Phone bootloops even after flashing stock - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket SGH-I727

I tried to install a new kernel on my phone, but it went south and started bootlooping. I flashed to stock with Odin, but it still bootlooped. I flashed the stock kernel, and guess what? Still bootlooping.
What can I do? I don't think it's bricked, since I can still access recovery, but I can't think of where to go from here.

Wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache, flash kernel. What kernel is it?

No recovery mode
Hey,
I tried upgrading to ICS (4.0.4- official Rogers) using Kies. that went poorly, and I soft bricked (bootloop). I tried putting the stock ROM back on and I still have the bootloop.
things to know:
No recovery mode - phone vibrates and reboots when you hold down power and vol up and down
When using odin phone screen stays on download mode screen until it reboots.
Would I need to use commands to factory reset the phone?

Stuck on 4G LTE startup screen!

Edit: Oops, I meant to post this in Q&A :/
I was running CM10 with cwm recovery and decided to odin back to stock VRALF2.
It said succeeded, but now my phone is stuck on the 4GLTE screen... Not sure what to do?
You didn't factory reset your phone.
Boot into recovery by powering off your phone then hold vol down+home+power until you get to recovery. Now, if it's blue text it's stock recovery and will wipe everything off your internal sd card. I'm fairly confident that you will have stock recovery after flashing VRALF2.
Do the factory reset/data wipe and you should be fine.
Same thing happened to me. Flashed stock and stuck on screen. Had to return due to screen defect. It has been months and it seems I am clear with Verizon. No charges for software alterations or anything of that nature

Recovery was deleted during flash?

So I was trying to get HyperDrive running on my phone and had flashed it a few times. I was using TWRP to flash and accidently picked Format for the wipe. Then I flashed Liquid Rom. Realizing it was more of an AOSP rom I tried flashing Hyperdrive again. Again being stupid hit the Format wipe. Then when I tried flashing the rom it flashed but when it rebooting the splash/loadscreen for the rom just continuously played. Also I can no longer access TWRP. I tried using ODIN to put a stock rom on again, but I meet the same problem of the continuously loading screen.
Help Please? I'm slowly losing it...
Take the battery out then replace it then hit the power button and home button and volume up and try to get to recovery

did it and it goes to the samsung with the unlocked lock and says on the top "booting recovery" then goes black vibrates and then reboots
Okay I finally got it working. Not sure what caused it but it seems flashing a ODIN package that supported recovery worked its magic. From there I was able to access the stock recovery and then Flashed an ODIN package containing a stock rooted rom.

[Q] Stuck and No Recovery

My 7.0 tablet (GT-P3113) rooted at CM10.2 turned off one day and booted in recovery. I tried system reboot but it went back into recovery. Wipe of Davilk Cache and Data caused a recovery reboot. I did a system wipe and a cache wipe and reinstalled CM10.2. I got to the boot animation and "Android Upgrading Apps"... but then I got a black screen and it rebooted and got stuck at the Samsung Galaxy Tab logo and recovery stopped working. Nand Full Wipe and a reparation with the P3110 pit file fails but flashing stock firmware from SamMobile passes but it's still stuck at the logo. I tried Heimdall but I get a "Claiming Interface Failed!" error. Please, I need help! :crying:

I tried flashing stock from SamMobile (August 2012) and it said "PASS" but it was still stuck. I thought about the kernel but I couldn't find odin flashable kernel or a odin flashable bootloader (I had flashed a p3110 JB Bootloader from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2052290). Plus all the download links / mirrors at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1645295 are dead. Doing more research...
I just downloaded and flashed P3113UEBLG2_P3113XARBLG2_XAR from SamMobile and P3113UEBLG2-kernel.tar.md5 that I found and no luck. It still hangs on Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 logo.
Bump, does anyone have any suggestions? Should I replace the internal SD Card?
I would try reflashing in odin after it passes hold the power button for ten seconds then when the screen flickers unpress the power then hold the vol up and the power at the same time. If it goes to the stock recovery do a factory reset then reboot. It worked for me when I had to flash the original odin 4.0.3 when comming from 4.1.1

Thank You, but I had this piece of information already. It came to no help, I was still having the same problem. I sent it back to Samsung.

[Q] HELP. All I have is the Android spinning

My devise is unlocked, rooted and I have flashed clockwork recovery. I backed up my system using clockwork and was still using my ASUS system. I wanted to reset the tablet to factory and when I did it just went to the Android. After 20 minitues I realized there was a problem since it kept spinning. I tried to reboot to recovery by holding down the power and down vol keys but it will not go to recovery. Any Ideas? any Help.
No one will believe this

So I was really upset about the tablet and just left it in the loop. Even after I attempted to re-boot it several times I was trying to let the battery run out. Well after about an hour it booted into the factory reset tablet. I'm going to leave it alone!! No more roms or recovery's for me. All I saw was $400 down the drain. Thank God its running again.
Next time you can follow these steps in order to install the stock ROM.:
http://www.transformerforums.com/fo...er-update-your-me301t-using-adb-fastboot.html
It works with fastboot which means that you can flash the ROM even if the device is bootloops.
It saved more than once

ODIN - Stuck at boot screen.

Let me preface from saying I've had this phone and flashed countless ROMs on it.
Also the power button died on it (fast reboot etc problem) and since I had already ordered my Nexus 5 I just decided to rip the button off and use it for the few weeks until I got my new phone.
Now that its been a while I decided to see what I could do with it and wanted to boot. It wouldn't boot and was stuck at the loading screen for a good hour. So I went okay I'll just decide to use Odin and bring it back to stock. Followed the guide here to the T and 3 separate times all that happens is the phone is stuck at the S boot screen. Tried both stock roms posted.
Now since I don't have a power button I can't get into recovery (which I'm assuming is wiped but I have the Odin recovery ready to flash but whats the point?)
I tried adb/fastboot and the phone isn't recognized.
Any suggestions? Currently stuck at the boot logo for 1hr 25min. I'm aware of wiping the cache but I don't know how to do that without recovery.
Edit: So I opened the sucker again, got some foil and shorted the power button contacts and actually got to the stock recovery and did a wipe of the data and cache. Now booting fingers crossed. If this doesn't work at least I know I can get into recovery and install TWRP and a custom rom and see if that boots. However if this is a go then I'm good (only want it t run Perktv)
Edit2: So I couldn't get anything to install with TWRP (tried 3 different roms) so I went to the other recovery (Philz?)
Was able to install SlimKat (was using SlimBean when I was using the phone) and was finally able to install it... now its in a boot loop.
So I guess back to fully wiping (again) but I remember with these phones you had to do the wipe 2x which I didn't do. God I'm so spoiled with the Nexus.
Off to do that and see if that helps.
Edit3: Worked!! Woohoo
