Incoming calls going directly to voicemail - Android Software/Hacking General [Developers Only]

I am running the Powerwashed ROM on my Samsung Fascinate:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1242747
Everything was working perfectly until I decided to try out a new ICS rom, then I found out that data wasn't working with Cricket and I couldn't get the phone to connect to a COM port to work on programming the data again.
I gave up and decided to restore my nandroid backup, which I eventually got working. The problem I have now is, I have data, web, mms, and outgoing calls. Incoming calls however go directly to my voicemail, using Google Voice. DND is not checked, the phone is registered in GV, no call restrictions, no forwarding enabled.
What else can I check?

[Q] Call out with Google Voice

I looked around but couldn't find a thread on this problem.
This is my first Android phone (AT&T version), previously I had a 3GS, and I'm having trouble getting Google Voice sorted. I set up voicemail forwarding as the two thread here suggest, but I can't seem to get calling out working right. If I go into the GV app I can call people who've called me/are starred/left messages etc and it will call with my GV number, but I can't call anyone else with that number. I think I have the phone set to use GV for all calls, but it still uses my cell number if I use the phone dialer. Is there a way to/can I set it up so calls I make come from the GV number?
With the 3GS I just used the GV app for everything and that worked since my calls came from the right number, but as far as I can tell I need to use the phone app to call out with this?
Thanks.
Should be able to change this in the settings:
Settings -> Making Calls
I have mine set up to ask me every time I make a call.
Sounds like yours might be 'Do not use Google Voice to make any calls'
Try groove IP app from market.
Sent from my HTC One X on Leedroid's ROM v5.0.0.
I feel like the least technologically savvy person in the world, but I re-installed the app, restarted, and now it seems to be working.
It had been set to use google voice for all calls, but for whatever reason calls were not coming through that way.
To follow that up. Are texts managed the same way, or do I need to open the GV app to send them?
Use the GV app for texts via GV. Or you can use any other SMS app with the GV-provided phone numbers that it assigns to people that call/text you. As an example, via GV you would normally see a text from Person. If you looked in Messages or Go SMS, it would be Person - +1XXX-XXX-XXX - text. If you use that number to text Person, they will receive it as if it came from your GV #, not your cell #.
Thanks, I'm all sorted out.

Cannot dial out -- reset phone dialer associations?

Not sure if this is a coincidence or what, but the problem started after I flashed the new wifi calling app. Since then, I have wiped /system and reflashed ARHD to no avail.
Background: I am on TMO's $30 100 minute plan, so in an effort to conserve airtime, I use sip calling most of the time. I am using the native sip client (internet calling). I have it set to use internet calls whenever data is available. I have Google Voice set to prompt each time I make a call. If I choose to use Google Voice, it will make the call over cellular. Otherwise, it will make the call over sip. Works great, and everyone sees the same Google Voice number.
However, since flashing the new wifi calling, I am now stuck in a Google Voice prompt loop. So for the time being, I have switched off GV prompting, so all outbound calls are using the sip connection.
Here's a video to show what goes on. For some reason, the video stops recording right before going back to the GV prompt if I decline GV.
I'm trying not to wipe all data and start over, so I need to know what specifically needs to be wiped. I tried deleting data for the dialer, but it doesn't fix anything. Maybe it's an association problem with which dialer to use?
The issue is present regardless or whether wifi calling is on, regardless of if I have the GB or ICS version installed.
Help!

PLEASE HELP!! Conditional Call Fowarding doesn't work when phone is on!

I've been trying to get Google Voice working on my OPO since I got it at the end of last November. I had it set up on my previous phone and loved it. However, on my OPO, callers hear a message saying that "this is not a working number", when they should be forwarded to my GV.
At this point, everything seems to point to an issue with the phone, not Google or my carrier (Cricket Wireless). Here's why:
Conditional Call forwarding to GV with different phone (same plan, number, SIM, except on a Lumia 520): works
This should mean that Cricket Wireless supports CCFConditional Call forwarding to GV from OPO, while phone is OFF: works
This should confirm that Cricket Wireless supports CCF, is configured to forward calls correctly, and that my Google Voice account is working correctlyConditional Call forwarding to YouMail from OPO, ON or OFF: works
The phone does indeed seem capable of CCF.Unconditional Call Forwarding (i.e. Always Forward, forward all calls immediately) to GV: works
Everything here seems to be working. Not sure if Unconditional forwarding is handled by the carrier or the phone though.Conditional Call forwarding to GV from OPO, while phone is ON: Callers hear "this is not a working number"
This Something on the phone is misconfigured or not forwarding to the correct number?
I have tried disabling Hangouts on the phone in case there was an issue with that, as well as turning off call forwarding from my Google number to my phone, in case there was some kind of a forwarding loop going on, but still no luck.
Can anybody help? Are my above assumptions wrong? Does anybody else have this working (Google Voicemail, Cricket, and OnePlus combo)? I tried switching to YouMail for a while but the app is buggy, the message quality seems pretty terrible, and there's no automatic transcription.

Connectivity issue

Hi, I have an L29 C432B581 on Virgin mobile in the UK. There's a strange issue that intermittently, the phone does not receive incoming calls and sends them straight to voicemail. Outgoing calls are fine, and usually (but not always) in coming calls made after outgoing calls are also fine.
I've checked the call forwarding settings, already done a factory reset, got a new sim from the carrier, but no luck. Tried the sim on a different phone and no such problems.
Its as though the phone goes to sleep for incoming calls and needs to be woken up by reconnecting to the carrier.
Not sure if I'm missing a straightforward setting somewhere or if its a handset issue. Any help would be highly appreciated.
Thanks

Can't receive calls, have to cycle airplane mode to activate data

Hello, so I recently went from sprint to t-mobile, ported my number, etc. The plan was to flash U onto my g930p but I'm stuck on sprint's qjp3/series 5 firmware until a compatible U or even T firmware is released. I have had a couple of issues with my device that have sort of popped up over the month or so I have been on tmobile, namely that I cannot receive calls, every time someone calls me they are sent straight to voicemail. I do receive notifications for voicemail and the voice messages themselves, but that's it. I can make outgoing calls, however usually the first attempt at an outgoing call fails, then further attempts actually dial. Also, upon restarting the device I always have to cycle airplane mode in order to get the data to catch and start working. SMS and MMS work fine. If anyone has any insight into solutions to these problems, particularly the not receiving incoming calls, I would greatly appreciate it.
