At the bottom of the post there are 2 zip files, one to flash the recovery on boot and one to remove recovery on boot.
Me, as well as a few others have tested this on our atrix 2 and have seen exceptional results. There are minor bugs but thats why I remove it if I dont need it.
Bug1- seems to make gps weird
Bug2- removes oc on rebel rom, maybe others
Bug3: tell me
Thia allows you to boot straight into recovery on every boot. I use it as a savehaven. I flash it before i flash something and if it doesnt put me in a boot loop i reboot recovery and flash the second zip file.
If ive posted in the wrong forum, feel free to move it. Thanks.

From what the OP says, this shouldnt effect gps. Some users have had it affect gps, some havent. The only fix as of this moment is removal of the mod. But i never use it unless i flasg something, then i disable it anyways, so gps was never an issue

Does having cwm on boot installed give you a flashing green led whenever you turn your screen off?? Or is it just me? I've been trying to figure out what's causing this for a couple days now..
EDIT: nope. I just uninstalled it and rebooted a couple of times and it still flashes.. no notifications, just the led.. might have to make this a question in the general thread...

Development for MIUI skyrocket has been started by 0xD34D.
Please assist him by testing and giving logcats of any issues you have.
His name is lithium76 here on xda.
HOW TO INSTALL:
1. Place zip on root of SD card.
2. Boot into cwm, take a nandroid.
3. Wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache.
-----3a. Or use darkside wipe.
4. Install zip from SD.
5. Reboot system. Enjoy
NOTES:
This has most of the same bugs our aokp R1 had and maybe a few other small bugs.
To fix reboot menu. After initial boot let rom settle for 5mins, manually boot into recovery, wipe cache/dalvik. Reboot system.

Or, just fix permissions in ROM Manager. Works every time for me.

just a quick edit:
when i do go into busybox its the free version and it says "BusyBox null is installed" then "Busybox is installed to sh:<stdin>[1]:not found"
then gives me the option to install 1.20.1
so do i need to spend the money to upgrade to busy box pro?

Hey Motorola Atrix 2sers!
You guys have a great device! I have a Samsung Infuse 4G but I'm working with my Dad's Motorola Atrix 2 on AT&T and he's running the newest official release of Gingerbread 2.3.6 from AT&T (OTA as I believed its called)
I just rooted it today using the one click method and I attained root completely fine. Superuser and a few other root-only apps work perfectly.
Now my Dad wants ICS on it and I have a few questions:
1) I can't find the ICS ROM leak though I've seen it mentioned multiple times. Can someone redirect me please?
I found a version of CM9 here (actually, it looks just like what I'm running on my Infuse) but I don't know if it's legit. (http://droidsans.com/node/80867) This link came from a thread started in the Development section in the forum here for this device (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1781177)
I'd prefer the official leak I keep seeing mentioned to this sketchier CM9 but I'd be fine using CM9 if it's verified to run smoothly. I need a ROM that is as functional for day to day use as possible; I am not, nor will I pretend to be, a developer (And by the way, I'd like to take this as a moment to thank all the developers that make these projects and modifications a reality. You guys rock)
2) I ran into a problem getting Clockwork as the recovery mode. I used a method (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1346977) involving installing an app called Atrix 2 Bootstrapper and simply selecting the reboot recovery option while running the app. When I selected that option, the phone just rebooted normally.
From searching around, I think this has to do with the bootloader being locked, but I can only find a way to unlock the bootloader for the atrix 4G, and I don't wanna risk bricking since I'm working with the Atrix 2. (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1182871&highlight=automatic) Will this 4G method work?
3) Would I be OK just flashing this version of ICS (or any, ROM for that matter) onto the device through the stock Recovery mode? If I use the volume up/down & power button method, enter recovery, and press up/down volume again, I'm able to enter a form of Recovery that appears similar to Clockwork. Is this okay to use for flashing any ROM onto the device?
4) Would I need to flash the Google apps as well? Play store, maps...etx...If so, where could I find a package for them?
I realize it's a lot of super specific questions, and I apologize if they've been answered, but I've combed every relevant thread I could find.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Regarding the Bootstrapper: No, it did not work just fine. I tried it multiple times, but each time I selected "reboot recovery" it would just reboot normally.

FXZ from ICS to GB will have a 99% chance of bricking. So if you mess up your are stuck.

If it is an ME865 that might be why it is not working... most of the things in here have really been setup or tested on the MB865 for AT&T USA models, somethings work on other versions of the A2 but not everything.

I'm absolutely certain my Dad's phone is the Motorola Atrix 2 on AT&T and I live in the U.S.

How to submit a bug.
When you submit a bug you want to make sure that nothing from your side is causing it.
Otherwise I might be hunting a bug which doesn't really exist.
The best way to achieve this is by doing the following.
Make a nandroid backup.
Perform a full wipe (factory reset + wipe /system)
Now we have two different ways depending on what kind of problem do you're having.
--When you're having a problem with a ROM function flash just the ROM without GAPPS etc. and boot back into the system. You will boot directly onto the homescreen.
--When you're having a problem with a 3rd party app in combination with our ROM then flash the ROM and GAPPS.
Boot now back into the system. You will boot to the setup wizard.
Log in to your Google account but make sure that you untick "Restore from my Google Account to this phone/tablet".
Finish the setup and open the playstore and download only the app you're having problems with.
Start a logcat recording and reproduce the bug (if possible more than once) while taking the logcat. If you don't know how to get a logcat read this tutorial or this.
Post the logcat in a txt file or on pastebin (this is important because you otherwise clog up the threads with your log) in the correct thread.
Please also write detailed how we can reproduce the bug.
Restore your backup from point 1 and wait for a fix (don't ask for ETAs).

Very nice Eric, ive never heard of this rom, love the look.
Damn man great work. I ran it for a couple of days from my own source build a few months ago. It was flaky and I never felt like working on it. Must say keep it up.

FYI, installed A2SD, HammerSlammer, maxwoz GPS fix, and gapps 4.2.2 version at same time I flashed the rom. So far everything is running as expected. Haven't had much chance to play with it, but I'm sure someone is going to ask about your kernel and a2sd. Now to go finish chopping wood.
Very nice. Been running this off & on, on my Note 2 for months. Still running the copy for the evo that you sent me Eric, & it was awesome. Thank you.

Excuse for the date..... I updated CM last night and I still had April on the brain from the cm initial release, I'll fix it.
Y'all enjoy. You're the reason I do this.
It was getting a little quiet in here. Downloading now, thanks Wambo!

Is anyone else having issues with WiFi?
Never mind, a fresh install did the trick.

You mention in the OP about a2sd testing, but when I went to terminal it said a2sd was not found. Should I flash it in recovery or is there an init.d issue?

A2SD works, but I did not include it. Init.d support is there as usual.
