Im looking to stay on GB Id like to debloat my stock rom though
or flash a good GB rom.
Im unsure of any solid gb roms available for the i727

Just going to the development section, there are plenty of roms on the first three pages with the info you are looking for. Maybe reading is not your strong point but it would serve you well to RESEARCH before trying to be an asshole.
Try using titanium backup if you want to debloat.

Yeah the infuses xda section is falling apart to be honest. I think that the moderator needs to completely wipe the Infuses section except for ROMS, modems, and other development tools. We need a fresh start at development. Does anyone elese agree? Or am I just ranting?

The infuse is falling apart, our development is ruined. We do have a few great devs, but not enough that can truly make this a good phone. New ports are coming everyday, but seems like people running the aosp roms (not me lol) seem to just want updates and updates only. Not to go hating on people, but please, please be nice and lets make this change!
It would be nice but I don't really see anything changing, too many new and better phones, it just seems the devs get bored quick and jump to the next best thing. Can't really blame them but it would be nice if the infuse could spake some more interest.

Man I just spent 1hr finding out how to port. I give it to the Devs boy its time consuming.
Which I had the time to cook in the kitchen.

Dude you should do it. Maybe you could just release it every 2 weeks or so and then if anyone gives you any bull or something then just ignore them. I Understand how jordan got mad and there were people giving him crap, but shutting it down is like killing off a lot of people who loved it lol (I never tried it). I think there should be a main post stickied saying read this, and saying how if there is any bull, it will not be tolerated and you will be ignored. Someone should seriously do that haha!
There needs to be a weekly or even monthly port and no comments. If you have questions GO TO THE Q AND A SECTION! That way we can still get our sweet sweet rom and the douche bags can go flame else where.

I think more of us would step in to help after seeing what happened last time. That being said, the age for getting smartphones is getting lower and lower. There are a lot of little ****s on xda now, so the devs have to have a bit thicker skin IMO.

I awoke that morning with hopes to see if there was any cm9 progress in the development section for the galaxy s2 skyrocket on Xda developers. Part of me knew that there weren't any updates. But I checked anyway. After looking around in the development section I went onto the general section with hopes that the thread where the guy was pulling an ota but couldn't Download it, was indeed downloading ics. But my suspicions were right to think that he wasnt really Down loading anything. And then I refreshed the general section only to find this thread of a guy who should have posted in the general thread.

Good to see someone with a backbone take a bit of a hazing and walk it off. We are a little rough here but its all in good fun and entertainment. You will fit in fine.
And yes there is an xda "****list" for offenders. I just got welcomed to the list within the past week. Don't anger the mods, and dont post non development stuff in the development section and you may just get out alive.

I recently cracked my screen, and have decided that I will probably be picking up the sgs3 when it comes out. I was wanting to get some input about who I could donate my Infuse to. I have enjoyed all the different roms and ports that our devs have put together here, but I don't have a huge amount of excess money to donate. This is the best that I can do.
Let me know if anyone knows a dev that would like a phone to use for development. I want to make sure that it is put to good use.

Bigfau has done a hell of a lot for the infuse and i don't think he has gotten enough credit for it like he deserves. I don't care if this pisses anyone off but he is the best dev we have had on the infuse hands down. He is extremely respectful to all of us little people and to me that shows something about who he is as a person. Give it to him, he deserves it. If you give it to anyone else, they need to turn around and send it to him.

Sorry guys! Haven't been keeping up as well as I would like. It sounds like it's pretty much unanimous that bigfau is the man. Hunt4r not be rude buddy but Xda is place that is made you to learn how to do it on you own also. there are many tutorials just requesting not many people are willing to take the time out of there day to do it just to please one person. my best answer dude would be to find which launcher your gonna and start making a theme.
i simply theme my phone using Ninjamorph and Rom toolboox.. IM not a Dev but its best to learn instead of being on a MAYBE waiting list... best of luck

They're right though dude, you'll have a much greater chance at getting it if you learn and make it yourself than getting it made for you for free.
