is there an app or a command to run . to be able to OC the GPU . or is it true once the cpu is OC it also affects the GPU.
There's an app called Chainfire 3D in the market....it doesn't really oc but its supposed to enhance the performance of the gpu.

wow you are right , it does enhance the performance .
thanks
but my question still remains can it be possible to truly to oc the gpu .
If you are rooted you can OC using apps such as oc/uv beater or daemon controller

Those apps only affect the cpu, is there app for the GPU .
On the Desire Hd fourm a someone wasn't able to overclock the gpu to 245 MHz but it would reset to 145 MHz after a few minutes. He has closed the tread but is working on the kernal and may take a while since it is a big project. As of now it is unknown whether s/he has abandoned or working on it since his last post was December of 2011.

I have a question about using setcpu with over and underclocking. Does it apply to both cores? Or is it just one?

It only works one core which is the main core

No point in using that app anyway....We have virtuous daemon, configurator , viperMod, system tuner. Setcpu has an issue with changing governors constantly that causes wakeup locks, think it's mention in some thread.
Yeah, I recently tried setCPU and it went from 85% charge to dead overnight. My phone wasn't particularly stable while using it either, even when the clock speed was only set at normal speeds.
I applied the 1.76mhz kernel overclocked and ubdervolted and I want to know is it safe to overclock to 1.76? And if so what should be the minimum... Also is it safe to force both cores to run with system tuner pro?

Should probably be okay but if you find your phone getting hot and rebooting then lower the clock speed. 384MHz should be ideal for a minimum.
Is there an advantage to forcing both kernels to run?

You mean both cores? IMO, not really as the second core activates when needed i.e. when playing a game so forcing the second core just wastes battery really.

I haven't ran cm9 nightlies for a good month. Is still having the same problem with if you overclock the CPU higher than 1188 MHz the camcorder won't work?Is still slow as well.these are the 2 biggest reasons why I stopped running it.are they still releasing a new update everyday. Thanks!!!

Nope, I downloaded the recent nightly and tested it out earlier today. No bugs, for me at least. Smooth, good battery life, no FCs. I still prefer AOKP tho

So did you try using the camcorder with the CPU overclocked past 1188 MHz?If you did would the camcorder work when you overclocked the CPU past 1188 MHz because like a month ago it would not work.I wish they would finally release a final rom. Thanks...

Dude just download the latest nightly and test for yourself, just keep a nandroid backup so you can restore your current ROM
Currently playing NFS most wanted. I am having lags at certain points while playing.
Currently I am using Sebastian's kernel, on demand governor.
Any other helpful tips to avoid lag free issues.

hmm i play it pretty much lag free; i used arhd with faux kernel and overclocked to 1.7ghz while gaming using intellidemand, not sure if this answers your question. i am currently on bruce cm10 @1.5ghz with gpu oc kernel with badass, no lag too.
Try cm10...it gaves me best results than sense...faux should be used when using sense...because 2 cores will be online

I need help.what apps can i use in my sensation for better graphic to play in nba2k13 cause its not detaild
although in google play it says that its not compatible in sensation but when you install it its smooth.
Sorry for my english
I'm not familiar with an app, but overclocking the GPU might do the trick.
If you have a kernel which supports GPU OC, you can try it out.

2k13 requires tegra chipset as far as I know which is different from ours.
