just bought one for only $9.50 and its really nice to have because of the duel usb ports, i travel alot so it really comes in handy when charging my phone and camera at same time plus it can also charge my nexus 10 fast if only using 1 port. 1 Ampere max. port for Mobile phones. (Share 2A when both ports in use) and i also like the fact that it's wall outlet prongs retract into the unit itself for added safety. and for more safety when charging its has over-heated, over-current, over-charging protection.plug it into the wall and charge just about any mobile device from 5,Iphone 4/4S,Ipod Touch,Kindle Fire,iPad Mini, The New iPad, iPad 2; Samsung Galaxy S4, S3, Note 2, Note n7000;Kindle Touch to even blackberry. lol
Anyone have advice on a dual fast-charging car charger?
One of the USB ports will be plugged into my iBolt Car Dock w/ my Galaxy S3 and the other for various other devices (Kindle Paperwhite, iPad Mini, Kindle Fire, Galaxy S4, etc. - family devices). I'm guessing to take advantage of higher powered chargers, I would need to enable "fast charge" the Android devices, otherwise they'll probably just see it as a data USB connection.
I found these two on Amazon. Anyone have experience with them?

This might be better suited for the accessories section, you'll get a better response there since it's connected to all the s3 forums.

I was really excited to get this new wall charger from Anker. Amazon said it had the Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 standard, and would supposedly enable the Adaptive Quick charge in my Samsung Galaxy Note 4… so I was happy when I plugged this bad boy in a low and behold… it worked! The Adaptive Quick Charge message popped up on my phone screen!
There is not much to the packaging… just the adapter and a micro usb charging cable. When you plug it into your Note 4… the LED on the charger will turn green to indicate that the Adaptive Charge is working. If you plug it into any other device, you get a blue led light.
The charger is well made… it is plastic, but feels solid. It is small which makes it great for travel… just toss in on your carry-on. And the fact that it charges fast makes life easier when you are trying to top off at an airport.
Other phones that support the Qualcomm Quick Charge standard are: Samsung Galaxy Note 4 / Edge, Google Nexus 6, HTC One (M8), Sony Xperia Z3 / Z2, Motorola Moto X.
For the price of $20 bucks, with the 19 month Anker warranty… this device is a no brainer!

Pros:
- Small size
- Qualcomm Quick Charge Technology
- Price
- Warranty
Cons:
- None noted!
some thing which I have been looking for log for my find7
Darn, I wish this thread was posted earlier. Picked up a Tenergy quick charge wallcharger earlier this week after needing to replace mine. Would not mind having an Anker branded one due to their reputation and CX.
Which QC 2.0 Power Bank works well with Moto X Pure/Style?
from what i've read i believe they do.
There is a thread already on the powerbanks - http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-x-style/accessories/aukey-quick-charge-2-0-10400mah-t3200517
TechMatte has been confirmed working - http://amzn.to/1MyND2V
Here is all the Anker battery packs - http://amzn.to/1gACOEs
I've gone through that thread and found that Aukey powerbank is not working with X Pure and that's why I'm asking which one works .....
Also interested in which Aukey Quick Chargers work with the Moto X Pure Edition. I have sent them an email for more information.
"Anker PowerCore+ 10050mAh " is working with quick charge 2.0.

Just a quick word of caution -- the product details for the Anker PowerCore+ 10050mAh on Amazon.com (sold by AnkerDirect) specifically states "not compatible with Moto X 2015." I don't really see any reason it would not be compatible and the Anker web site makes no mention of any lack of compatibility with Moto X Pure -- but I remember seeing that note when shopping for a power bank and just confirmed it's still there.

Thats interesting, but I bought this item because IT was compatible. On amazon:
Quick Charge 2.0 kompatible Geräte:
Galaxy S6 / Edge*, Galaxy Note 4 / Edge
LG G4, LG G Flex2
Nexus 6
HTC One M8 / M9, HTC Desire Eye
Moto X (2015), Droid Turbo
Xperia Z3 / Z3 Compact / Z3 Tablet Compact / Z4 Tablet
There was Aukey's problems with compatibility, not Ankers.
I had some problems, that charging was stopped by some reason, but after changing to different Ankers usb cable, and plugging cable with phone and THEN with power bank, it was charging!
EDIT
Just connected power bank with my moto x style. No problem, its charging with turbo charge.
Interesting that same "AnkerDirect" at USA and Germany have different opinions!

Did you purchase your pack from the American AnkerDirect of the German one?

I bought this item from Germany Amazon.
The aukey 10500 doesn't work well at all with the pure, sometime's it will work, but 90 % it won't, shuts off after a few seconds. And to be clear, yes, have tried several usb cables, have mine marked which are quick charge available, even using a non qc cable same outcome.
Just received the aukey 15,000 unit, and glad to report it works flawlessly, as long as the cable is capable of qc.
I'll keep the new working unit for myself, and give the 10,500 to the wife and her s6, she likes it fits in her purse

Could you please suggest me a Type A to Type C USB cable that can charge the phone while running android auto?
The cable I use now is the same I've been using for years with the Pixel 4 XL and it would charge the phone properly while running android auto while the same cable with the Z Flip 3 it charges the phone very slowly.
The problem may not be the cable. The Z Flip 3 downgraded the charging and data transfer on the USB port to what they used in 2017. It only accepts the old 15W "fast" charge, which translates to slower wireless and trickle charge capabilities. The Pixel 4a is from 2020, so likely already as fast as it gets.
After doing some research and reading hundreds of reviews I've just ordered this one:

this one came a close second:

If I use a different cable, it will charge as fast as the Pixel instead Android Auto won't work. That's why I think it is cable related.
@beanbean50 I think I'll buy the Anker.
Just received my cable (Belkin) and wow what a day and night difference. It's now charging at 15w instead of a measly 5w (through the PC) and can now transfer files in a fraction of the time it used to take. The cable is twice as thick as a standard cable but that's a non-issue for me.
Sounds like your old cable was only charging at 5w which isn't enough to charge and use at the same time, so you should be well pleased when your new Anker cable arrives.
I bought the Anker PowerLine II USB C to USB 3.1 and solved the problem. Now it charges pretty fast while being able to use Android Auto.
