Can anyone help? I am running Hellfire Phoenix's newest rom on my g2x and i can not make video calls via messenger,skype, ext, ext. I'm sure its a setting and not the rom.(rom is awesome) I have searched for a week and can not find an answer. I have noticed some users only had the back camera working with a video call but there was a fix for that. My problem is no matter what app i use i do not have the option of video calling only voice or text. is this a missing driver problem? its like my camera's are not seen using any app for video calls.

Correction (for you) - You mean that video calling is now supported on more devices. It was already supported on a few and now its updated to support more.
Im using GB with insertcoin - how do i use the video calling, dont see an option anywhere? Will this only work with Stock ROMs?

Your device has to be supported to use video calls. The fact that you have the app, does not mean your device is supported for video calling. Read the "description" of it on the market to see if your device is supported (Supported device are listed there).
is there any other custom rom except Compiled CM 7 with working skype video on infuse

Pretty much any rom that is GB 2.3.x it will work on. Just make sure you go into the settings in skype and activate video calling.
I've tested on infused, bionix, the leaks, simply honey, and sensation.
guys any idea abt gtalk video chat support. I upgraded to 2.3.6 but dint get it. Otehr phones(like sony errickson neo v ) supports gtalk video chat from 2.3.4. plz help
About gtalk in our i9003... Bad news. At this moment no work in our i9003. You can install this version: http://www.multiupload.com/ZIC4YI1F3Y, from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1388449, but not work well. Send video well (only rotation issue) with the front camera but only if we put the mobile in landscape mode turning to the left, in vertical mode, i9003 reboots. But doesn't send sound. The same happens in the hangouts of google +, vertical phone = reboot, landscape to the left = rotated video and no sound but not reboot.
And about videocalls, more bad news. In Froyo only works well Tango, and in Gingerbread, no app working well making videocalls. In gingerbread, the best that you can use is Skype, (audio ok and video ok, only rotation problem).
I hope some devs can help us, and make videocalling 100% functional in ours i9003...

On galaxy s and galaxy s2 gtalk video works fine

seeing that ure usig atrix.. head over to the neutrino rom section and download the gtalk app that supports voice chat.. u need to have cwm though..
Hulu Plus is having issues on my P5113 device running custom ROMs, however, the issue is not present when running ICS or jellybean stock roms.
What's happening is that the video will basically shrink down to a half inch bar as is visible in the attached photo. The issue will persist until Hulu is either minimized or it switches to commercials, after which point the video playback will appear normal for a few moments and then the issue will return.
Ive tried all sorts of different ROMs: CM, PA, AOKP, but the issue occurs on all of them. I have also tried tinkering with some of the developer options like forcing GPU playback and disabling HW overlays, but nothing has worked. I am currently running the latest version of hulu available from the Play store, but i have also tried older versions. BTW, there are no sound issues and this issue does not occur in other video playback apps such as Netflix.
I tried searching for this problem, but did not come up with anything. Is anyone else out there having this same issue, or does anyone know what might solve the problem?

Having the same issue here, on my p3113 running cm 10.1. I installed the modded hulu from the posdt above, but the video quality in the app is terrible. Unless I'm doing something wrong? Any help would be awesome as I love this ROM, but really love hulu more haha.

I have tried nearly whole play store apps about Call Recording but they have recorded only my side not other side voice, I have googled it and i think i got to flash a kernel with patched 2 way call recording support. I am a noob about this things. Im using PacMan v23 Rom. So which kernel i have to use or which Rom i have to use then patch this thing. ?
