[Q] Galaxy Note 10.1 upgrade encountered an issue problem

Hello all, im new on the forum. I have an Samsung Galaxy note 10.1. Today when i tried to update my firmware from 4.0.4 to 4.1.X the update stopped at 31% and after seeing for some time that it doesnt go i unpluged the cable. After that for some time it was stuck in upgrade mode- doing nothing. In 5-10 mins i got that Firmware upgrade encountered an issue error. It says please select recovery mode in Kies and try again.
Ok so i'm into kies and im trying for 2-3 times to recover my device, and every time it is stuck on 31%.
My device won't boot now / do anything.
I wonder if i need to root / flash something but i dont want to use my warranty. Since im new to rooting /flashing i could use some times and some hands on.
I have the N8000 - 3G version.
Thanks a lot in Advance !
Use Odin not kies. ..

[Q] Samsung Galaxy Gear bricked (help!)

I am new to XDA and pretty new to android as well. I have next to no development experience. I tried to update my Samsung Galaxy Gear SM-V700 to Tizen through Odin. I live in the U.S. so I could not update through Kies. I completely forgot to backup my device and of course it ended up bricked. The screen says " Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in kies and try again." My laptop says "device not recognized" when I plug it in. I also used the Canadian version of the update from sammobile.com because someone else from the U.S. said they used the UK version and that they were all the same. Is there some way to fix this?

Samsung phone won't start

I have a Samsung galaxy J7 sky pro I got from a friend for free and he said he thinks the OS is dead. The reason he says that is because when the phone goes to start it won't load the Samsung name. It gets to about the M and then just shuts off
I was wondering if any knows if this is fixable considering the phone is less then 3 months old
K reinstall your firmware
Yeah, just Samsung Kies to reinstall the latest firmware or you could use Odin.
