firstly thanks for sharing.. however on a vodaphone euro version... here in australia this app doesn't seem to work.. had to restore with titanium backup
edit: tried a couple more times... connected and works great

old market came with the stock rom and no way to uninstall so I'm a bit confussed...

it goes over the stock market and for me it crashed a couple of times so i uninstalled the update no problem just go to settings>applications>manage applications click the app and uninstall

Wow new market looks awesome. Android is just getting better and better.

I like it. Now let's theme it lol

just doing it a bunch of times i dont know much but i got it booting i might haave to wait for cm7 to get the libs fromt there source

Just booted it up. That's pretty darn awesome. Does 2.3.5 get rid of the 3d app drawer, or is that just how it is right now?

Rooted!

I had my phone rooted earlier today and so far so good. Everything is working really fast compared to not having my phone rooted. My question to you guys is that I dislike the camera app on this root. I wanted to know if there was a way to get the HTC camera app back using this root?

You can flash a sense ROM to get your camera back, you are on a stock Android ROM so you will have the stock Android camera. I recommend using energy ROM, it's fast and has an awesome blue theme. Search for instructions how to flash a ROM, it's easy.
You already have a custom recovery image so you can skip that step and go straight to flashing a ROM. PM me if you have any issues. The main thing is to make sure you back up your current ROM. That way if you mess up you will have something to go back to.

You don't have to go to a Sense rom just because of the camera. Try MIUI camera.

No problem. And all of the sense/HTC apps are included in the Energy ROM. You will have everything you had before, but with a way better/faster ROM.

This is why people shouldn't s-off/root/flash other people's phones. No harm in asking questions and I'm glad the OP got answers. But if we make people do their own research so they can hack their phone themselves, there would be less of these questions. If a person hasn't done their homework, they probably have no idea why they want root or what to do with it. And if they have done their research, they'd be able to do it on their own.

It's not that I didn't do my homework. I tried rooting and adding a custom rom myself and it didn't work so that's why I had it rooted in a store because I didn't want to take any chances on having my phone bricked. But I appreciate everyone's help

Well now that the hard part is done, try out other rom's. Try out S3N5aY or insercoin 3.5 which has a way better camera than CM7. Just read and do your research. Do a backup (nandroid) then you will decide what you want to stick with. But if a good camera is your thing then CM7 ain't your rom.

Use insertcoin .. its amazing !!! Excellent camera, speed, and battery life. Love it.

[Launcher] Resize request TW4.5 newest ver. And working version with themes

Is there a Dev that can resize this launcher I pulled the .apk from the tw manager I'm using an old version from the atrix forum would really like the new features. I thought maybe others would like it as well here's what it looks like and the new .apk.

its the phone.apk we have i think. the themes that they make dont theme our phone apk because it needs some renaming

antrax is bad kernel for sensation

Been using Faux long time. Now im on bricked. Great feature to just rename file to min-max freq u need as i never use cpu controlers. I have the best battery ever since switching to Bricked. I dont game so low cpu freq and better battery is my priority always.:thumbup:

Swyped on HTC Sensation 4G

Stock T-Mobile HTC kernel. I'm running elegancia's T-Mobile rom 1.10, keeping it stock for a while. The stock kernel isn't bad at all. I'm getting about 16 hours with moderate use and 2hour screen time. Performance isn't bad neither although I miss having zram, it's not a deal breaker though.
