Selling Phone

Have to sell phone due to some unfortunate financial circumstances, but was wondering what I need to do exactly to restore it back to stock.
Atm, it's rooted/S-Off and flashed with the InsertCoin 2.2.1 Rom and i'm in the process of restoring the nandroid backup (stock). I also wiped data/factory reset the phone as well as formatted /system from CWM.
Is there anything else i should do? Should i format the SDCard? Return to S-ON ? remove root? (not sure how to remove root only and keep S-Off)

After installing the RUU for T-Mobile, should i also remove root/return to S-ON? Don't want the customer coming to me about warranty claims.

Some people said that RUU gives you back S-ON, and some said it doesn't. You have to try it. Otherwise I don't know of any other way to get S-ON. Maybe someone else can help.

No RUU can s on. It has to be done manually in fastboot

Well you can see whats in update, simple let it download the update but dont continue update process , than go to root of SD card and find that zip and view whats changed.

That one is the old one Update one more time
ON [email protected] I think it was the twitter update, but why didn't they just update over the market?

Twitter update...
When I saw update available I hoped it was 2.3.5, but no, Twitter crap.

I got the new market, since these fota, but it comes after install update automaticly!

anyone noticed no more graphic glitches / FCs in Unity-based games (i.e. Samurai Venganace) after this update or it's just me?

The enterprising folks over at XDA-Devs have managed to make the life with your HTC handset a bit easier, outing v3 of the HTC Super Tool. The software is supposed to root, S-off, and unlock the bootloader on many popular HTC devices, like the HTC Sensation 4G or the EVO 3D.
The developer FRIGID says that theoretically it should work with all HTC handsets, as their firmware structure is similar. You need a few driver and software downloads, as well as well-charged battery, of course, as in all such cases, but other than that, the instructions in the source link are pretty straighforward.

does anyone know if it will help or allow you to back off root?
In other words, there is an update for the stock roms from TMO. I am rooted with H_boot at 18. will this software help me update and keep root?
and, I see someone has updated and lost root on re-boot. does this mean its a teathered root? Meaning me need to boot with our computers in order to keep root alive?

My guess is this isn't going to unlock or s-off any more devices than revolutionary does... Just without the hassle of entering the serial number and key...

If your HBOOT is 1.01.0001 it must work...

thx, I might wanna try it again with revolutionary, few months ago I tried several things which didn't work for me.
But Revolutionary will only give me root, not s-off, right?

Windows phone ROM and virtuous Inquisition

Hey guys
I have a rooted sensation and currently use the virtuous quarto ROM... but I don't seem to like it as much as I thought...
Would bit he possible to get the windows phone 7 ROM and if so could you link me to where I could flash it from?
Also, where could I get the virtuous Inquisition from from? The virtuous quarto is okay... but somebapps keep crashing and am slowly starting rob dislike it...

I see that this firmware updates touch panel drivers too, so maybe there is a possibility to loose touch after flashing it, unless we are running a 2.24 based rom of course

No one should be rushing in to flash this yet. The rom is a dump form a slightly different variant of the international htc one, we don't yet know what is and isn't safe. @baadnewz only provided it so that other devs can utilise the files it's not a 'here it is flash it now' thread.
