I found that Phone Identity information is not working .. could you please check this Hintay???

Will i still be able to call people even if i use a European ROM, So say i live in the US or AUS and i install this ROM, will i still be able to call/sms friends, and will they be able to call me?
Stock ROM will do.
But if using a custom ROM use a stable one.

* Please be aware that you cannot brick your phone by flashing a rom, the only way to brick your phone to my knowledge is

yea lol i found out XD but at least he let us see some messages , all now day roms just keep working while they dont let us see stuff and then i somethimes think its stuck XD

CursorSense
One of the best in terms of stability and speed along with
a remarkable battery duration is definitely CursorSense.
The only disadvantage is that it is a cupcake and thus some
market applications are not compatible.

Hi
My friend has a Htc desire S android 2.3.5 with sense 3.0 that cannot turn on wifi.
'error' appears when I try.
I tried lots of things including factory reset and clear caches and erase sd etc..
Nothing worked so I thought installing a custom rom would fix it for sure.
I unlocked it installed ext4 and reaper v3 which all went fine but still have the same bloody error when try to turn on wifi.
Question:
Was I wrong to think installing a custom rom would fix this error...
or should installing a custom rom fix any software errors and this means it's a hardware problem?

When you say unlocked, did you use htcdev?
If yes then you'll need to separately flash the boot.img from the custom ROM through fast boot

The Wifi "Error" thing seems to me like a kernel issue. Did you do the above an flash the boot.img from the roms through "fastboot flash boot /path/to/boot.img" ? If you didn't than you are still using the old, broken kernel.
maybe you forgot to do full wipe?

It looks like the kernel updated, which is strange as I though the "wifi error" was due to incorret kenel version...
I have the versions below which should help diagnose the problem:
Model number: HTC Desire S
Android version: 2.3.7
Baseband version: 20.4801.30.0822U_3822.10.08.04_M
Kernel version: 2.6.35.14-Reaper-V1.3-bfs+
Mod version: Reaper-V3.0.0
Build number: GWK74
