[Q] Changing bootanimation in DonutHD 2.2.9 rom

Hi everyone noob alert. I'm using the donutHD 2.2.9 rom now i want to change the boot animation but do not know how to, is the anyone who has changed or is able to change it?
Can't find media folder in /system
Apparently, you can just put it in /data/local.

[Q] First time using UOT Kitchen, need help

So I am on a new ROM trying it out (Xplod JB 4.1.2 by XSmagical) and I am trying to make a zip for a new battery icon. I made it in the UOT kitchen but the very second I press install from twrp recovery, it says "failed" immediately.
I uploaded the framework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk from the ROM per the instructions and downloaded the ZIP from the "pickup" screen. The file name is UOT-12-01-20-34-1.
For those who have themed or used this tool, what did I do wrong? The only thing I can think is I unchecked the "theme chooser preview" at the bottom of the File upload page. Could that be it?
Thanks!

Stock HTC One S Boot Animation

I figured I haven't seen this mentioned in this forum, so due to all the new ROMs and experiments coming for the VilleC2 I thought perhaps it'd be of some use to people. I've attached the stock boot animation for the HTC One S in case anybody is trying to get their device back to stock and has flashed their own animation without backing up.
If you're using a custom ROM such as MIUI or CM10, you can just copy the animation to the following path (make sure to rename your file to bootanimation.zip):
Code:
/system/media/bootanimation.zip
Otherwise if you're sat on a stock ROM you need to copy it to the following path (make sure to use the original file name of the download):
Code:
/system/customize/resource/hTC_bootup_one.zip
In addition, I added the shutdown animation to the post too although I think this is only really going to be needed by people on stock ROMs. The shutdown animation goes to the same file path on a stock ROM as the boot animation.
Just thought this might be helpful as I was in this situation earlier!
We appreciate the helpful post, however this thread is more suited for the themes and apps section. I have already moved it for you
good thing

[Q] Lockscreen Wallpaper Location

I have searched everywhere for an answer to this...
ROM: STOCK GINGERBREAD.VUVKJ6
Kernel: Bhundven's Subtly Modified Stock with CWM5 + Voodoo Lagfix
Does anyone know where the current lockscreen wallpaper resides???
I was able to find the current 'wallpaper' in /data/data/com.android.settings/files/ and then copying and renaming the file to wallpaper.jpg
I can't find a similar location for the lockscreen wallpaper.
The file is not in the gallery, and not on the sdcard (and it's removed), I already checked.
Trying to wipe my wife's phone, and I need to first get a copy of the picture (it's the only one).
Any help anyone would provide would be much appreciated!
