Flashed this custom ROM no prob.(HTC Sensation) but saw one annoying thing -
I want to know is this for me or this is a bug that original widget clock shows me +1h time(living in latvia so my timezone is +2GMT)... In top right corner the little time shows right but the clock widget shows +1h...
Try'ed changing timezone but still there is incompatibility with clock... eemm I manually set the right time(it was in automaticly get operator values) but the same bug i guess..
Downloaded 'Beautiful widgets' and set up clock widget on it and it shows the right time so I guess its the modded ROM's clock widget's fault? Or i'm wrong?
Please fix or help

Same in Lithuania... The problem is that u cant set up time zone manualy for widget. So it gets wrong one. This bug was fixed in one of beta ics builds, but in the last one problem came back...

I am having problems with the travel clock widget (4th choice under htc's clock widgets) in that it never shows the correct time for the current location. Also the colors for the home and current are switched around. Anyone else having these problems or similar ones? Can anyone direct me toward a fix?

This is a known issue (known at HTC). I'd say report it at the HTC website as well, just for more visibility.
Also the colors of the clock have to do with AM/PM, or rather daylight/night, not home and current.
Ok thanks for the info. I went to sprint and they gave me a new hero outright when they couldnt fix it but it still had the same problem. I had not heard anything about it from searching google and the forums so I thought I would ask. Thanks for the help

if you want to get rid of that error message that appears when you try to access tab "Photos & Videos", just unzip the attachment "Album Searcher Signed.zip" and copy the .exe file to windows directory intro TG01.
How did you get that take your position??
When I try it´s impossible and if I go to settings and try to "click" in position it give me an error message that says: "Can´t open AGPSettings"
you don't have to use My Location. Just enter another city for updating the weather.
I enter another city, but in the clock screen apears under the clock "my ubication" and not the city that I selected in the wether screen
So I can´t look the weather in the main screen with the clock and the cool animation I have to go to the right untirl the weather screen and then select my city

or just clic on the clock and select your city
Also i suggest in weather setting: disable "download weather for my location"

i have the same problem ... there is no chance to place programs ...
I solved with hard reset of the device. I had installed the previous version of manila (1.3 ...) that created problems with the wifi (which was tourned-on).
some feedback.
I've installed it correctly, but have few remarks...
- Battery disappears from the title bar. (is there a solution or a widget to show teh battery?)
- Sometimes crashes with calls log.
- in the pictures tab (after fixing the error bug) i can't click/chose any of the photos, even can't activate the Camera from this screen.
- Also Albums are not working.
- in the settings tab, commManger and email setup are not working.
- Youtube link in the browser's tab is not working
this is all what i noticed so far...
I've switched to 2.5 because this one is allways shutting down after 4/5 seconds without doing nothing
I've managed to deactivate all of the tabs and played with the configs within that time... but it was a no go...
Can someone help me out getting the source of the problem

After an hard reset
i've installed sdkcerts, net 3.5, netcfg (to make device use 3.5 instead of 2.5), audio fixes, album searcher...
is there something that i have missed or i have to do in particular
And now, due to the versions that are out
between this one and 2.5 wich one is the most stable and bug less
i'm on the 2.5 very fast and smooth... But it only works more as info and eye candy (contacts and answering messages and calls doesn't work)

Hey, someone has put this link in the wrong post. I don't know really how does it work but I'm sure you guys can deal with it:
Is like an ftp site with several files to install Sense 2.1 in our TG01. Take a look and maybe you can use them to solve some bugs.
Edit: Because of I'm a new user, I can't post the link. However I can tell you where you can find it. In the "TG01 ROM Development" forum, the post named "Need any Toshiba TG01 rom", look at the entry #262 in the 27th page.

hi i have installed manila 2.1 but som of the key dont work.
do i have to install other cabs to get the same screen shots as post 1

anyone figure out issue with calling from a contact? I have this installed on i920 w/ stock rom and whenever I select a contact and try calling it would restart touchflo.... Also my location didn't work.

I love the EVO, and the whole android notificaton system, but am shocked that HTC removed this feature on the EVO.
On the Hero,
when you got a text message up in the notification bar, it would show the message notification and then have a little number showing how much.
Obviously if you had one message their would be one message in the notification bar, and 2 or and so on.
however on the EVO, if you get 1,2, or 3 messges it only show the messaging Icon without the number in the notification bar.
It seems stupid that they would keep that feature on the hero with a 3.2 in screen, but remove it from the EVO with a 4.3 inch screen.
I know on the standard Android like on the nexus one or the samsung moment or droid it only shows the messaging ICON without the number no matter how many messages you have.
I really miss this feature, Is their anyway to install an .apk that would add that feature and fix this.

And really do everything I can to save battery So i turn location and auto update off, However I am in the south suburbs of Chicago and I live literally on the borderline of 3 towns, It recognizes the one I live in but chanes frequently, I cant add custom small cities, Their was a windows mobile fix that did this for the touch diamond and touch pro, is their some similar patch that can be installed to add custom cities, or when we are in the city to set current city as default?
any help is appreciated.

For the messaging unread count, use Handcent SMS or Chompsms

Ehh, their are no apps that could really fix the problems, cuz both of them are HTC related, its more like hacking the app to allow it to set a zip code.
Erm, totally off-the-wall random question. Why doesnt the "Flip-Clock" HTC Clock widget... well.. flip? LOL I just thought about that. I really liked that feature.. back in the days. HD2 has it. >.> me = eyecandy freak.

So I´m currently running ARHD 6.2.1 non xe rom with stock kernel 1,2ghz and all needed latest firmware. and I have had problems with stock weather application since ARHD 5.x ics rom.
I currently live in Finland in a smalltown and In ARHD GB roms, my weather information in my location was working. After installed 5.X , always when I opened weather application I got error" Could´nt Connect To Location,,, something something..." But is showed the Weather information but my Location was just somewhere in Finland. Didn´t show the name of city where I were. Only Finnish city which was working/in the list was the capital city Helsinki.
Now after ARHD 6.1 my location doesn´t work at all! It says that my location is somewhere in Dallas, Texas. And I tryied to use HTC location app and it says samething. Google maps gives right location (500-700meters near of the real location, like home) , So does any1 know how to get ridd off this issue? Since I can´t post to development threads and send PM´s, about this issue..

I have the same issue not sure of the solution.
Just out of interest, do you have the problem were your wifi connection switches off when your screen turns off even when it is set to 'never'.
I'm wondering if it has something to do with this when the application tries to sync location for weather.
I'm running stock ics sense 3.25 from an RUU install and i am sure the weather displayed my exact location when i set it up but now it just displays United Kingdom.
EDIT I've just deleted the weather clock widget from my homescreen, gone into menu\settings\applicaions\all and deleted the data from both the clock and clock widget applications and force stopped them. I then rebooted my phone and re-inserted the clock widget on my homescreen, set it up for my location and now everything works fine.

So. I'm on CyanogenMod9 (ICS 4.0.4) on GT 9100 (SGS2)
i put the classical widget of the calendar app in Cyanogen on one of my homescreen.
The pb is that one of the last nights , when i tryed to configure the widget, i found a menu, somewhere (i can't remember where) to manage the settings of the number of day to display in the widget : one day, 2 days, next 7 events etc...
I'm sure i saw that somewhere because at the beginning it was only one day displaying on the screen. After some search i managed to display 3 days !
I've been now searching for many hours... i can't revert back !
I don't want another widget, i just want to find where is the management of the display settings of the widget. It's just a question of curiosity now.
