I'm not aware of any way to install Android Market on the Stock OS,
As for the market website, I don't see why you would'nt be able to download apps from there so thats a first for me.
Have you tried going into your "My Market Account" settings and adding/editing your "My Devices" list?
This is just a wild guess since I had my device rooted and customed 1 hour after first taking it out of the box.
If no go with the web market, I might suggest you root your device and flash TnT Lite since it is simular to the Stock OS.
G'Luck!
there is but its a PITA. The Rev has written some instructions on doing this but I cant find them. (Do many worthless threads). If you want to search for them then you may find them or just read this and add a custom rom

The instructions below are a more concise compilation of instructions that can be found in various posts in the XDA Developer section. Use at your own risk. These instructions are what I used to update my Stock TNT 3588 to be able to use the Google Android Market, using ClockWorkMod. The ClockWorkMod install instructions can be found below in this post.
Get Generic Enhancement Pack v1: h+t+t+p+colon+slash+slash+www+.+multiupload.com/6IFY1JDSJQ (Use with Stock TNT 3452 and higher). This will allow for downloading of file TnT_Enhancement_3452_v1.rar. Unzip this .rar file which will produce files ‘update.zip’ and ‘recovery/command’
These procedures do not install a new ROM but updates existing Stock TNT to:
1) Run faster (Installs more current Nvidia drivers)
2) Install Google APPS (Google Android Market, GMAL, etc. – all except Calendar and Contacts which can be added separately from the android market)
Install Performance Pack For Stock TnT 3452 and above using ClockWorkMod
Step 0.
Install ClockworkMod.
Clockworkmod v.8 (only update.zip file)
h+t+t+p+colon+slash+slash+www+.+.mediafire.com/?dvleg4oatkfxm7w
See ClockWorkMod install instructions at bottom of this post
Step 1.
Delete the update.zip and recovery folder from your tablet (the ones we copied to install ClockworkMod). Don’t worry, this won’t uninstall ClockWorkMod.
Step 2.
From the Downloaded Generic Enhancement Pack v1 (See Link above), rename update.zip to ‘Generic Enhancement Pack v1.zip’ (or ‘whatever name.zip’ you want to name the zip file). The ‘recovery/command’ folder and file won’t be needed by ClockWorkMod.
Step 3.
Create a folder on your gtablet's internal storage (SDCARD) called ROMs.
(Do this by plugging your tablet into your computer, activating USB storage on your tablet, and then a "Removable" drive will pop up in "My Computer". Open that up, right click -> new -> folder.)
Unzip the ‘Generic Enhancement Pack v1.zip’ to that folder. (Leave it zipped, Clockwork will install it from the .zip file as is).
Step 4.
Turn off your device.
Step 5.
Boot into ClockworkMod. (Press the power button and the volume+ button at the same time until the Viewsonic splash screen pops up, release, then you should see “Detect a recovery key pressed”. After that it will think for a few seconds and then it should boot into ClockworkMod)
Step 6.
Breathe. This is where we are going to back up your tablet…just in case.
Navigate down to “Backup and Restore” using the volume buttons. When that is highlighted press the home button to select it.
Navigate to “Backup”, press the home button to select it…and it will back up your tablet. This will take some time (varies depending on how much stuff you have on there).
Step 7.
Navigate down to “mounts and storage” using the volume buttons. When that is highlighted press the home button to select it.
Step 8.
We want to mount “/system” and “/data”, so if it says “mount /system” that means system is not mounted yet.
Highlight “mount /system” and press the home button. The line should change to read “unmount /system”
Next, highlight “mount /data” and press the home button. The line should change to “unmount /data”
After the first line reads “unmount /system” and the second line reads “unmount /data” you’re done with this step, press the back button to go back to the main menu.
Step 9.
This is the step that we actually flash the ROM in.
Navigate down to “install zip from sdcard” and press the home button to select that option at the menu.
Then, navigate to “choose zip from sdcard” and press the home button to select that option.
Navigate to the line that reads “ROMs” and press the home button to select that option.
Navigate to the line that reads “Generic Enhancement Pack v1.zip” …for enhancement file you are flashing and press the home button to select that option.
Navigate to the line that reads “Yes – Install yourzipfile.zip” and press the home button to select that option.
You will now see it do its thing. When complete you will see something along the lines of “install zip from sdcard complete” at the bottom of the screen.
Press the back arrow over and over again until you get to the Clockwork’s main menu.
Step 10.
Here is where we prepare the system to run the new ROM.
Navigate down to “mounts and storage”, select it, and mount “/system” and “/data” again as in steps 7 and 8. Note that “/data” may already be mounted (showing “unmount /data”).
Back up to Clockwork’s main menu.
Navigate to “wipe data/factory reset”, select it. Navigate down to “Yes – delete all user data”, and select it to wipe out user data and all the cache. (You need to do this for the update to function correctly)
Now, navigate to the top option “reboot system now” and select it. Your tablet will now reboot. It may take up to 15 minutes to start up the first time. as it rebuilds the user data and cache for this ROM.
