Need help making a ROM dump of Samsung phone with root - Android Software/Hacking General [Developers Only]

Hi everyone, I've searched around everywhere online for anything information on dumping a ROM from a Samsung phone. I currently have a Samsung Rugby Smart which I recently was able to get root through its stock recovery. It would be helpful in starting the development of this phone which is currently nonexistent without any stock ROMs or kernels to base off of. If anyone is willing to assist me in this endeavor, I will gladly test anything on the Samsung Rugby Smart for you if it's not a very HIGH risk of bricking.

I got a cousin that wants this phone, he's highly intelligent when it comes to developing. He may be of some assistance.

[Completed] How Do I Begin Modding A Galaxy S4 From Sprint?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 SPH-L720 from Sprint, running Android Lollipop 5.0.1 and the stock Samsung ROM pre-installed on the device. I look forward to modding it with Cyanogenmod, but I am not sure what resources on XDA will help me to achieve this goal successfully, being new to this site; and I have never modded a phone before. Because there are risks involved with modding, I prefer to receive direction from a Respected Contributor.
I am comfortable with learning how to mod, and if there is anything I must know to avoid making a mistake when modding, then please let me know. Also, let me know if you need more information about my device before directing me to the proper resources.
Thank you.

[Completed] I messed up my Verizon Note 3 upgrading from stock Lollipop to CyanogenMod

I tried to install a CyanogenMod ROM. Now my phone is complaining about software not authorized by Verizon. The mod flashing terminology is so damned confusing. All of the tutorials and info assumes a level of knowledge that is above where I am.
I'm technical, very technical. This is irritating me. I need someone to help me either get the Verizon image running on my Note 3 or a better image.
I can give you remote access via TeamViewer to my computer to help flash the phone. We can also talk via Skype so I can read off the info on my phone.
I desperately need help. I need my phone fixed. I can't afford to be without the phone and can't afford a new one. If I thought the Verizon folks could help, I'd go see them but I have much more faith in the folks here.
I'm on Central time zone and get up fairly early in the morning so would need to work around that time constraint.

Looking for a 4.3 rom for the Samsung Galaxy Axiom. Not sure which forum to ask in.

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but this site is huge and I can't seem to find a specific forum for this device. I've got a rooted Samsung Galaxy Axiom (SCH-R830c) and I'm trying to get android 4.3 on it. Do any ROMs exist or am I SoL? Google hasn't been much help.

i cant say for 100% sure you are sol, but i couldnt find any, so its looking bad. unfortunately, you are limited to what the devs decide to make, and often on lower end devices, that is 0.
sorry

[Completed] I need a basic rundown of rooting benefits.

I recently bought a Moto X Pure from an XDA Member which should be here at the beginning of next week.
I used to own a GS5 which as you know is pretty locked down. Locked bootloader, hard to root, if you updated you're screwed, ect. So! I've been out of the rooting game for a while now and only really dipped my toes in to begin with.
My question is, can anyone explain the basics and benefits of a rooted device? Specifically, Xposed Framework/Modules, Root detection with Android Pay, and maybe some things that i've gotta try out with a fully unlocked android device. I plan to install an AOSP ROM but im gonna try out stock Moto X first and see how i like it.
Another short question I have regarding Android Pay, i've heard that some root techniques make Android Pay not work, some are fine, some custom ROMs wont work, AOSP roms will, can somebody clarify all this for me?
Thanks guys, you're always helpful. Glad to be back.
