Chicago Bulls Boot animation

Here is a Boot Animation I made based off the Bulls Intro Video here is the youtube link:
Obviously it's not the whole video where i started the animation is about the :54 point of the video (notice the heat logo on the bus lol)
*edit* I have updated the animation to make it smoother and a bit better resolution and I have made a video of the actual bootanimation here it is:
and now here is the link to the file it's a tad big but in my opinion worth it!

*UPDATE* Here is a flashable version:

[REQ] Tips & tricks for "designing" and optimizing a boot animation

This is not about "how do I make a boot animation." I've got the packaging and installing down.
This is about how to fix, tweak, and optimize the animation images to get a smooth consistent animation.
I have a boot animation that I'm working on. It's based on the stock animation. I just want to tweak it to my likings. Also, I've made a splash screen that is a composite of animation frames, plus HTC and unrevoked logos (see attached preview).
I have 3 parts to my animation:
Fade from splash to stock frame 10 (replacing the Droid) (avg size ~120kb)
Bulk of the stock animation (begins around 90kb and drops to 21kb)
Loop of the eye with the red dots moving (all ~21kb)
My problems:
My fade section is yielding some black screens (maybe I'm pushing the CPU too hard and it just skips frames).
The loop is WAY too fast. (small frame size = FAST playback?)
Doubling the frames for the eye loop results in a choppy, not much slower animation. It looks like a caching thing to me.
So... Any tips or suggestions for working around the animation "bugs"?
My gut is telling me it's a file size (speed is controlled by data bandwidth) and/or compression issue (speed is controlled by CPU rendering time).

BOOTANIMATION with added Sound.

I found this boot animation and I ripped and cut these sound effects to go with it creating a very cool boot animation..
Enjoy https://www.dropbox.com/sh/oaje53w950pvmsi/AADKBBkJA2xLJ-0IsNAqbR7Ra?dl=0

Should work fine on note 3

[REQUEST] [BOOTANIMATION] Pokemon or Pokeball bootanimation

Anyone interested will try to create bootanimation for Moto X with Pokeballs and if possible featuring Pokemons too.
My suggestion:
--A pokeball comes on screen rolling and then a pokemon pops out of it. Then it goes in again and it happens in a loop.
--A pokeball rotates on its spot and with every rotation pokeball changes into another pokeball atlast masterball with moto logo.
--A pokemon charmander or bulbasaur or squirtle comes running on the screen and evolves to max.
--A pikachu runs over the screen and atlast circles the moto or moto x logo.
