hi,i was trying to upgrade my divece to ota ics .my phone was rooted and have 4ext and....
i use superwipe so i havent any thing on my phone ,
but i think i do some stupiddd , that install firmware from ota file that i download .
now my device is

now my device havent any thing and i dont know how can i install rom on it

Ich come from Germany and my english is not so good.
My Desire S is TMobile branded.
I used the revolutionary 0.4pre4 for s-Off. Then I install the Software ClockWorkMode 5.2.0 over revolutionary, Then I flash the RUU " RUU_Saga_HTC_Europe_1.28.401.1_Radio_20.28b.30.0805U_38.03.02.11_M_release_177977_signed.exe" over the branded ROM.
Then I used the Software "su-2.3.6.3-efgh-signed.zip" for Root.
Then I used then Custom-ROM"LeeDrOiD_V2.5.0_A2SD_FINAL.zip".
Then I installed the App "4EXT Recovery Updater 2.0.8" and install 4EXT 2.2.7 RC3, because the Clockworkmode from Revolutionary does not work.
And now I have no entry over USB to Desire S, not in fastboot, not Boot-Mode.
Ich hope that you can help me.

No, I used the RUU to flash the ROM.
Hello, i got an error after i get the OTA update to ICS.
When the update is starting, i see the Progressbar for a blink, and then it shows the android logo with a triangle and a exclamation.
i have recovered the phone by a backup i've made. so now its working again.
Can Someone tell me what to do to get the phone updated to ICS ??

Anyways to the OP
First you need to get SOFF
Use kgs super utility to get that done
(thread is a sticky in sensation development section)
Then you need to flash proper 3.32 firmware then recovery and then any ics rom

If you follow the above process you not only come out of bootloops but also will have a ics rom running
EDIT:
If you just want to get out of bootloop
Then just run the tmous 1.53 ruu
(thread in sensation general with name tmous 1.53 ruu)
Just download the ruu and run from pc.. With phone connected in bootloader

Do you mean the stock Rom?
Try to reflash the rom with 4ext recovery
Before flashing format all partitions except sdcard
Enable smartflash from 4ext
Flash the rom

Fast download the ruu file as your room have before. Then connect your htc sensation 4g with sync and turn on the debugger option. Then install the ruu file. i hope it will be ok.... By this way i have been passed this problem out. i hope it's help you..

I have problems with touchscreen after flashing official ROM,really ROM been flashing twice before,after first you can see just white screen with HTC logo,but after second works good but no long time later showed problems with touch screen,this man in Mobile phone shop said need change digitizer. Ok, i replaced the digitizer yesterday,and he started working a bit better,but anyway some places(usually bottom part) sometimes screen respond,but from maybe after 20-30 touches times. In the center works good, maybe i need make downgrade to previous version ROM?

unlock the bootloader through htcdev , and flash a Another Ics rom, if problem is still there, then flash GB rom

Check this gude out.You can unlock the bootloader using thiis and flash any rom you want.

Try flashing boot image extracted from the ROM zip via fastboot.
