Hey guys - I'm sorry for my really bad english and i'm - almost - an android noob.
Until today i hadn't made any modification on my phone (not even rooting, just installing apps and launchers).
Today i tried to root it, and completely worked it out. After this i tried to install the CyanogenMod 7. It seemed like was gonna work, but when it was "rebooting", it stucked in the booting screen and i don't know what to do now
I already tried to do everything that is in this thread: How to unbrick your G2x from GB update through LG, but it didn't work.
The phone just back to the way it was before.
Just a pic to you guys know what i'm talking about:

I already tried, but it just shows me an way to do that with an app called "Octupus Box" but i'd have to pay, and it seems like something not SO hard to do, but i can't do it by myself, i'll need you guys help ):
read this over, and never try to root your phone without reading

I had that same problem the first time I did used CM7. What I did was I went back into recovery, wiped everything. Format, wipe cache, and wipe Dalvik. Then did it all over again. It worked the second time. If it doesn't work, look for another rom and see if it works. If not, unroot and stay that way. Every phone, despite being made the same, doesn't function the same.

What do I do now?
Please explain, locked?
Turn it off if you can. If it's being wiped yank the battery out.
Use adb to install cwr. Then boot back into recovery and make a nandroid backup. Then share it!

how would I know if it's being wiped?
I'm guessing it would be if Google found out abou it. Or if the phone was stolen.

If you can't do anything they are probably trying to. TRY TO TURN IT OFF!
After you turn it off (by any means necessary including yanking the battery), follow the tutorial for rooting you phone then make a nandroid backup of what you have using CWM then mount your phone via USB and upload the back up.
After making a back up you may be able to safely wipe your cache and data. It could provide you with a working phone and provide the rest of us with a nice treat!

Not necessarily, It probably is but I don't know how google's software works. If I had to guess you could probably get it working again by wiping data and cache.
Be sure to remove your sim card as well.

Google has the ability to force ota to your phone and remote wipe
OP, if your phone works on T-Mobile 3G (not edge) follow this guide up until this point
select Recovery
then it should boot into this screen, if not then repeat the steps to download the image
{

"lightbox_next": "Next",

at this point instead of installing a rooted rom go to back up and restore then select Backup.
wait for it to finish then connect your phone to your computer via usb then go back to the main menu and select Mounts and Storage then select mount USB storage.
search for a folder called clockworkmod on your computer and make it into a zip file. If you're awesome then you could upload it to mediafire and post the link.
Next select unmount after copying to your pc then go back to the main menu. Select wipe data/factory reset then select wipe cache partition. The phone is now factory reset and COULD boot.

Try reflashing rom on top of itself without full wipe see if that changes it. Just wipe dalvik and flash.
EDIT: !!! There was NO NEED to open a new thread for this all you had to do was ask at your other thread.

I just re-read what you are trying to do. My bad.
With leedroid there is a fix for that issue. You have to flash the fix.
Get the fix which is 5.1 or something like that.
For good measure,
Start all over (if you want that is or just flash the fix)
Reboot in recovery
Wipe data/format
Wipe dalvilk
Wipeall partitions (except sd card)
Flash the rom
Flash the fix
Boot.
That issue is stated in the op (first page). As a general rule, read the first couple of pages and last couple of pages.

Ok bro.... You should take your device to service centre... They may charge you some money but I think they can fix it and flash stock firmware
Hi, this happened to me once while I still had an HTC Sensation, every rom I flashed didn't boot past the splash screen boot logo, and it had something to do with having s-on instead of s-off in my phone's recovery preventing it from booting other custom OS's.
I found a fix somewhere, which made me understand I didn't need to have S-Off to have a Custom OS, flashed, rather, there was this small trick, booting the phone from the boot.img file with adb instead of rebooting from a custom recovery. This was an HTC Sensation, not a Samsung, Only trying to help:
* Get/Extract the boot.img file in your custom rom's zip and save it somewhere on your desktop.
* Once you're done flashing the custom rom in recovery, DO NOT reboot from recovery, turn it off by removing its battery and fixing it back, then boot your phone into downloader mode and run these commands.
Code:
cd C:\Users\your-username\Desktop\
( path to where you've got your boot.img file )
Code:
adb flash boot boot.img
Your phone should now boot the custom Rom fine, like I said, you'll be trying this at your own risk, as this worked for an HTC in a similar situation.
Hope I was able to help.

Hey guys,
Using a guide for the g3 by @topet2k12001 i was able to get permanent recovery working for our d801's running the new 30b Lollipop. I compiled the necessary files into a flashable zip for you all. The zip contains bump'd lollipop boot.img, kk aboot.img, and twrp 2.8.6.1 recovery.
as always... FLASH AT YOUR OWN RISK
Prerequisites:
- Running Stock D80130b
- Rooted
- Autorec installed
Getting Started:
- Copy TWRP-2.8.6.1_D80130b.zip to your phones storage
- Run Autorec and flash TWRP (2.7)
- Reboot to recovery
- Flash TWRP-2.8.6.1_D80130b.zip
- Enjoy!
You should now have a permanent recovery.

I pulled the aboot.img and laf.img from 20e , bumped the stock lollipop boot.img using a guide i found in the g3 forums and packaged it with twrp 2.8.6.1.
I'm not super experienced or anything but this kind of stuff interests me so i learn as i go
That's pretty awesome. I was gonna try something similar, but I was afraid I was gonna brick my phone... I didn't think about bumping the boot.img at all, that was smart haha.

even though this is what i used in mine anyways, it's worth a shot. You will still be able to boot after flashing this since it is only recovery.

Try flashing some custom kernel.
First, make sure you are on the latest software.
If you are then try to restart the phone by powering it off and starting it back up after couple of seconds manually!

Maybe try a third party voice recorder app and see if it works.
If all fails then the absolute last resort, and I mean don't try this unless all else fails, is to try and flash it with odin.
But before that, I'd say try a factory reset.

That is fine but try flashing some custom kernel because custom kernels are things that control microphone.

A custom kernel will most likely trip knox, and there's no way back from that.

Maybe try a third party voice recorder app and see if it works.
If all fails then the absolute last resort, and I mean don't try this unless all else fails, is to try and flash it with odin.

thank you! it's not only voice recoder problem. When I call(Phone, Whatsapp, Telegram etc) anyone with connected earphone, no one can listen my voice on the opposite side. I'm pretty sure it's a software updated releted issue bcz my audio port was ok. Should I wait for next software update? or do a factory reset.

Try and reset it then, maybe it'll fix itself after that. Next software update won't probably do anything as it isn't an issue everyone is facing.
The best thing to do is to go back to the place you've bought the device and tell them about the problem. If it was bought within a week then they might replace it with another one. If not then maybe they can try to fix it through software but if they tell you to drop your phone for repairs then don't agree because a phone can't break is such short time.
The best method to sort anything software out is through a full flash via Odin but I wouldn't do that until I've been to the shop and they gave a bad solution to the problem as flashing through Odin can brick your device if you don't know what you're doing.

Almost 3+ months before I purchased the phone, so there is no way to replacement. I will do a factory reset or flash with odin. Thank you for your valuable feedback.

That is fine but that's his choice.
