Where is the Cheapest Place in UK to buy a TF101 with Dock

Hi Guys,
I am currently looking for a TF101 with Dock in the UK
I ordered a prime in December and had it delivered but because of the WiFi and GPS issues I returned it for a full refund.
I quite liked the Unit so thought being as the prime is now available (well kinda, if you can find one) I would look and see if I can find a good deal on the TF101.
I can get a second hand one from my local CEX for between £310 and £345 with a 12 month warranty included.
The good thing this way is I can test the unit prior to handing over the cash..
for Screen bleed, dead pixels etc..
Just wondered if there was anywhere selling brand new or display models anywhere for similar or less.
I'm Yorkshire based so would prefer something local but if price is right I am happy to have it posted to me.
So if anyone knows of anywhere that has one cheap...
Please let me know.

Ebay prices are currently £300-£350 including the dock. Mine was £300+ postage, no SD card. If you can bear to wait a few months, there could be a few more for sale secondhand and the retailers may further reduce their new prices too.

Pre-order in the US

When the pre orders start will people please put links or stores that are offering pre sales in the US

For the US, Canada and the UK the Nowinstock.net web-site was invaluable for tracking availability on the original transformer and then the Prime. There isn't a lot detail on there for the Infinity at the moment but I would expect that to change in due course and as we approach the actual launch date.

Check out their return policy. I would be cautious.

Best Buy had the tf700t up earlier this week with both docks, but has now been removed. It was listed as out of stock the whole time, though.

I just placed a pre-order for a 64GB Champagne. Still debating the dock.

Unsure, but there is definitely a temp charge / hold on my Discover card right now.

Thank you for the tip about Discover discount (I always forget about that). Please order for 32 GB Champagne plus dock.

Crazy that although the TF700 is right around the corner, the TF201 is still the exact same price.

Ouch! I agree with you. It's still 2+ weeks before the supposed release date and I strongly believe we'll see a host of retailers "suddenly" list the TF700t -- I recently purchased the ASUS UX31a ultrabook after waiting for months (has same HD screen) and same experience with no word, no word -- then in a period of ~24 hours it seemed "everyone" was selling them!

I bit the bullet and preordered mine from J&R too. The $5 off, free shipping and 5% back with Discover helped to seal the deal. I chose 1-day shipping to get it faster. If I find it cheaper elsewhere or change my mind, I can always cancel.

I was hoping you were right about it sprouting up everywhere, but still nowhere else as of yet. I have been refreshing amazon, bestbuy, futureshop, ncix, expansys etc... constantly for a week now! I guess it'll show up somewhere else eventually.

American adaptor suitable for Australia?

Hi All,
I'm considering purchasing the tf700 from America and importing to Australia (as they are going to flog it off here for $999AUD!
The only thing I need to confirm before purchasing is if the adaptor will be suitable for Australia (don't want a surge).
Does the info on the (American) power pack indicate it handles 110-240v ?

I'm pretty sure I read that all Aussie tabs will come with the Key Board dock also, still priced high but thats something to consider plus 32/64 at that price?

Ordered mine through ebay last night. It is winging it's way here via DHL as we speak. Paid 838 AUD (including express shipping) for 64GB with dock (a. grey colour). Expect it to arrive here on Monday next. When you add the $10 for an adaptor that still comes in $140 cheaper and at least a week earlier than the Oz release.

Would I be able to get a 32GB no dock from the same supplier?

check out ebay mate. Theres a few offering 32GB no dock for well under 500. Express shipping (cause who wants to wait weeks once you have committed the money) costs about 60. the ususal precautions re: checking out sellers reputation apply, obviously.

The pins look about the same as the original Watch Urbane, but the pins are near the top strap on the 2nd Edition versus the pins near the center pin on the original Urbane.

Where do you see a price? The listing says "currently unavailable" when I look and it has been that way all day.

I've been looking high and low for a replacement charger.. even went to to extreme of buying an urbane 2 charger and filing it down to fit.. I would have paid 50 for the charger since it's this hard to come by

I ended up getting mine for the $49. Amazon credited me $20 for the shipping since they canceled my order. Although if you dont NEED it, I am sure more of them will be coming soon and price will drop.