If your tablet bootloops (not likely with the performance pack)… Press and hold the power button to shut the device down. Boot back into Clockwork. Select the advanced option at the bottom, then go to “partition SD card”, for the first option select 2048, and for the second option select 0. Then, redo steps 7-10. This erases all data on your tablet, including backups.
Quick Market Fix (Follow Exactly) to be able to have access to all APPS in the Market.
Make sure Market is running, do search for tv.com, adw launcher, zeam launcher, launcher pro (they will not show up).
If you don't do this, there may be no cache to clear and for some reason the market fix may not work.
1) Go to Settings->Applications->Manage Applications->Running
2) Scroll down to Market. Then hit Clear Cache, followed by Force Stop **DO NOT CLEAR DATA FOR MARKET**. (Clear DATA) may not show as an option to be cleared)
3) Go back, scroll down to Google Services Framework, hit Clear Data, then Force Stop.
4) Start Market again and you will get the Market Error.
5) Reboot and wait for Wifi to connect to your network before doing anything!
6) Restart Market again. Searches for previously missing apps now show up.
You may have to do steps 1 thru 6 once again if all the available apps don’t show up.
Done.
[GUIDE] How To Install ClockworkMod
________________________________________
This is step by step how to install ClockworkMod
If this does something bad to you or your device it's your fault. I take no responsibility for anything, any damage to you, your property, or anyone.
You will need...
1. Patience
2. to be willing to void your warranty
Step 1.
Unzip the downloaded file to your gtablet’s internal memory (SDCARD). Your internal memory should now contain a file named update.zip and a folder named recovery with a file named ‘command’ in this folder,
Step2.
Turn off your device.
Step 3.
Press the power button and the Volume+ button at the same time and release them when the Viewsonic splash screen pops up. You should see "Detect a recovery key pressed" pop up in the upper left corner of the screen.
Step 4.
Watch it install. Your tablet will reboot when installation is complete.
the easiest is to install titaniumbackup fromthe gmarket. Then install the tnt enhancement pack thatroebeet did. That leaves you as stock withmarket. Cwm. Is fine but could void warranty. If you want to see a lot YouTube ehunyadi. He did about 20 videos on the rims and the how to.

Cautions:
1.your warranty is now void.
2.do this at your own risk.
3.read the whole post before starting.
Flashing CWM recovery and taking backup :
1. Download the package and extract all files.
2. Extract the driver.zip located in drivers folder->1
3. Install the driver.if your OS is 64bit then install the x64 one.if the OS is 32bit,then the x86 one.
4. Open researchdownload application
5. Select the 2nd button with double cog sign.
6. Now a new window will appear like the screenshot attached.
7. Right click on the file name field.choose the files located in "Required files" folder of the package.
be careful here.Put fdl1 in fdl1 field,fdl2 in 2nd field and the recovery image(extract the "CWM-recovery-SC8810-nonpadded.zip") in recovery field. Then press the "OK" button.
8. Press the Start (Play) button in ResearchDownload -application (third button).
9. Turn off the phone.
10. Keep holding the "- volume" key. Without releasing the button "- volume" plug the usb cable
11. The process of CWM- burning should be started now in ResearchDownload-application and it will take approximately 1 Minute.
I think you can release the Vol.Button, but I had kept it nevertheless.
12. Wait until the CWM-flashing has been finished (A green sign will appeare and "Passed" will be shown in ResearchDownload- application window).
13. Remove the battery, wait 20 seconds. Put battery back and turn on the phone.
14. now hold the vol (-) and power button until the screen flashes (40 seconds or less or more) and now you are in the CWM recovery menu.
15. PLEASE make a full backup by the "backup and restore" option .make sure there's about 500mb free space in your micro SD card.
16. after the backup reboot the phone and PLEASE store the backup files in somewhere else..(the whole ''clockworkmod'' folder)
congratulation. you have done a full backup and flashed your CWM recovery.
Rooting device:
*don't do this.if u find that your backup size is lower than 250mb~300mb(slight +/- may occur)
1. download and put the "superuserandfullbackup.zip" in your micro SD card
2. power off your device.
2. Reboot to Recovery by holding volume (-) and power button until the screen flashes and recovery menu comes.
3. just go to "install zip from sdcard option and select the zip "superuserandfullbackup.zip"
4. flash it
5. reboot.
Advices:
Rooting is dangerous.so first make a full backup of your unrooted stock Rom just after flashing CWM.
Store the backup(size will be around 250mb~300mb(+/- ) in someplace safe.it's the life of your phone. If anything goes wrong,it's the only key to fix your phone.......be careful.........
Getting back your warranty:
Restore your stock Rom's backup. Then, flash the stock recovery(included in the package.find it in RECOVERIES folder),in the same way you've flashed the CWM.
good luck.and thanks for reading this.
