Hello!!
I get a error when trying to make a backup of my Tablet (P3110) with CWM.
The backup stops on /data.
Any solution?
Regards!

I had the same problem because my external SD card was too small. I deleted several video files and freed up space. Now it woks fine. I try to keep two backups, then delete the oldest one just before backing up again.

So I went to run nandroid backup and it's saying
"Performing backup."
"Error running nandroid backup. Backup not performed."
That's all it says, and takes me back to the recovery screen...
I'm assuming this has to do potentially with the storage on my SD Card... any suggestions?
I am running Cyanogen 4.0.4 w/ Enoch v1.3
Also, on a side note, is there any way to roll back from Apps2SD so that Apps2SD stops working? Is it just as simple as re-partitioning the SD as FAT32 and move along? will cyanogen move the apps liek before? or should I reflash at that point?
thanks a bit of a newb, finally signed up here as I've been floating around a bit...
thanks in advance... Also I did search the forum, in hope someone had the issues I did, but foudn nothing.. ( I dont search well )
Delete your nandroid backups on your SD Card and try again. It should work then.
next time ask in the Q&A section

Sorry about that... can I delete this and move it over there?
I'm unable to make any Nandroid Backups on my i9500, running TWRP 2.7.0.0. Previously, I was able to make backups as well as restore them. But I've started having this problem since 15-20 days. I want to flash to a Custom ROM right now, but I can't because none of my older Nandroid backups are working, and when I try to make a new one, it says - Backup Complete, Failed. The same happens even when I enable compression. The other features are working fine, I'm able to flash ZIPs normally.
How can I get rid of this problem? Should I flash an older version of TWRP? If yes, how should I do it? Just flash it through recovery?

Hey there..
This problem might occur if there is not enough space left in your SD card.
please make sure that there is enough space left on the external storage before making a backup..
cheers
Hi!
There seems to be a few threads on twrp here....
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4/i9500-develop
I'm not sure which you flashed, but you could try a different version found in thread above....just follow the instructions in the thread. Or explain your issue in the thread you got yours from.
I see you have only 8 posts, and you need 10 under your belt to be allowed to post in the development section. So just browse around the i9500 section in general and q&a and make a few "useful" posts.
Here's the i9500 section.

Good luck!

I just recently formatted it, from the option available in settings.
So there's like 6-7 GBs free space. I can't backup to Internal Storage or to Ext SD Card.
I'll try downgrading TWRP and see if that works.
Problem solved
I successfully flashed CWM. You may mark this as Solved/Completed now.
Thank you so much for your help.
I'll be mush thankful if you guys tell me how to do it, because every time i make a backup for my ROM it directly goes to the internal phone storage which is can't take more than the backup files of the Rom and it stop since the internal memory stops responding...
Any suggestions!??
thank you in advance..

and the process ends

Q&A for Custom kernel for i9105 AMC2
Some developers prefer that questions remain separate from their main development thread to help keep things organized. Placing your question within this thread will increase its chances of being answered by a member of the community or by the developer.
Before posting, please use the forum search and read through the discussion thread for Custom kernel for i9105 AMC2. If you can't find an answer, post it here, being sure to give as much information as possible (firmware version, steps to reproduce, logcat if available) so that you can get help.
Thanks for understanding and for helping to keep XDA neat and tidy!
I flashed this kernel. After installation there was a drastic change. My phone showed internal memory as 0.00B and sdcard folder was changed to sdcard0 and it contains no file
Also when I connect phone to pc I can see no files in sdcard I.e internal memory folder.
Is there any possible way to remove this kernel

Maybe try flashing MoshKernel. Dunno if it works though.
1.Factory reset
2.flash stock rom with odin
3.Factory reset+wipe cache partition
4.Reboot and that's it.Everything is alright

Hello. I own a Xiaomi 12 and would like to buy a Xiaomi 13 later. I have a problem in TWRP on my phone, can't backup the whole phone. A yellow message will appear there that it is not possible to back up the internal storage, including apk, video, music. What is your experience with backing up Xiaomi13 in TWRP. Is there also a backup issue? Thanks for the answers.

I believe you can backup the internal storage (/sdcard) manually.
Hello. But I don't know how to manually. Any guidance. Thanks

You can just connect your phone to the computer and copy the files.
Hello @Benoni1
kindly read the manual for TWRP and understand that Internal Storage /sdcard is not included in TWRP backup. That is especially important for phones with no MicroSD Card slot, where the backup files are stored in Internal Storage. This is done intentionally and no misconception, therefore no TWRP developer will change that for you.
https://twrp.me/faq/backupexclusions.html
After backup is created, you can always copy files to PC as suggested.
Code:
adb pull -a /sdcard
Please do not cross-post the same question multiple times, this is against the forum rules you have been already warned.
