For everyone asking for free apps, you are all looking for "warez" which you won't find here. You will get betas but if its in the market you are expected to buy it. So instead of asking for free apps search Google for android warez. But please be considerate, someone spent time, energy and probably money developing these apps and deserves to get paid. There is a reason all the devs on this site have donate buttons...
PS: if devs don't make money what incentive is there to develop and release things for us?
Challenge: Find a way to get rid of stock android/htc/carrier apps such as Twitter, Facebook, etc. - without voiding the warranty or rooting the phone. Preferably as easy and user friendly as possible.
I'm putting 25 of my own hard-earned dollars on the line, hoping that others will join in so we can get a proper "incentive" pool going
The developer will be free to sell this app on the market afterwards or give it away for free. If the developer chooses to make the app available for free, I'll double the 25$ initial incentive
The app will need to be tested and verified on at least 3 different android phone for the cash prize to be payed. I will be one of those testers (I have an un-rooted HTC Desire), other testers must be reputable forum members not affiliated with the developer.
Feel free to ask question - And all you other forced-app-haters out there, feel free to add to the incentive pool, every cent counts!

For any developers, Teams, etc. I have a VBulletin website that has a lifetime membership at no cost. You would have to pay for hosting, right now I pay around $100 a year for that, with support and unlimited storage. The site is off line right now and I'm letting my hosting drop cause I can no longer pay because I'm not using it.
If you are interested, let me know, and I will be more than happy to help with the development of the site.
