period of ~24 hours it seemed "everyone" was selling them!
I bit the bullet and preordered mine from J&R too. The $5 off, free shipping and 5% back with Discover helped to seal the deal. I chose 1-day shipping to get it faster. If I find it cheaper elsewhere or change my mind, I can always cancel.

I was hoping you were right about it sprouting up everywhere, but still nowhere else as of yet. I have been refreshing amazon, bestbuy, futureshop, ncix, expansys etc... constantly for a week now! I guess it'll show up somewhere else eventually.

man i shoulda waited for this deal instead of jumping on woot. The shipping at tiger is dirt cheap in contrast to other etailers and I could expect the product to be shipped same day. Now since woot doesn't have a real order history that shows order status, I have to basically watch it like a hawk to see when my order ships because my area is high crime. Most packages get stolen if not immediately intercepted.
Buggah, can't order online for international delivery.

Many thanks to the OP and all who posted here. I did pick up one from Tiger Direct today using the posted code.
I dithered all day on the Woot deal finally telling myself not to buy version one of anything. Then was at Best Buy and played with the iPad one and two which sold me on the concept.
With Woot charging sales tax and Tiger not I will actually save about $2.

Just to note, it's a few more states than that:
"We only charge tax in FL, IL, NC, TX, GA, SD and ID"

Any places you find can be added to my master list, I'll add a Canadian section.
It's available a TigerDirect.ca but it's a ripoff, the tablet is on sale for 574 and the dock 172, so in total a good 100$ extra than the regular price. The catch is, they list it as shipping in 3-5 days, i bought one, and after chatting with a agent, he said everything is backordered until at least june 25th. So basically, it's a smart way to try and make an extra 100$ off having the "exclusivity" of the first ones to sell it in canada

Sitting here with my new Acer A700...would have got the TF700T but I need something for my trip in early August.
Despite all the reported issues with the A700, fine with me so far, but I would like to give the TF700T a spin...so tempting to preorder this from NCIX and see if it ships in time for my trip.

same thing happened to me, except i ordered monday night. then i called in on tuesday and asking them if the item was in stock and they said that even though my order was marked as shipped, it is back ordered until the 25th. This is just a very stupid way to keep customer exited about their inflated prices.

This could be a blessing in disguise...at least for me...latest from samsung note 10.1 spec is really looking good, 1.4 quad core, 2 gb ram, s pen, 5mp / 2mp cameras, ir universal remote control, sms capability thru the phone (probably thru blue tooth like the smart watches....only missing is the hd screen..

i'm cool with 500 for the product. how much someone pay somewhere else or some other time is pretty irrelevant to me. if i wasn't happy paying full retail i wouldn't. i also wouldn't be enjoying the tablet right now if i took a deal other than what i have.

I know things drop in price and that's a good thing.
I was just whining about buying then seeing the cost dump within days of jumping in.
Price is always the determining factor when buying (usually.)

Yes, I can verify... It is a local store not online and the store should be sufficiently close. I did this with my TFP and got $50 off... \
P.S: Just reading TF700 forums to see if the problems on TF700 are worth the shift from my TFP to this.
Just noticed the price drop on Amazon. Emailed and asked for a refund of the difference and was denied (the rep was actually pretty rude too). Replied saying I just might have to take my business to best buy with a before and after price match, we'll see what they say. I spend a good $10k+ a year on Amazon, bad business.
Although Amazon is still the best option (no tax, free 2nd day shipping for prime members), they know it too...

With Amazon, they'll even change the price at different times of the same day.
Im looking for the 16gb version and the only place i found it was on amazon in blue for $339. Is there anywhere beter to get it?

I bought mine from Best Buy at that price. You may find an slightly lower price on eBay buy don't hold your breath.

you can get the 32GB one on tigerdirect.com for the same $399 price. They also have lower prices if you want to get a refurbished one.
First post here, yesterday I bought a TF300T-B1-BL (32mg) for $349.99 at Sears.com and i'll be picking it up this afternoon. Also, MicroCenter.com has the white ones for the same price.

revised. if you want to pay a bit more, I got the 32mb Blue unit at Sears.com for $349.99 and Microcenter.com has the wihite ones for the same price.

+1, on Best Buy we have 3 TF300t tablets 2 blue 32 GB and one red 16 GB all purchased from Best Buy.
That said one 32 GB had to be exchanged immediately for a broken power switch, and the first 16 GB was returned for
a significant touch panel problem that was causing major but intermittent input problems and went back after about 3 days.
The tablets that survived the infant mortality period have been rock solid. Having Best Buy to deal with on an exchange is worth
the couple dollars difference in price and paying local sales tax. I don't think this is the typical falure rate for TF300t's but if you have a reasonably close BB that would get my vote.
Bestbuy Canada has both the blue and white models on for $349.98 right now. Kit version which includes the dock are still at $519.99 for both white and blue.

My Local Best Buy here in New Jersey was still able to Order the TF300T-A1-BL 16GB Model for me at the $249.99 Clearance Price from there Local Warehouse it will be shipped to the store of purchase for me to pickup. Receipt Shows Reg.Price $379.99 and a Clearance Discount of $130.00. "It can Only be Ordered In Store for this Discount to be applied"

I can confirm this works, also. I was able to order the 16gb Memory - Blue - TF300T-A1-BL today at Best Buy for $249.99. All you have to do is go to the counter and give the associate the item number - 5089952. Tell them you want it shipped to the store for pickup. It's like getting a 10.1 inch NEXUS 7 (with SD card slot) for $50.00 more!
