I'm having the Google ION phone with android 1.6 version now.
I want to upgrade to CyanogenMod 6.0 with firmware 2.2, Pl. suggest step by step guide if available .

Is there any way to go to the earlier version of android 2.2.0. I currently have 2.2.1 and have build FRG83D

My device is an HTC Wildfire.
So I decided to install the Supernova ROM, latest version (2.4.0.1) following the instructions here.
This has been with great success.
However, I noticed that this ROM should include kernel version 2.6.35.14, but it 's not. My phone reports:
2.6.35.10_basekernel-gfb1198d-dirty [email protected] #18 Thu Feb 2 10:50:39 UTC 2012.
I upgraded from the official gingerbread ROM using following steps:
- S-offed phone with Revolutionary
- hboot 2.01 & Amon-Ra 2.0.1 Recovery
- Installed Supernova extreme following Droidzone's excellent instructions.
Is this an intentional downgrade and why?

Now i am planing to install
CM10.1-FINAL AOSP 4.2.2 Jellybean - KANG after reading the requirments i foud out that i need 3.32 or 3.33 firmware what i want How to check correct firmware?
& can i install CM10.1-FINAL AOSP 4.2.2 Jellybean - KANG without changing Firmware or Hboot? & after that can i install Sultan kernel AOSP JB&ICS r24.5

Hi,
Your hboot 1.27 would suggest that you are on 3.32
However,You will be fine installing both the ROM and the kernel with the setup you currently have.

Really sorry but CAN'T list what my bootloader says..... if I reboot my Mini I will not be able to restart it anymore (ALWAYS had bootloop problems).
